The attendant to help me was awesome he gets five stars but public storage gets only one star for being unreasonable and not giving the clients that have been there for a very long time reasonable discounts on their storage the only ones that get good deals are new clients and that is wrong.

Never received a cancellation notice until next day after driving over 60 miles verbal at the facility time tolls and gas wasted .
It happens very often to all auctions buyers it feels like is not appreciation or respect for us minorities (professionalism ethics etc)

Do not rent here, in 6 months I have had 2 roach infestations from other units, and you need to leave them your key, which o refuse to do, so I’ve had to get my own roach traps. A lot of times there is no one there to help. They had someone living in one of the units by me for months. Today was the ultimate, no one there during hours, gate wide open, and the keypad to get into my unit had no electricity. They also had a robbery recently and I found out through the news, they didn’t even let anyone know. Gate is left open a lot. Find somewhere else.

Don't be surprised renting in this unit. That the counter person is unprofessional. Disappears within the buildin. Order to not be in the office. Every time I approach she's on Her phone board out of her mind. Call customer service to get complain in. Nothing has been done..
