Alan, Just wanted to take the time to let the company know how much we appreciate his ability to follow through with communication and being here when I needed Alan. He took care of me.
We've been using this storage facility for a few years and I continue to be amazed at the friendliness and professionalism that has been shown to us. I would give the a solid 5 stars!!!

No issues with the storage unit or accessing it.
*I will mention, that I am not a fan of how Public Storage does their monthly rents. I will be done with my unit on November 2nd - but it doesn't matter as I will be charged for the whole month of November on the 1st, with no recourse to try and save another 75 dollars. So that was very disappointing - However, this has nothing to do with this location, just a stupus company thing. So be aware*
Alan was the man! He waited around for me even after being late for are appointment. He had me already set up for success so when I got there I just had to check a few boxes show my id and got the grand tour. A+ service!

I am glad I chose this location for my storage. They had elevators to get my stuff upstairs plus flat beds to carry it all up! Service for sure. Very secure and able to drive right up to the elevator area. It was great to be out of any elements that could hinder a move. And the service there, Alan is great! He will help you with every aspect of the move-in process. Thank you for all you do!

It can be a challenge to get to your unit if several other people are trying to service theirs, it’s a very cramped space.
Without notice, they jacked my rates almost 40%. I’m sure no notice changes are buried somewhere in the service agreement, that is a ridiculously high price change. Their website and customer service are not very helpful.

Great service provided by Alan at Public Storage! The online process was a breeze. Picked a unit, paid, and had my access code in mere seconds. Alan had my lock and paperwork in the locker before I could even drive the 2 miles to the storage unit. I highly recommend this location!
