This place is amazing. I found an incredible rate online. I was moving on a Sunday, and that was no problem at all. Accessing the place was so easy and convenient. Everything was ready. Unit was clean and lock was left inside. We were using our own lock so I simply brought it back a couple days after and the manager took it back and refunded me the $20. By the way, she is very professional. I would recommend this place to anyone without hesitation.

I dont recommend this storage, is not safe. Suppostly no cameras. I can't believe that my mom was robbed 😢. But all that was reported and the 1st suspicious is Adriana Romero. My mom was looking for and she disappeared she thought my mom was upstairs putting new lock. She didn't realized that my mom was in her car and when she saw putting couple of item in her car, mom came out of her car and saw couple of her stolen items. Please don't rent store here. If anything reach me for more info.

My mother had been paying Storage here for over a year and she was robbed from her unite she was renting and it seemed like to be one of the employees. The explanation she gave us was not valid. This was terrible please be carful and safe of your belongings so you don’t become the next victim.

Increible lo que a mi me ha pasado en este storage, me robaron todas mis cosas, y al parecer nadie se hace cargo. Rente este storage por mas de un año pagando y ahora NADIE hace nada, y yo creyendo que tenia mis cosas segura. Perdi documentos, decoraciones navideñas, fotos de la infancia, maletas repletas de cosas. Cuidado con este storage, todo esta en investigacion pero no es seguro guardar tus cosas!!! Y lo peor de todo, mientras esperaba a la policia vi a la stock manager con una bolsa con piezas mias !!! Le digo que son mias y me dice que las encomtro en el piso!!!! Y las camaras que podrian incriminarla magicamente estaban desconectadas!!!!! Que es esto?? Una mafia!!!! Definitivamente NO guarden nada de sus pertenencias de valor en este storage. Es un completo desastre.esyoy muy mal...por favor cuidado con acegurar sus cosas....😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Quite honestly I don’t even know where to start. No less then 24hrs after acquiring the storage unit. I was contacted by the property manager with a very combative tone and demeanor. No.Unfortunately my unloading took more time then expected. Rules and protocols were informed to us. But nothing in regards to what time to leave by. I was rudely woken up to this call at just 8:00 A:M. I tried to calmly and professionally explain to her what occurred. But due to her constant interjection didn’t allow her to listen. She was ranking ( getting what ever it was off her chest). Find it comical at the same time because she’s the same one that tried to passive aggressively make me submit a reviews for they’re services the moment she handed over the keys to the storage unit.

Never rent from these people. They make you pay extraordinarily high rent and then as soon as you cannot make the payments they lock your unit and sell your items. They will sell them less than 60 days. 2 months to take someone's belongings. Simply criminal.

I love this place for storing my belongings. Adriana, the office manager was the person who attended to me since my very first time and keep doing her best for me since then. She truly cares about what you need and she went above and beyond to make sure I had all the information required to make the process comfortable. I feel my stuff is in a safe place and for a very reasonable price.
My family and I moved to Florida a few months ago and we did not have room for a lot of stuff brought so we found the perfect storage place. We love everything about this place. The facility is clean and properly organized, the staff is amazing and the service is great! Specifically Adriana!! She is always making sure everything is good and we have what we need. She has such a passion for their job that it translated to excellence!! Highly recommend it!

Paid them late on October 13th, with all late fees. Paid up until November 1st. Called as courtesy to let them know I'd be moving out the next few days. Manager sends me email saying I'm moving out totally tomorrow. They also still have second security lock on door, so I have no access to my belongings after driving an hour. So that means they have left me locked out for 9 days. Maybe the regional manager can't understand people. Surely not doing there job, they took the time to lock me out but once paid didn't care about unlocking even with notice.

It's o.k.,for keeping your furniture
I get lost in parking lots… so you might be able to imagine my experience in trying to locate my unit, without a map in that second floor maze of storage units. Out of nowhere Kia yells out to me from the opposite end of the isle, “sir what number are you looking for”? From that moment on I new I was in good hands. Kia patiently waited for me to reach her with my loaded cart and led me to my unit. I mentioned that I would be returning the P.S.’s lock for a refund as I had one of my own. She reassured me I would be refunded and need only go to the office.
On my way out I stopped by the office and was surprised to see that Kia had everything all setup and ready for me to sign electronically. I was out fast. Thank you Kia for your friendly disposition and the thoughtful manner with which you provided me with great customer service and courtesy… for a minute there I thought I was at Chick-fil-A.
I thank her now again, feeling lucky and grateful.
