I'd Give NO Stars! Got and Paid For By Phone. Went There A Couple Hours Later,Got Aggravated Because Couldn't Even Find the Unit! Nowhere To Be Found!! Someone Don't Do Their Job Right! Didn't Even Want It Anymore And Wanted A Refund! Then, She Said I'm Only Getting Half My Money Back From $112.!!! That Really Made Me Mad!!! A Unit I Never Even Moved In, Never Used!! Basically,Screw Someone Over!!! Update: Manager Called Me, Apologized and Gave Me a Full Refund.

With all the troubles we experienced with a move from Florida to Griffith, setting up temporary storage at this facility was a welcome relief. Jack was fantastic from the first contact. He not only explained the agreement completely, he set up the app on my android phone for this old dude that made it unbelievably easy to access the unit whenever we needed. Really, every business should have such a pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful professional as Jack to make them a successful enterprise. I'm here now long-term and if I ever need to rent a storage unit, I know where to go and who to see... Jack is the guy!

Jack helped get my friend a storage locker when we walk in a few days ago. He was very patient with us and helped us pick out the right one for what we had to store that was in the back of the truck. We were very thankful someone was around vs others that was a self serve and order online type.

Jack is awesome. Very patient and polite. Walked me through the rental process and made sure I knew a the little details about renting a storage unit.
They do not have carts that would be helpful for you to move your things inside of the storage units. Some of their storage units on the outside they have locks but if you jiggle the lock the door can be raised up and that was quite a few of them. They were able to find me one that locked and it couldn't be raised open. So be careful check the locks.

Jack helped me with a transfer. I came to store at 12:30pm John Strapp had a nervous break down walking around office saying I was cheating him he scared me very bad. He was very rude. I'm 71 years old and a unit I had for 5 days he charged me 220 dollars. John in the crook and he faked like he was mentally ill. I kept telling him to calm down. Sone as I can I'm moving out of that storage

Buyer beware. These people give a certain quote over the phone. Then charge you another price once they send you the email to purchase your storage. Carrie gave one price and the rude person who answered the phone, Karen, needs to be addressed with her horrible customer service skills. She didnt even try to fix my problem. This is exactly why people take their business elsewhere.

Jack had horrible customer service. They closed my storage a week anda half in advance because they assumed I had moved out. They didn’t call and ask or anything, just closed my account. Then told me no refunds when asked what could they do to make it right. Very sketchy and shady establishment. Do not go to Griffith or Lansing location. They are con artist and that’s the truth.

There’s always something wrong, somehow there isn’t a lock to my storage and left it with a lock. On top of that my fee went up every month and didn’t get a notice

We rented unit H6, and today we moved out, and I promise this, Jack took care of us. My dad had a stroke and couldn’t remember the details, Jack walked my mom through the whole process, and helped us the whole time.
