I am in the process of moving out after being there for years. I have had some questionable intestinos with staff in the past. But the current agent there has been extremely friendly and helpful. Today when i informed Jen that i was leaving she had almost convinced me to stay. Had it not been for the fact that i have basically moved all of my equipment to a new location. I might have considered staying.

It was raining really badly and Jen (the lady working the front desk) was absolutely incredible! She let us stay inside till it stopped raining and was very welcoming and helpful! If you need public storage, this is a great location and they really take care of you! Thanks Jen!

Had issues with first storage unit (broken weather seal). Jen was able to help me change to a cleaner unit and provide suggestions to help with my storage needs!

I have been with public storage since April 2023 to current. The Regional Storage Manager Hector and Property Manager Jen are extremely attentive, knowledgeable, courageous, and very professional. The Properly Manger “Jen” always greets me with a smile or by my first name. She does her walk through and check on me to make sure; I don’t have any concerns or issues. She very knowledgeable and informative. Both Hector and Jen are superb assets to Public Storage establishment. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️! I highly recommend Public Storage as my top Storage choice. Clean, professional, safe, great customer services.

It's been 2 days since I posted my review. I am fair person and I retract my statement about the District Manager. At the end of the day Mr. Mejias reached out and listened to me, he was very courteous and attentive. This was as easy as showing some empathy and using managerial skills. Nothing to do with being negligent, sometimes people just have too much on their plates! Once again Ysamy is the go-to person, she is just outstanding. Thank you... ____________________________________________________________ Not even one star but to get my review posted I just had to. My unit was broken into and their only effort to contact me was one voice mail where they didn't even mention that there was a break in. How inefficient can a company be when you gather ones personal information (email, address, and emergency contact) and you just leave one voice mail and leave it there?? Not only this, I run my business out of this place and when I decide to take my things to sell the next day and turn in the unit before I was leaving on a trip, I couldn't because there was a lock and a tag on it. So now they want to make me accountable because I didn't take my things before the end of the month. For 3 days I went to the office, called and called and it seems like no one works at the place. I finally was able to contact the property manager Jensy Zammora to ask if she could help and her response was to call their insurance program and she didn't even provide with the police case number. I was able to contact her a second time to ask for the district manager's number and it was even worse, I called his number for 3 continuous days, left two voice mails and a week after, no response at all. Poor customer service, just a darn automated system over and over for more than a week. Today I stopped by the office again and once again the office was closed. I decided to stop by another PS warehouse that was close to ask for some help and I was finally able to talk to someone (Ysamy) and get some sort of help and even though she couldn't resolve my situation at least she went above and beyond and contacted other managers (Doris) to see if there was something to be done. If someone from the headquarters reads this, know that something needs to be done at this facility. I've heard other complaints from this location and the reality is that people like this tarnish your good name. I've rented spaces with you before for years and this is the first time I've ever seen what poor customer service is at it's highest level. Thanks to Ysamy's effort I was able to talk to someone and thanks to Michelle who was totally patient and actually listened to me. That was all I needed!

When I first went in to start my storage rental it was a great experience until I was ready to move out I was called at 8 am I missed the call however I was on the way there to move out my payment was due that day I had my storage cleared out before 5 pm well even though I called right back at 805 am and left a message stating I'm clearing out when I got to the property no one was on the office so I went on in cleared out and left I receive a call the next day where is your payment I again explain I cleared the unit left it like I was told before 5 pm well next thing I have a collection in my name for the amount can some one explain please

Best customer service, she was ready to go to lunch break and she didn't hesitate to help us out with a smile in her face, we felt welcome and helped at all times, definitely recommend this place and definitely Jen brings the place to another experience.

I just rented a 10X20 Space to move and store my property. I just would like to give 10 plus *** to YSMAY she was AWESOME. Ysmay walked me through the entire process n even helped me make sure I had everything correct. Moving is stressful but Ysmay made my day today. Took 100lbs of stress from my mind. I personally recommend using this storage facility and especially Ysmay she earns her paycheck. Thank you again. you again.

We stored our food truck trailer at this facility that we thought was secure and that all their cameras worked & then we were contacted that our trailer was not at the storage & they were trying to find out if we moved out! The gate is not secure because once some enters a code and drives through the gate remains open for 10 seconds before it closes which gives any other vehicle time to go though. On top of it the so called manager of the location(which by the way lives on the premises) couldn’t tell us exactly when the trailer was stolen because their not all of their cameras are working especially the most important ones back we’re we parked our trailer which if working would have given a lot of information as to who and what kind of truck pulled the trailer! We believe someone storing something at that location stole the trailer!!! Either way I don’t recommend this location because the District Manager doesn’t call your back about your issues and the manager doesn’t seem to understand and has a hard to communicating to anyone that only speaks English because myself and the police office kept getting different information and different stores and answers! STORE AT THIS LOCATION AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!

Very un professional coming down to the district manager to the site manager to the racist worker in the office had the ordassidy to push and call us white trash when she is trash the manager is useless and district manager is taking part of his racist worker had to have police there don't recommend this un kept trash of personal that all need to be fired it came down to there worker fighting with my daughter and her pushing me a 67 yr old worked all his life as a union representative for local 79 labores union pushing me in the chest just had a operation to put in totally trash workers and superiors there all os see ya in court trash

Dead roaches everywhere and dumpster locked with "no littering" sign on the outside? Storage units, a place where people are always taking things in and out and sometimes despossing of unwanted stuff.

Every time I visit this location, the young woman that works in the office is so nice and professional. She's very helpful, and helped me downsize from a storage that I was overpaying for, and was maybe 10% full. She notified me as soon as the size I wanted became available, and we got our units changed today. She's really a great employee.

Online used a move out date September 1, 2021. Unaware that I had to closeout by August 30th. Lock was removed and their was some 3 pcs wood left behind. I could not carry it out due to back pain and my friend w/ cancer is not so strong these days. The representative "FRANCIS" called me that I had to close it out, I explained the above, but she was just so obnoxious and rude w/ attitude. Now the truck we were using the engine exploded and we cant get their. Finances are tough nowadays. I and our family dealt w/ public storage for years and have not experienced someone so argumentative and rude.

Was helped by Francis the manager and she was extremely helpful and nice. Very happy with this location and the staff.

Rat and mice infestation. I’ve lost all my belongings there. They are everywhere. As I was inside my unit I could see them. The smell is horrible. My clothes, mattresses, expensive items are all gone to the trash. And I’ve became sick for breathing the urine as I was there days cleaning up the mess. I will try to talk to the manager but I’ve learned that the insurance doesn’t cover that. I’ve lost over $15.000 worth of stuff. Sad!

This is a horrible storage facility that has a huge Rat infestation. The units are infested with rats! They ruined my clothes and furniture and holiday decorations! They were covered in rat feces and urine and eaten all various parts. Don’t rent from this location you will be disappointed and your stuff will get ruined and destroyed by the huge rat infestation at the facility. I have reached out to local health officials and the local news investigation reporters to have this facility investigated . It is a horrible facility stay away!!

Just checked out after a year. Fantastic staff, manager, experience, rate and facility! Very clean and well managed/maintained. Couldn't have been smoother both moving in and checking out. Few x I needed to call the 2 women who run this location (forget names) were always very pleasant and helpful. Def. recommend!

Catherine was always kind over the phone and in person. She always returned my phone calls after I left VM. They called me once to let me know my lock was not secure correctly. Only issue to me was not this store but another one in Weston. You reserve online and they don’t guarantee the place. If you don’t go right away to pay, they give it to somebody else and don’t even tell you. What is then the point of reserving online, they should allow to pay at that moment so you can secure your unit and not lose it.

I was already renting a unit at this location which I feel received very helpful and friendly service from a gentleman that help me complete my registration back in November. Just recently I trying to move all of my belongings and realized that I was in need of a second storage room. When I went into the office, I met Cat. I have to say that she was incredibly helpful and patient with me. She realized that I was on a time crunch and I have to say that she completed my registration accurately and fast. I first want to start off by saying that dealing with customer service at Public Storage was a very smooth process. Once I received all my information and paperwork online I was able to go right in and get my storage unit. All they had to do was look at my information. The storage facility itself is very well kept and you have a variety of choices to choose from big or small, outdoor unit or inside unit for a reasonable price.

Tiffany was awesome! 😊 and the technology provided made the entire process very fast. Approximately 20 mins and we were in and out. Great deal too! I spent only a fraction of what the other places were asking. I highly recommend this storage property if you just want to get a good deal and go about your business. 5 stars all the way!

I had two units here, one for a year. It got rats for a short period of time and they ate up some of my furniture. The insurance they make you buy covers it, but the max is $250. My damage was several pieces and the sofa alone cost me $550. Find a storage place that has indoor types if you can afford it. Who knows if the unit next to you attracted rats or the whole place has them. But they addresed it. The manager Sara is a really nice person and was very helpful. She hooked me up with a second unit short term for when I transitioned from the apt to the new house. My review would be worse if it wasn't for her. Great service. All nice people there.
