Would not rent here again. Moved out April 2 and got charged the entire month, told they would not prorate. Customer service doesn't return phone calls. That's bad business.

I moved back to KC from Texas. I sold my home in Texas before I was able to buy one in KC. this required me to store all my worldly possessions in storage units. I rented two units from this location on the same day. Paid for them both on the same day and closed them both on the same day. Both were quite dirty when I opened them the first time. One had the walls falling inwards. I had to bring in a large truck to unload and navigating the over filled lanes was very difficult. If you are unskilled at operating a large truck you will not me able to navigate this location> When I checked out of both units on the same day I was given a credit for one and charged extra for the other. There was no difference in anything I did. Both the credit and the extra chargers were completely arbitrary. The automatic gate operating from your phone is very handy. But the app is one of the worst I have every experienced. And do not try to call or locate anyone on site. They do not answer or return calls (left 3 messages over two days) and the facility operator may or may not be there. If she is not you just get to wait until she shows up. I would suggest that there are better options at similar prices and would not recommend this location.

Look for all the hidden costs! I drove to this location to pay my bill….. nobody there to pay BUT there is a number to call to pay 45 minutes later not being able to talk to a human the computer tells me I can pay through it for an additional $10 courtesy fee!!!! Additional fees after driving to the location to pay!

Friendly personal , and affordable storage

I’ve had my unit for a bit more than 4 years now. Every interaction with long time employee Kelli has been delightful. She helped me with all the ins and outs as well as answered all the questions I’ve had throughout the 4 years. The space has always been in proper order. Really appreciate the easy gate access with the new app system too!
