2 stars because although the facility is fine and easy to make an account etc. The doors are never open for access to storage. This is my 3rd time trying to access my stuff, during open hours, and all of the doors are locked with no associate on site. Not to mention they have set hours when you can come inside, inconveniencing the customer off the bat. I would recommend another storage company that has 24-7 access and doors that actually unlock every time you want to access your storage unit.

So useful and easy to set up. Love the facility and space options they provide. Guadalupe helped me and my sister from the start, and even saved something we left outside for us. An angel at customer service. Highly recommend this place

It's a terrible place to lieve your stuff .all my favorite ts and pants gat stolen:( and there's cucarachas and bugs everywhere. The storage manager closed the doors at 4:55 leaving us outside while we were trying to finish putting the last box ( we got at the storage at 4:30 PM) .. we had to ask through the office to access to access to our unit to close the gate . The storage manager got super upset … I told her the closing time is at 5 and she was closing before time, she was totally aware of that … but she kept giving me million of acuses of her past experiences with costumers still without apologizing or at least been conscious of her mistake … she even told me she had to leave and I was taking her time away … super unprofessional, rude and lack of costumer service … we don’t want this kind of aptitud in our community …

Staff is friendly, place is clean. No 24/7 access. Sometimes staff closes before end of business day hours. Went last week and it was closed at 5:24pm while its posted that they close at 6:00 pm. Not always the case but it has happened to me a few times before.

Decent place to store your stuff, it's clean & well kept & the people there are nice. However, I only recommend using them if you need tempoary storage. If you plan on keeping your stuff stored long term then you better be prepared to be taken for a ride. My stuff has been there for 6 months and I just gat a notice of a significant rent increase that will take effect in 3 weeks, thanks for all the notice (even though corporate says they raise rent once a year) From a business standpoint I understand raising rates but not so soon and not so much and not in the middle of a pandemic when no one is working. With no income it's challenging enough to eat, keep the lights on or pay the rent for where I live much less all the extras like a storage unit. I spoke to someone in corporate hoping to at least postpone this increase considering these challenging times, the response was basically 'to bad so sad'. The business aspect is mind boggling to me ... why chase away paying (on time) customers only to have to rerent it & offer a discounted rent special and give the 1st month rent for $1 to a new customer? Very unfair & makes no sense. I will be exploring other options.

Amazing Experience from Arlette Arlette was super knowledgeable about everything that I needed and made sure everything was satisfactory before left by even offering me useful equipment sold in the store for my convenience. The office was also clean and well kept. I literally have no complaints about my visit other than i wish all employees we as attentive! 10/10 would visit again.

Morela was very helpful in helping me find and rent a unit that works just perfectly for my needs, even though I had reserved a different sized unit online. She took the time to show me the units that were available and we were able to quickly set up my account including autopay, which makes it easy for me , as I travel for work. Also the facility is all one level with wide access doors and hallways. Very convenient for loading and unloading my unit.

I need the space while i was in between moving. Carolina was great at explaining the fees and rules to a first-timer like me. It's about 3 weeks later and I'm grateful for her helpfulness. I just wish the location was open a little later... I work far south but live close by-- sometimes I'd like to pass by to drop off a few things after work but it's difficult to do so. But other than the limited access time, It's a recommendable self-storage facility. Thank you :)

Carolina is an amazing property manager; takes care of everything you need and is always ready to help. The property on the other hand, is disgusting and filled with cockroaches (just killed 1 today from a box filled with new stuff for my daughter). The lights at the unit are constantly turning off because the sensors are placed far from the units (smart electrician). These issues have been going on for months and it seems the only person that cares is Carolina. They should definitely fire the district manager since he doesn't care. Only reason I gave it 2 stars is because of the property manager.

I am an out of state college student and every summer I have to request a storage and I must say requesting this storage has been one of my best decisions. Carolina has been a great help. She assisted me throughout the whole registration & if I had any questions, she did not mind answering them. She is great! I recommend you all to come here.

Carolina is always ready to assist the customers with their needs and she goes the extra mile to help when it comes to information or informing the client as to which space is the better one to suit the clients need. I'm very disappointed with this place. I used this storage for only 15 days (Space B36L) the crew is friendly but, since January 31 (two months ago) I have been waiting for my refund $26.33. Carolina, the manager is very kind but she said she can't do anything about it, she just told me "I have to wait for the check" I called to James Arnaiz, Distric Manager, he never answer the phone, I let him the messages, He call me just one time and said: "just wait for the refund", but he never solved the problem. To friendly but very weak sense of responsibility next step Corporate Office !!!

This public storage is very nice. The staff is always respectful, helpful and willing to answer any questions or concerns. The property is always well kept and the facility is always nice and quiet and not overwhelming with crowd. And even when there is a busy weekend, there is always more than enough moving ladders and push carts available. It would also be wonderful if the property could extend their hours of operation to a later time vs. closing at 5pm on the weekends. Otherwise, everything else is great!!!

Great place! I love the fact that it is always empty and I am able to use the carts when I am there not having to wait till one finishes to use them like most places. The manager there is a kind sweet woman and she is always there at your service! :)
