It's a storage facility with reasonable prices. There is a gated entrance, each unit comes with a lock, and there are cameras throughout the facility. You can't meet the staff in person but must talk to them remotely through a screen in what used to be an office. The unfortunate thing about this place is that it's not open 24 hours, so if you need your stuff after 9PM then you're out of luck. And there's also no cart to safely load your things onto, no bathroom, and no trash disposal. I guess I can't complain for the price.

The absolute worst most disgusting storage facility I’ve ever seen! On day of move in unit literally had rat holes in walls was full of bugs and looked generally like an unfinished room something out of a horror film. Run far away. We moved into a unit in millennia inside climate controlled and actually cheaper.

Kaylee is amazing. Friendly, knowledgeable and above and beyond accomodating. She made sure I had everything I would need to not just access my unit but to make it so much easier and faster. If you need a good place to store anything, go ask for her.

Storage facility is very old and it looks that way. I’ve never seen maintenance on the property once and I’m there a couple times a week.

This place is old and run-down. Not a good place to store electronics with the constant water leaks. You're better off paying a few dollars more for a unit at the turkeylake location. I plan to move out our things this month to the new location.

Sad to say my opinion on Public Storage has decreased dramatically. A year ago they raised my rental price 33% all at once. I thought okay, I'll just accept it I had a pretty good rate. Now they're increasing it another 25%. I've been a great customer, always pay my rent on time, cause no problems. I called the facility manager to see if anything could be done and they said no sorry the price is going to increase no matter what you say even though you're not getting any more value for the huge price increase. There's no upgrades to the building or additional storage space. They just say it's "market price comparison," which is another way of saying they're just being greedy because they can get away with it. I asked them about their customer satisfaction guarantee and they basically said sorry it's just a slogan that has no real teeth. I called the "customer care" line and they said the same unhelpful thing. The customer satisfaction guarantee sign says to contact their regional manager to resolve any issues. I contacted her during business hours and left her a message. Here we are a week later and she hasn't returned my call. I wouldn't recommend this place for storage as the prices will raise on you dramatically for no reason and customer service is non-existent when you have a problem.

I needed a 2nd unit, and knew I needed to get one at the one at the Lakehurst property! Autumn is fantastic! She made the process really quick and explained everything I needed to know. Definitely recommend the Lakehurst Public Storage because Autumn is there!
