Trash. No one is onsite to walk you through the maze of units. Accidentally put my stuff in the wrong unit, the unit below the unit I rented. Property manager left inaccurate notes and then trashed my box, a box that had my Military Service record and Health Record along with other irreplaceable documents. Would never use them again and definitely wouldn't recommend this location. New management was just as unhelpful.

Do not rent from here, choose a different location! They have decided to restrict my hours to access my storage unit that I have paid for on time and consistently every month. So I can not access my unit when I have time to, because i work during the day. I have called the national call center and told them this, and they claim there is nothing they can do. They now want me to take off work, spend time and money to drive an hour to physically come in to the office. I pay my bill, and get treated like this. Don't rent here

Chad was so helpful and made my experience seamless and stress free. One thing I would say is that Public Storage needs to hire some more employees, he had to do everything by himself and I could only imagine how overwhelming that could be.

We went to this facility for storage. Chad, the manager, greeted us and was very professional, friendly and helped us find our storage needs. After signing up he was very helpful in explaining all the rules of the property, how to access the property and installing the public storage App. Chad showed us our unit as well as a tour of the facility. We would recommend this location for storage needs.

DO not rent here! They doubled my rate after only 3 months — complete rip-off and they lure you in with low rates that are super deceptive. Expect to pay 2-3 times more after 2-3 months and then 5-6 times more after a year.

This place is poorly managed for such high costs. The office is often locked and the staff is unreachable (~ 8/10 times). And the inside hallways and bathroom are dirty. The bathroom is usually out of toilet paper and/or soap… or it’s just locked from the outside for some unknown reason. The staff isn’t the most pleasant and they’re usually understaffed. Since only one person typically works the grounds, they lock the front office for hours at a time. It would be helpful if there was some way to reach them if necessary. Due to the office being locked, another issue is the lack of carts. They keep them in the front office so that they’re not stolen and therefore you can’t rely on borrowing a cart, dolly or any supplies. Lastly, the app doesn’t work seamlessly with the doors even with the phone settings being optimized. One must often retry the access button or just manually type the code. For the nearest entrance to the indoor units, it’s almost impossible to use the app to access the elevator since it’s so close to the main gate and will open that instead. Overall, I’m so unhappy with this storage unit location and have decided to move to another company. I would definitely not recommend this site.

Every time I've gone to this facility I have not been able to get a dolly to move my belongings. No matter how many times I call the office during business hours, nobody answered the phone and the door was locked. When I called the customer service line, they were no help either. I waited over an hour on 11/26 for assistance. After leaving several messages, I have still not received a return call from the site manager.

Someone broke cut my lock off my storage and replaced it with a lock from public storage. Smh Then they try to tell me I’m lying no somebody broke into my storage.

The manager provided excellent customer service and thoroughly explained the contents of the rental agreement.

My lock was cut off and a different lock was place on my storage. The same lock that public storage sell. The property manger TRISH!!!! Is terrible!!!!!! She was no help with me telling her my storage was broken into. I was expected my items to safe all my things was stolen only things I was left with was furniture I lost a lot with this storage smh

I really enjoyed the service provided by Trish at this location. I've had bad experiences in the past with storage places but she made me feel comfortable and reassured me that I was at a great location.

Is there a time frame for the elevator being fixed?

ADVICE BASED ON EXPERIENCE. I was at this location for 8yrs on auto-pay. With no notification, my storage unit jumped over $100. I only found out by looking at my banking account. As a Disabled Veteran on a fixed income, this is unacceptable. I have spoken with corporate several times. They totally disregard the fact I was a loyal auto-pay customer for 8++yrs. Not to mention that while they were building the new building I could not access my unit for a few months (was fenced off). But. I was still required to pay my bill. With all that being said , here is a lesson learned. This company does not care about the customer or service, just your $$.

Highly recommended !!!! Very clean and secure !! The associate Chad was very helpful in getting us the right size unit for our belongings and directing us throughout the building if you need safe , secure , and affordable storage in the area I recommend this public storage location

Very disappointed in the dramatic price increase of this storage unit. Lack of carts makes it difficult to move belongings in and out. I was told by management that people are stealing the carts and they aren’t going to replace them. If I could give them no stars, I would.

This location is amazing and excellent customer service by Chad. Me and my girlfriend got there last minute and He helped us out and walked through everything.

I was told proceed would not increase by more than 5-10$ per month and it has gone up to 200$ a month in the matter of a few months time. That’s a $160 increase. And there are never carts available to get your stuff in and out, I’ve had to wait hours before. Pick a different storage unit.

This PS facility is fairly new and security is good so I feel my belongings are safe here. I've had good experiences with the staff at this location. Trish (the property manager) is excellent and very customer-service driven, she really helped out the other day when I switched from one storage unit to another. I'll stay at this storage facility because of her.

Me and my husband was at the facility and let me just tell you the bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. I asked the lady for a cart as I am a single mother this chick rolled her eyes and said she didn't know where it was at and when I asked her where I could find it she said she didn't know. I would seriously recommend you going somewhere else and take your business somewhere else as I already did checked out the exact same day I will take my business elsewhere these businesses think they can treat their customers and their guests as if their second to them and it's not okay if I'm paying you my money I want group service or at least respectable service all the way

Rented a storage unit over the summer to store my college dorm stuff. Chad was the gentleman that helped me. He was very nice and showed me how to properly secure my items in the unit and how to use my passcode to get in and out of the gate. I had a really great experience over at Public Storage on Briarcliff. After visiting 2 other storage places it was a breath of fresh air being helped by Chad, he was knowledgeable about the units helping us to make an informed decision given what we needed to store. He made sure we got the best deal, an accessible unit & ensured that we were all set up on the app for a seamless move in, all while making us laugh throughout the process. All of this worked in our favor the next day, had we not purchased the correct unit we would have been in a serious bind & time crunch. Thank You Chad & Sharon!

Needed a small unit over the summer for our college student to store his dorm room supplies. Stopped by as we were driving by, because our alternative was Storage Squad. Ms. Sharon was who helped us and was kind enough to show us a few options. She was so knowledgeable and helpful in helping us narrow down the perfect unit for our son. Honestly, it's rare these days to meet someone with her warm smile and people friendly skills and honesty. Stop by and say Hi to Sharon if you need any storage services.

I was able to see the space before making a payment and they kept their promises with me about reserving a unit and upgrading to a bigger one for the same price. I was able to easily move all of my stuff in one trip using the carts. Also, super clean and lots of security! 10/10 would recommend

They rented my reserved indoor space to someone else. Then tried to rent me an outside space at a higher price. I reserved a storage space at 2080 Briarcliff Rd in Atlanta, Ga. I brought the printed reservation with me to the storage facility. I presented it to the agent Yieshia. She first quoted me a price $25 higher than the reservation but corrected it. I asked her to show me the space. She pointed to a drive up space outside. I showed her the reservation that was clearly for an inside unit on the first floor. She said that my reservation had been changed. No explanation (other than lies) of how or why. No apology. I asked to cancel the rental and refund my money to my credit card. She printed out a moveout receipt with her name stating that the rental was cancelled . It is now 5 days later. The rental has not been cancelled. My payment not credited back to my credit card. She lied. I already lost half a day of work and was not able to store my items. Now I am losing more time from work trying to correct this issue and get a refund. I will never rent from Public storage again. Worst experience ever.

STEALING AT ITS FINEST… I have paid over my yearly responsibilities and they STILL say I owe money. It is November still and I’ve paid for the full year as I always pay in advance and they say I still owe money. I should be owed back my $300+ I will have paid OVER my total for the year and when I called to discuss… they put me on hold and never answered.. terrible employees and customer service. No basic math skills and luckily I have the payment history on their account so I can prove, EVERYTHING.. FIND ANOTHER STORAGE PLACE THAT IS NOT A FRANCHISE AS LONG AS THEY HAVE VALID INSURANCE.

This place has really gone downhill, the MGMT change, the poor facilities management and the price increases have made me move to another location.

Great experience overall. My only issue was the fact that there are flat carts on ground level. Doesn't sound negative, right? Well if you actually need to use one, the ones not on a chain are located waaay back in the office. They're available and complimentary. But it's a long walk. But it does give you a reason to go back and see D'lisa again, who happens to be gorgeous. 😁

Customer service could use a boost here. The attendant wearing glasses with braids; she's super unprofessional. Also, if you need to use the restroom while you're there forget about it. The key to it is always lost? Go figure, 3 times I visited my unit last month and the story was the same. So how about changing it?

If you change your mind about the unit or the location and request your money back, you will not be getting it. All you will get is the money for the lock. That administrative fee is gone forever in their pockets. Your hard earned money will never see your pocket again.

When I first place my items in the storage unit shay was amazing & very helpful, but leading towards the end of my time to move my items out of my storage unit Britney/ or Kayla because she lied about her name and Lindsay are super unprofessional rude & nasty and their attitudes are horrible they don’t need to be in Customer service if they don’t know how to talk to people.

Good help is hard to find. After speaking with a member of the team a few days ago, I confirmed that I would be in on today to lock in my June 3rd reservation. Upon arrival, I was told it doesn't work that way and that if I paid today, today would be my start date. It was a long way to drive for nothing. Misinformation can be needlessly costly. The person who spoke to me at the desk barely took her eyes off the computer screen and showed absolutely zero empathy. Oh well. That just poured salt in the wound. Guess I should be happy PS wants to do business with us. 😐

Update: Will never use public storage again. Two months or so has gone by and they're nearly TRIPLING my rate to "match the market". I have used other storage companies and have never experienced such a ridiculous price jump. I asked could anything be done and unfortunately I am going to go elsewhere Bc I'm not paying triple for the same thing. ********************************************* I had an excellent experience checking into my storage unit. Shay was very thorough when explaining my options and making sure I knew exactly what unit size I needed. She and the entire staff was very friendly and made the process smooth. I would recommend this location.

Great customer, Shay & Makiya was very helpful making sure I got the space I needed.

Could not complete rental online without purchasing insurance from them which we did not need. Had to go in person to complete rental. Then in person they insisted we could not complete the rental without purchasing a special $20 lock even though we told them we had a lock. Have called twice and left voicemails twice about 2 different things and have never received a call back. Accessing the elevator with the code is difficult as if you are not quick enough you have to exit the elevator to put the code in again.

Service at this location was great. The manager gave straight forward pricing, and understood exactly what I needed.

Top Notch Customer Service!!! I moved to Texas and I had my stuff in the Public storage in the Briarcliff location in Atlanta. I sent the key to a mover and UPS lost the package (was found days later) and the manager Ms. Raven helped me to contact the company and have the lock replaced fast and easy! Then the transportation company was creating some new burocratic problem saying that since I was not in Atlanta I needed to have someone with power of attorney in Atlanta or they couldn't pick up my stuff! (Yes! Really!) I was in the position of having to find someone quickly or having to travel to Atlanta in a 12 hours trip from Texas! I called again the manager Ms. Raven and she quicky solved the problem by supervising the entire operation! I don't know you but I am so sick of those companies that just leave you in troubles by simply stating that their policy is like that and that they are sorry they cannot help! Not here! At this public storage they are humans! LOL Now my stuff is travelling and I will finally get it delivered to me tomorrow! I love you Public Storage! Thank you!!! Lol

Excellent location for self storage. The security access control, intrusion, and video systems really help reduce casual pass abuse and because people aren’t likely to hand over their mobile phones, the new app is a safe convenient way to open gates, doors and easy to use to manage the rental space. This year has been such a positive change for this location with new friendly, helpful staff to support our moves and management that is responsive if you need to reach out for support when something's not right with your account.

Ok place to store items. Nice security setup. The speed bump at the entrance/ exit gate is not really car friendly. Both of our storage units have damage to the exterior walls and ants.

Shay, the manager, was very professional and helpful. Great deal on a 10x10 storage unit. Very secure with code required to get through gate, door, and elevator.

I could not have been more pleased with my experience. There was clearly great thought that went into providing a safe experience with masked employees and clear social distancing guidelines. Everything was carefully explained and the electronic signing process was smooth and easy. I had a minor problem with one of the locks and the staff member at the desk came down to my storage unit and helped me figure it out. I am very pleased that I clearly made the right choice with Public Storage!

I rented a spacious unit that is air for a decent price. The carts are very helpful for transporting heavier items to the second floor and I love that you have to put in your code to access the elevator because I feel like our items are more secure.

The staff at this location need a lot of customer service training. When you come into the office, the staff are having very unprofessional side conversations right in front of customers. Don’t even attempt to call because they rarely answer the phone and when they do, they seem irritated that you called.

I’ve had more than one good experience at this location. Most recently I really appreciated CeCe and Ariel helping me figure out the most logical storage unit size based on my needs. They even showed me a computer demo of what would fit in the size unit I was considering to better visualize what all it could hold. Great customer service!

I rented a space to store furniture after a death in the family. When I arrived with the movers, we got stuck in a dark elevator for 20 minutes. It was impossible to understand the person on all button, and we only got out when another customer opened the door from the outside. I asked to be moved to a ground floor unit, and ended up having to pay more. Very frustrating. Also, there was no lock on the rear gate. Seemed unsafe.

Unprofessional Staff and Unethical Company. Their policies are not clear and their staff are impolite, uneducated, and unhelpful. I reserved my unit online nearly 3 weeks before I intended on moving in. The same day I made that reservation I was then told to come in to view the unit, where I was told I needed to sign my lease and making the first months (typical for a business, so I did.) After I signed, they asked if I had a lock for my unit. I told them I would purchase one and bring it on my move in date. I was then called the very next day and told my unit needed a lock immediately. So I went in and purchase a lock. Yet days later I realize they retroactively changed my move in date to the date I came into sign, charging me nearly 3 weeks of extra rent for an unused unit. Then when I attempted to discuss their policies the staff told me that since I signed, paid, and had a lock on my unit, that rent was owed for that used space (to which in my mind was just a simple reservation until my move in date). This was all while their staff behaved in an irate dismissive manner, quickly yelling at me, refusing to help or acknowledge their coercive business practices. All over a minimal amount (3 weeks rent for me was $20). An amount that they very well know is too little to be recovered in court or any other means of holding their company accountable for their poor, unethical business practices. A very poorly ran business and very unethical. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Staff was great and super helpful. Sandra made the stressful experience easy and great. Love Sandra!!! Only feedback is that I was hit with an unexpected fee for the key which has nothing to do with this unit in particular but just Public Storage policy. So still 5 stars, I recommend.

Hello I called about relocating my items to a larger unit and spoke with Shanterria, she was incredibly helpful and more importantly she was able to give me a breakdown on my monthly rent and due date. I just got here and I’m already sorry I booked it here The representatives here are not very willing to help the storage units are up 3 levels and they won’t let you keep the automatic door open you literally have to pinch in a 8 digits code every time you go to the truck and bring your stuff It’s very difficult

This was a great first time experience at a storage unit facility. From the start the customer service was outstanding. The facility is clean and pretty close to brand new, and the security is promising (and it helps that the facility is around a great part of town). They have cameras everywhere and it's all gated with access code entrance only. All three ladies today (8/3/19) were so sweet and fun and they definitely care about customer service. Shoutout to Akirah who was extra helpful!

My initial experience with this location upon arrive to Atlanta was terrible. my unit I reserved was no longer available! Jennifer the manager failed to tell me this information the day before! Therefore, Sade, the other manager had to work with me to get me another unit that would work, size and money. Thank God for her bc customer service was rude. Sade took great care of me and I was able to l get my truck unloaded before the rain. I would give this branch 5 stars bc of Sade Banks but the things that happened prior, that had me in tears, gets three! That is all I can do! too long on a story, just know you don't want to hear "NOT AVAIL" after coming cross country with a truck. Some people are Lazy!

Jennifer has been helpful every time I have come to this location with storage ideas and supply needs. The staff here is friendly, informed, and most importantly down to earth. I would recommend anyone to use this facility for your storage needs, if this site is convenient. Also they have expanded right next door and build a better beautiful campus for all your storage needs. Can't wait until it is completed.

I'm giving 5 stars to Jennifer because she works hard to take care of problems that come up. She does her best, and if it was up to her and she had more control over it, certain problems would be fixed far more quickly. Corporate seems to care less about addressing major inconveniences resulting say, from the construction of the new facility next door, than Jennifer does, but that's how huge corporations role, unfortunately and, of course, there's no real excuse for that. The location's convenient for me, and the price is the cheapest around.

Had a decent experience over the last 7ish months up until today. Site managers are very rarely on site and unreachable when needed. Contacted corporate to remedy the issue which was a complete waste of time. They are just as (if not more) unhelpful. Made them aware of a few issues I ran into and instead of them trying to help solve the problems, they completely and blatantly defended the employees with no regard to the customer’s needs which involved safety.

Best customer service ever. Jennifer and Corey are the best. Definitely recommend if you need to store stuff. They look for your best interest. Glad I worked with them. Definitely 5 stars.

Thousands of dollars worth of merchandise stolen from a unit that should have been untamperable... The thieves needed lots of time to unpack a completely full unit and take what they wanted and put the rest back into the unit. Could be an inside job so if you know anything out have experienced a similar act please share. I'll be contacting an attorney in the morning as this definitely appears to be an inside job. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID. Pay that extra case to place your items in a secure facility.
