I have used this storage location for over 3 years. It is always clean and the staff is always very helpful. Recently I called when I received a notice that I check I sent had not been received. The store manager went well beyond his duty to make sure a late fee was removed and helped me make the payment online. He even reminded me to do a stop payment on the check that had been lost. I recommend this facility for your storage needs!

Another year and another update, I have heard horror stories about other storage facilities, BUT this operation is top notch. Secure, Clean and very well managed, very stable -- Horacio is running this facility, and I highly recommend talking to him about any of your storage issues. In this day and age it is hard to find a well run business with personal service and a business that always puts the customer first. Have a storage issue - call Horacio and it will be solved. Besides being very convenient, The service and management by Horacio is the best I have ever experienced, he is the difference between a mediocre place and a trouble free unit. I have been there over two years and the last year validates my decision. I want to update this, as I have now been there for over 3 years, and never had any problem, the property is well maintained and the staff lead by Horacio is as good as can ever be expected.

Horrible , there is a new woman working at the offfice , she doesn’t know what is she doing , customer service horrible , she went for lunch and at the door shows returned at 2 , then she told me return at 2 15 , knowing that I was there one hour ago for make a payment , I did it , the payment doesn’t go thru and she doesn’t care , special when I’m waiting for using my locker , incredible , I don’t recommend this location

Completely disappointed with this location. The property manager I dealt with was Horacio. He purposefully used predatory language to convince me to purchase insurance. The quote used was "Insurance is not mandatory, but it is required". I recently contacted the Public Storage company about switching locations due to cheaper rates nearby(due to the insurance price), and they clearly and easily told me you can be self insured/not take their insurance. I have nothing of value to insure, only some photos and childhood memories. I also have my own rental insurance, but was not explained that I could use it. To further worsen the feeling, my parents rented at this location before me, and experienced the same thing. I really did not appreciate the purposeful vagueness in communication, in order to sell me their insurance. Will be removing my belongings ASAP. The location was otherwise fine and clean, apart from them not having a garbage can available at all.

It has always a pleasure to have Horacio's assistance at this branch. Throughout the COVID-19 it was hard for me to make payments due to being laid-off from my job, but Horacio was able to make it easier for me to make payments. In the end, he helped find me another unit at a lesser cost to save me money. Overall, he is a wonderful guy and truly appreciates people and his customer service fabulous!!

I would like to express my thanks to Horacio for always being professional ,courteous and helpful . His outstanding personality is an asset to public storage , I have not had a more positive experience anywhere !!!

They are filing notice of lien enforcements during a state of emergency without even contacting the right party or answering the phones either at their office or nationally for payments. My deceased mother's belongings are in there and in this time. AT 2:4) PM ON ON MARCH 20TH, THEY WOULD NOT LET ME PAY FOR MY SISTERS LOCKER. I hope they recorded the phone call because the employee told me she couldn't help me despite it was my mother's belongings. My pregnant sister was trying to work and take care of two children and I was told I couldn't take care of the lien even though I was willling to pay. PUBLIC STORAGE, I implore you to find that phone conversation. This is theft plain and simple. They also charge $370 a month. I tried to pay $810 to take care of the late fees and two months online and it didnt work. I hope they find the recorded conversation.

We got 2 big units after moving to Florida. They gave us a competitive price but beware, they changed the price 6 months in to over 35% more. They know you can’t move out so easily, they jump their price. Lighting inside is bad. They cannot even change lighting over the unit, so you can’t see what is in. In short, find a deal somewhere else that will maintain pricing, and will keep lights on

This place is a rip off they add hefty late fees and try to sell your storage off so quickly they cut your locks off and they use these special locks you have to Buy they are $20 a pop don’t trust these people all bad.

I stopped in this location on my day off to inquire about a storage space and the staff was very helpful i was helped by Horacio who was very knowledgeable and kind i will refer this location to all of my friends.

Absolutely the worst customer service ever! The front desk lady refused to rent me a unit unless I bought their insurance. She said if I didn’t like it go somewhere else. No where does it say you are forced to buy insurance. I told her I had insurance and would provide a copy but still refused service unless I bought theirs. Unbelievable!

My experience at this public storage has been amazing. Peggy is superb in her customer service and knows how to take care of her customers. All of my questions were answered in a timely fashion, and i received the best customer service possible. If anyone needs a storage locker, I would definitely recommend this place.

Great place and amazing staff! Peggy was extremely helpful and a pleasure to work with from the day I walked in to rent the unit until the last day. She is clear, concise, and very efficient. She explained all the paperwork that was needed to be completed in a very efficient manner and always with a great smile :-) I also found the facilities and unit to be very clean. Peggy made a stress filled experience of finding a storage facility FUN. She is professional, understanding, friendly, extremely helpful and courteous and a wonderful representative of your company. In these days of impersonal sales people who could care less....Peggy is the exception. She is terrific !!!!

Very helpful and pleasurable staff! Initially I was trying to make a decision on a storage facility to use and it was between this location and the one on Biscayne which has lower rates. The staff members were so delightful that I knew this was where I wanted to store my belongings. I absolutely loved the online application which allowed for an easy/quick move-in. This is the most well-kept storage facility I have worked with.

Troy was very helpful, explained the services, showed us several different size units, communicated information clearly, processed the paper work in a very efficient and professional manner. Was very pleased in selecting this location. Highly recommend to others.

I searched for a public storage and i found a wonderful place on 2940 and 188th the service was amazing Troy and Kanisha were very helpful explaining all the details and they were very friendly!!! i highly recommend this place.
