10x10 outside is $136. My 10x10 outside is now up to $210 - gotta love customer retention. The more reliable a customer, the more you can charge them. Always nice.

DO NOT RENT FROM HERE IF YOU PLAN ON LONG TERM STORAGE. You'll get lured in with the low rates but then they will raise the rent without notice after a few months. My first unit with them started out at $120/mo and within a year and a half it was up to $307/mo. Emptied it and moved to a smaller unit for $68/mo incl insurance and 6 months later it's being raised to $128/mo. No notification or notes in the app and no email. They said they physically mailed something to me, but that's not true. I could currently rent the exact same size space there for $72/mo. Their customer service line is a joke and they will just say "sorry about it, we raise rents when we want" when you speak to them. Unless you plan on only storing things for a few months, stay far away

I have used this location to store my car while living in Boston for school. Any time I had some sort of logistical problem (usually because of some mistake I'd made, haha) the staff was extremely helpful and consistently able to resolve my issues promptly and with a smile on their face. The location is clean, spacious, secure, and the access hours are great (as late as 9pm 7 days a week). For sizing reference, I stored a 2014 Dodge Dart GT for around 4 months. It was a tight squeeze to turn the car 90 degrees to line up with the unit, but besides that there's plenty of breathing room in the unit itself. If I ever need to find car storage again, I know who to call!

Be sure to ask about their "admin fee". It is something used to steal your money, even when you don't rent a unit!! (Not to be confused with the cost of the lock that is thrown on your tab or exorbitant mandatory insurance.) Do your research! Update: I already spoke with Jonathan the District Manager. He is the one that advised that "Admin fees" are not refundable, even if you never actually rent a unit. It's clear in speaking with the onsite rep, the district manager and several customer service reps that there is not any customer engagement training and all efforts are made to get every dime out of you, through any means. In other words, don't waste your time. Bottom line: JUST DON'T RENT HERE. The rates are not special & likely increase frequently, the reviews are abhorrent, the online unit listings are misleading, the property is old and the staff is incompetent. See also all of the negative complaints on the Better Business Bureau's website.

Rundown property with incompetent employees that will rip you off every chance they get. Prices are just average - plenty of better options.

Horrible customer service. Manager literally works when its convenient for her. Had appt, it was raining. Waited outside for 25 min before leaving to go elsewhere with my packed pick up truck and all stuff soaked because manager never opened the door. It was locked with a sign stating they would return a half hour prior. Unacceptable. Lights and TV were on inside the office, blinds were wide open.... I swear she was sleeping!! Possibly hiding on opposite side of the desk... but none the less.... not acceptable because she knew I was coming. Also the phone was ringing off the hook, non stop!!!

I met with Stephenielee recently at public storage in Brockton. She was very knowledgeable and understanding of exactly what I will need in the near future. I will be 100% signing on with this location solely because of her knowledge and expertise. Thank you so much!!!

I dont like the fact I can't access my stuff whenever I want. They shut it down at 9pm. They got my money 24 hours my stuff should be accessible 24 hours. Otherwise it's a good place to stash ya belongings.

I've been a customer here for several years. Started with a 10 x 10 added a 5 x 10 now have a 10 X 20, My rent went up and I called the manager Daryl spoke with him for a while and not only did he decrease my rent and stated it would stay the same for several more months but he also said he could get a gutter on my unit as when it rains I get soaked...He's a great manager and is looking out for the customer..
