I have a complaint. You need easier more efficient way of letting people out that get locked. Every business has customers that make the business stay open later than their schedule hours. No one is perfect. I have madeajor improvements in getting out before 9. I set an alarm to let me know it's close to 9. Tonight I accidently set it to am. And when. Realized I panicked because I needed to pick up some things I needed from Walmart before they closed.
First is like to acck pledge it is wrong to go out the side door. I have been very good about not using it. And I wouldn't have if it didn't take forever to get through to the operator and I don't remember my account number or know where to find it. It is too cold to night to go through all that. Also I don't want to be scolded and treated like a child. I h have been very mindful about leaving on time and not using that door .
i am scared to use the emergency door since it isn't an emergency. I don't want the manager having to come here for nothing. And take first responders away from real emergency

Loved my experience at Public Storage, Bob and Whitney are the BEST! I truly appreciate Whitney for being so helpful during my move in, move out process, she’s a gem. Bob was also very helpful as well when i was lost in the storage unit, he’s very knowledgeable. There’s one more person in the office, i forgot his name but he was super nice as well! I was gonna get rid of my units but I’m gonna keep one now because i trust the staff at this location!

I love this place. Dymond is a gem! She provided the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. She taught mw how to use the public storage app and shared its many benefits. This facility is extremely clean and close to home.
The PS Monroe location is hands down the best location in Atlanta!
Mainly because of the management , Diamond is absolutely AMAZING, she is kind and cares about her property & customers.

Dymond is a very hard worker most days I come she is by her self helping customers meeting their needs and cleaning everything. Her customer service is amazing . But some times I feel bad for her because she is doing so much by herself but overall I would recommend this public storage to others .
DIAMOND ! DIAMOND! DIAMOND ! This young lady goes above and beyond to assist. I was practically two seconds from crying due to an error either on my end or systematically. And she saved the day especially because I needed to return my truck in time. Helped with a cart to move my things all while she was already helping several other people! 😇😇
I’m specifically leaving this review about Diamond. I’ve used this storage space for almost a year now for storing my business equipment and things like that. I have had times when diamond has called and said “Hey CeeJai, I know you’re busy, but don’t forget you have a payment coming.” And on every single occasion, every month, she greets me as if sometimes my payments haven’t fallen behind. Even then, she makes herself available even when I’m walking in 3 min before they close, still with a smile. She shows up everyday, and she handles the entire property. Not too many employees get the greatest credit of operating these businesses. It could get frustrating dealing with others’ frustrations but Diamond showcases so much professionalism and patience with dealing with some of us extra customers. They went up on my storage charges one month,and make sure you read your agreements because they have a right to increase charges whenever they want. Diamond did me a solid by requesting my storage unit be back priced to where it was when I originally signed my agreement, and it was approved. Thanks Diamond for always being you!!!

I have been using this place since 2018 and I have used public storage at other locations, but this location is by far the best. First, let me start by saying that Diamond is absolutely amazing. She has excellent customer service, she is friendly, polite and very professional and she goes above and beyond to help. The only issue I have is that every six months they raise the price. I also appreciate the place is kept clean.

Have rented a space at this location for over a year. Place is clean, secure and well managed. The manager, Sharon, is absolutely wonderful. I had a small issue arise recently, and Sharon went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of to my complete satisfaction. I highly recommend this location. Good little storage place
We moved from Houston Texas to Atlanta Georgia last summer. I rented the space based on reviews. Everything talked very highly about the staff. We worked with Diamond getting the arrangements set. She was a true superstar in ensuring everything was set. We came in with 2 28 foot trailers and everything went smoothly. Diamond just showed me how to use their app on the phone to access the elevator. We have gotten a home and will be moving out in a few weeks. I cannot recommend them any more than I would use them in a heartbeat when I need storage.
