Talked with Tina Today about some questions I have about getting a unit. She is very patient and knowledgeable about all aspects of Public Storage!!! She answered all my questions and some I didn't know I needed answers too. When I'm ready to Storage next month, I will definitely coming here to Storage, just because of Tina.

UNSAFE Use precaution storing here (unmanned facility). Not a safe facility. Lack of cameras which resulted in my 2 catalytic converter being stolen from my stored vehicle. Reported to public storage with NO RESULTS.
Lazy manager that doesn't clean up the grounds.

Poorly maintained Facility. Three rate increases within last twelve months. Original space leaked in rain storms to point of significant property damage. My only compensation was larger unit in facility at supposedly same rate. Replacement unit was being charged at larger unit price within three months of renting. Only good quality is location.

James is the property manager there and handled everything very professionally. He even noticed that the new employee made an error on my account and he called to inform me as well as handle the situation very thoroughly. He's super easy to talk to, extremely helpful and pleasant as well.

I’ve called corporate for help CANT get anyone!!!! All they do is respond here with thank you for using public storage! What?????? How do you have a 4.8 rating unless ur using people ur friends with to send a review!
Update Again!!! Unfortunately I wasn’t told that the changes they made to my agreement would only be for 6 months. I was hit with a high unexpected bill the other day! Trying to talk to the person who works there is pointless!!! This is unbelievable. Only changed my agreement in the first place so that I would give a good review!!!! I’m so over this place! I found out was lied to. WOW!!!!! SMH 😞 SAME ANTICS!!!! I never received anything in writing about a change of agreement.

Very unsafe property. This property is a satellite property, which means there is no employees. We rent several units at this location and have had catalytic converters stole off our vehicle with no recourse from public storage. This matter has been reported to management with no return phone call. See other storage facilities other than public for your storage needs , And the five star reviews that you are reading are solicited reviews from the employees.
