Extremely satisfied with this unit thanks to Carla she definitely was a big help in getting me situated and did an excellent job getting me set up.
I would leave a lower review if I could. Property manager is never in the office. Only one gate works consistently. I turned my keys in before the month began and they're still trying to charge me for the month. Absolutely not. Make sure you're completely self sufficient because no one is ever there.
I have never been in a public storage that checks the locks to ensure my valuables are safe. I really appreciate that service and it actually helped me out when I did not lock my storage unit correctly. I definitely recommend this location for their cleanliness and customer service.

The district manager is outstanding, he goes above and beyond to ensure that your issues are resolved. I am greatly appreciative of his efforts and straight to the point communication style.
But my items haven’t been in this location two months, and the billing issues are starting to wear me out. I thought everything had been handled. I look on my account today and there’s a random almost $50 charge for a lock disc that once again I never received. I don’t know what is going on with this company. I don’t know if it’s the female with a bad attitude who sits at the front desk. I don’t know if it’s just organization. I don’t know if it’s system issues all I know is I don’t want to speak about or see another charge in relation to a lock that I don’t have again.
Mo is the greatest!!! She has completely resolved my situation with exceptional customer service! Thank you!

He got me in and out in less than 30 minutes and that included touring and securing the unit, payment, demonstrating how the lock works, and site access details all with a great attitude and smile. Just got my unit and it feels like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders. I’ve been with Extra Space Storage for the past 3-4 years and my monthly rate for a 10x15 had increased to $400/months.
My new unit at Public Storage is 10x32 and is only $150 monthly!

This storage facility is very nice, clean and user friendly. It has multiple loading areas and plenty of space. I also really love the complimentary carts, they really came in handy. Carla was so very helpful and went above and beyond to assist me.
Antoinette was the best! She helped me find the storage unit that best worked for me. Most places don’t want to take the time to show you more than one storage unit but she didn’t mind. I would definitely ask for Antoinette next time you need a storage unit!

Convenient location between Lenox Rd and N Druid Hills. This is the nicest storage building I’ve ever seen! There are even drive-in garage doors so you can unload your stuff without getting rained on!
