I have been here several times where my access code won’t work. Have to go in to the office and they reset it. I’ve had the same code each time and I pay with autopay so no reason why it shouldn’t work. Ridiculous, especially when you need to access when the office is closed. I’m paying 310 a month for a 15 foot unit.

attitude from staff is not warranted. i've rented a unit several times at this location and there's always someone with an attitude. management please have it checked. also, someone needs to be present in the office at all times during office hours so there is no confusion with presenting the lock someone brings with them for a refund prior to entering the unit. we do NOT need to be accused of switching locks. can the e-rental site have the option to click on to bring your own lock instead of automatically charging for a new one?

Thanks to Rosa, I was able to find a unit before my move out date in August. The facility was clean when I walked in and I appreciated Rosa's knowledge and allowing me to take a look at one of the units before purchasing.

They offer a lot of automation and app access for renting storage. I wanted to actually see the unit first. Rosa reached out to me by phone and we made an appointment same day for me to compare two unit sizes. She was very helpful and I was able to choose my unit and complete all paperwork in 30 minutes. Great service.

I used this PS location for only a month, needed to hold some furniture before a big move. They were so helpful, I had a tricky unit-you had to hold the door and lock a specific way to get it open and they would always come out and help me open up, and close it up. I’m 8 months pregnant and they would always offer to help me move things as well! I always turned them down but it was the offer that counted. Loved the pricing and space, very affordable and great location. Overall 10/10, I recommend this Public Storage location. 👍

I was not there only looked up address for someone.

My mother's place got flooded due to Hurricane Ian. She had to put whatever she salvaged into storage until we found her an apartment to live in. When we found her apartment, we moved all her items out on April 1st and told them to close out the room. They went ahead and told me that I had to pay for April 1st rent even though it was vacant. I will never use public storage again.

The places look safe Ava clean, it’s 24 access , but 1 start because not bathroom for use,, you have to go out or do like dog..

So far it's been pretty good haven't had a problem with anything. It was a little confusing at first cus there's not someone at the front office all the time and you have do everything online. But it was fast.

This place is a rip off do not come to the storage facility. Public storage rules are ridiculous. Would not accept my credit card over the Internet. Couldn’t get through the phone system. So late fee on a unit that I started at $110 a month it’s now $185 a month do not rent from this place

When I got here I thought this was gonna be another one of those trashy storage facility, but was I wrong. When I got there I had my eye on a certain unit for a certain price, Rosemarie and Jeanette were the two ladies that helped me through the whole process helped me load the app to have easier access to the facility. Then then showed me an inside unit ( like I wanted) and showed me a lil bigger one for the same price do to a promotion or something but at the end I got a bigger storage inside for the same price. Rosemarie gave me directions how to get to my storage. I got there couldn't get on the elevator. She must have seen through the camera so she called me on the com in the building n explained how to get up there to my floor. After all I had my very first experience having to use a storage facility and these ladies helped. There polite, patients and professional. Thank you

I rent a 10X30 space in here for my business, the storage has climate control, price is good! The manager Christine is so friendly, she contact with me by phone one day before I arrived, and really help me a lot. Good experience.

Straightforward and to the point employees. They tell you everything you need to know to optimize your money and your time renting a unit. The manager Rosa was very patient with my mother explaining things as many times as she needed. Great service, highly recommended.

I had 4 units here over the past 4 years. The staff have been outstanding! I’ve had monthly shipments during this time that I wasn’t always present to take in but the manager and staff always made sure my products got to where they needed to be. In fact, I have even bragged to my coworkers who have not had the same service with their storage facilities. Out of the 5 or 6 storage facilities I’ve used over the years in multiple states, this has been my best experience.

Friendly staff i came two weeks ago and a Hispanic woman wearing a red mask(couldn't remember her name) helped making Transferring units very easy an smooth. I upgraded from a 5×5 to a 10×12 in minutes.

Very Good Customer Service Access. I had a few problems with completing the eregistration for a storage unit. The agent Maria was very helpful in getting the issue resolved and I was able to secure the size I wanted very close to the elevator. She was also professional and eager to help me with the special, providing alternative options and explaining everything clearly for me.

I really appreciate the help and assistance I received here. I reserved a space online (during Covid), but then when I got there, I realized I needed a bigger storage unit. Rosa took time to help me find the right space at the right price. She saved me money by transferring money I had put down on the other unit to this new unit. I really appreciate it!

Hey my name is Eddie barbot and I’m a customer at this public storage location for about two years . I just want to commend the sight manager rose because I’ve been in Orlando for about 7 years and has never experienced the best customer service in my life . Especially with this pandemic she really helped me out just so I don’t lose my belongings in my storage . Even if I moved out of Orlando I would not leave this location public storage because I feel so comfortable with rose . She really deserves somet type of raise or promotion!!! I would definitely co-sign for her

Saturday June 6th, 2020 at noon. Order unit online, set the reservation for the same day to go in and sign the paperwork and pay for my unit. Received my email confirmation, and text confirmation to show when I arrive at the facility. I get there there's one person walking out the door in the lobby, and I go to the young lady and said I set a same-day reservation for a unit and I recieved my confirmation so I can pay and get my unit since I am off this weekend and havr been cleaning our home out of some things. With a completely empty Lobby she has the audacity to tell me that its by appointment only for people to come in and sign for new units. So why give the option to make a reservation online? Do you not recieve updates from online reservations, or just not pay attention to anything coming in? Right off the bad I decided I'd be better off taking my buisness elsewhere.

Tenice and Rosa are nice and courteous. My experience is alway a pleasant one at Public Storage.

FIRST MONTH FOR ONLY $1 $24 administration Fee, $15 insurance they tell you is required (It's not) Then a $20 lock they basically force you to buy. Telling you that you cannot leave it unlocked while you go buy a cheaper lock. (Even if it is still empty) After reaching $60 from all this. They then go on try to and sell you an air moisture control thing for $15. Offer every single item in the store that has a price tag and by the time you're done. You've spent anywhere from $60 to well over $100+ for what was supposed to be a $1 monthly rental.

The office staff have great customer service; however, you have to buy a lock, and insurance. Bringing the price way up. I was expecting to pay 25 and ended up paying around 70.

Tenice was very helpful and made the storing process very quick and easy. Would highly recommend if you are looking to store items in Public Storage.

Public storage is a great storage place, great customer service!

Public Storage at 2275 North Semoran Blvd is a great place to hold items you need to store short or long term. Rosa was very pleasant, helpful and upfront about the unit and property. She gets 5 stars: the facility - availability, location, cleanliness, ease and security of entry - gets 5 stars as well. My only quibble, not enough to affect those, is that the system doesn't give you the total price for move in until after you've signed the agreement; a couple of the initial fees were a bit of a shock presented at that point, whereas if it was given earlier, I could have processed it more easily. Rosa was an ace throughout, tho. Thanks, Rosa!

Great customer service. I’ve been renting from them almost a year now. My mother in law just rented a unit and the ladies in the office took time to explain everything in detail. They made my experience fun and enjoyable.

Staff was nice and easy to work with. I worked directly with Tenice whom was a great help. They held a unit for a week for me until my payday to cover the first months rent which I really appreciated.

Storage units. Clean, secure. Even has a retention pond and drainage ditch. as a moat.

I was helped by Tenice she was helpfull and she explained everthing about my unit and my payments Questions. Thanks again

My current experience has been awful. I’ve had goods stored here for 5 years in a 10x30 unit. All of the fire insulation from the ceiling has fallen and covered all of my stored items. It’s a disaster. The women working at the facility are no help at all. And the District Manager, Denise Cruz, has not contacted me despite my efforts over the last week or so. Before I start to remove my items and place in another storage facility I need to know if the fire insulation is safe/non-toxic. It looks like asbestos. I would not recommend this facility. In fact I would stay far, far away from it.

Customer service was great, was not expecting to have to purchase insurance in order to store stuff there OR to have to buy a lock. I figured I would be spending only around $40 and it turned out to be a hundred.. Their sales tactics are keeping you in the dark until the last second when you are present in front of them.

I am helping a friend move and my A/C In my car didn’t work and while I was waiting for my friends to come back with the truck Fela checked on me and made sure I was not hot and offered to take me to the office so I can cool down... I am not currently renting a unit from this location but if I ever need to this is the place top notch customer service to someone who isn’t even a customer
