I've been a customer for over 18 months I started just paying $81.00 and now is $189.00 I was always on time paying the rent on time when is due on the 6th of every month, but lately I got a very nasty phone call on the 2nd of the month from Christine telling me that I was late for the rent and a lot of things and that I was rude and then she hanged up on me, I called back and she put me on hold for ever then I called from another phone number and she said that I was harassing her on the phone and hanged up again, this lady needs to learn some manners with the customers she is very rude.

We’ve had our storage unit here for about 7 months now. We love how easy it is to access the gate and buildings using the app. Recently we had a price increase. I went into the front office to ask about this and was greeted by Christine. She was very quick to look into this and help us with our issue. She even called me back a few days later to follow up! She was a pleasure to deal with. Thank you again Christine!

The company and owner however need to step up their game with not providing the necessary equipment to meet the customer needs. Shame on you Public Storage owners for only having 1-2 carts for a 650 unit property. Where is the Customer Care in this. Please don't respond with people keep taking the carts........ it's very old now. You pay Company Ownership Insurance each month which allows property to be replaced as an owner/entrepreneur. It's sad to have 3 to 4 families attempting to move in or out and only 1 cart is available. Thank you Public Storage we all like to carry heavy items in our hands with making multiple trips !!!! Sometimes you must put yourself in the position of what others are facing. 2 Carts For A 650 Unit Property ALL THE TIME !!! ............Wowwww still trying to configure The mindset of District Management, Regional Management and Owners.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE customer service. employees yelled at me, my storage got infested with ants & they told me there was nothing they could do also implied that i was lying to get a refund although i showed them evidence & told them to go see it for themselves. i also paid for a climate controlled unit on the app however they gave me a random unit that was not climate controlled & they told me i should’ve gotten the unit in person instead. very terrible customer service if i could give 0 stars i would. i will never recommend or rent here again. i also asked them to reach out to their District manager on saturday 9/24/2022 & i went back on saturday 10/1/2022 & was told that the employee still didn’t reach out until yesterday. ridiculous.

I rented a space from them middle of January and have paid automatically every month since. 9 months later they have tried to increase my rate twice due to market changes. I didn’t want the size space to begin with because I don’t need It. But there was no middle ground so I got stuck paying almost $90/ mo more than I wanted to/ should have, . Now they’re saying they can’t keep my price the same because they could get more from a new customer. And I don’t get any extra benefits for the additional $40+ a month. It’s the same storage space, same size, same everything. They’d rather a new customer pay more for an undetermined amount of time or to stay empty than to keep me paying the agreed upon price. . Lousy customer care and retention. If it’s not adjusted I will go somewhere else, the inconvenience of moving my stuff is worth It, and I will warn everyone I know not to use public storage. . Also Jeanette is terribly rude!

We rented a storage unit approx 6 months ago and everything went great. however, recently I've made 2 trips with furniture and can't access our unit because the elevator is broken. No body will return my voicemails and the front office has been closed both times during regular office hours. I just spoke with customer service (main number). Because the unit is my wifes name the rep could not tell me if a live person was working at that Public storage location. They told me to call back and act like a person looking to rent a unit to learn if there was a live person working that could help me. I never make negative reviews but this has been the absolutely worst customer service and waste of time (30 miles round trip X 2). What are we getting for our money? NOTHING except frustration. You will get great service when signing up but wait until there are problems and see how they are resolved. I wish there was a zero rating.

2021 (Update) - ...And I'm out. My 10x10 was $109 in June of 2020, and now it's being raised a 2nd time in less than a year to $146. Good for them if they can keep full capacity as they keep raising rates, but I'm getting out. 2018 (original review) I was unhappy with the rental rates going up regularly, but Rose worked with me to lower our rate to an acceptable level. Great customer service!

This was my first experience using a public storage facility. I was pleasantly surprised. The sign-up was easy. Myra was behind the counter with useful information and a welcoming manner. She answered my endless questions. The units were clean, bug and smell free. I would use this public storage site on Colonial Drive in Orlando again.

This facility is well maintained but it is small overall. The lanes are wide to park trucks for unloading but if you drive a co.bination truck and trailer you might have some trouble going through the gates and making turns. Turn wide! You can do it. I made it with my Ram 3500 and 26' cargo trailer, totaling about 42' long. If you are longer, don't do it...

After spending 2.5 days loading a 4 bedroom , 1.5 bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, and family den into a 26" truck and pulling a car. My wife, son and I started our trek south. By Jacksonville my wife had to stop. ( Oh forgot 2 dogs and 2 cats) We headed out next morning. We knew our destination was Orlando. We stopped at a rest area on. I-4 to decide what are we going to dok with a truck load of our lives. I googled Public Storage. But on one location I kept seeing the name Rose. "Rose was great. 5 stars" , Rose's customer service was outstanding 5 Stars, Rose was fantastic 5 stars. I told my wife that's were we're going. Our caravan pulls into Public Storage with no reservation and no idea what size to get. Well he comes Rose. When I saw the name tag and said OMG you are The 🌹. She helped us rent a storage area and told us were to find help to empty truck. She was a God send. Thank you Rose. I went in to one location at almost closing time where ROSE took care of me but they didn't have what I needed at the time. She called Selina and and told me not to worry I will be taken care of. Selina stood after closing time till I got there. Selina found me what I needed at a great price. She was not rushing me out, she really took her time and was very understanding to my situation. She was very caring. Thank you for your great customer service. Its not the first time ROSE took care of me and I must say she always goes out her way.
