I had a great experience at Public Storage thanks to Bradley. He was a huge help, incredibly kind, and went above and beyond my expectations. He took the time to understand my specific needs and found the perfect unit for me, and was very patient throughout the process. It's rare to find such dedicated customer service.
I dont normally write reviews but I thought I should after I've watch this store decline drastically over the last few weeks. They have had so many new people its hard to figure out if anyone will be in the office ever. There's was a manager i think Brittney she had this place so clean and was very kind and professional now there is a guy Rich who is rude and doesn't care about his job. Now the property is trashed. People dumping and seems like upper management could care less. I would give a 5 start but the decline is horrible. Being back the people who take care of this place.

Was here for quite some time. Elevators on the west side of the building are down and have not been repaired in quite some time. There's a new guy in the office, Mike I believe is his name, who has exceptional customer service and is so much more helpful than the other girl Brittany, who is "undercover" nice. I've heard her on more than one occassion bad mouthing customers that rent at this facility with other customers, and then when someone else walks in she immediately uses her "white people voice", and is extremely fake and impersonal. If you think Im making it up just read the rest of the reviews, she walks the hallways looking in people's units and acts like an absolute storage nazi unless your swiping your card in the office. I dont know how she still has a job with all the negative reviews about her here, and I will go the extra length to make payments at a different facility on my account if I pull in and see her in the office. With that said, the facility is always clean, inside and out. The only reason Im leaving a 5 star review is because it does seem like management is changing their pace by hiring more professional and helpful people, I was not wronged in anyway and understood the terms of my lease - the units ARE AS ADVERTISED, and I was never directly mistreated while renting here. Ultimately Im deciding to leave for these reasons. 1) Im tired of walking across the entire building since management wont fix the west elevator 2) Rent goes up every 3-6 months and NEVER stops. You can start a lease here for 44 dollars and end it paying 300 or more. Theyre month to month lease terms allow them to raise it whenever they want.... and they will FYI. 3) I shouldnt feel uncomfortable to go to my storage just because a specific person is working that day, Ill take my business elsewhere as long as you keep people such as her around.
My daugher made a reservation for me online and had accidentally reserved and paid for the wrong unit size. When she got to property and realized her mistake, Mike was able to help get her re done in the right size unit immediately with a better promotion than what was available for the smaller size and get us moved in. Called in to confirm a reservation, unfortunately it was the wrong location. Mike was so helpful and determined to assist me in figuring out the correct location . Though I didn’t have a reservation here, his help was so appreciated as I just got into town from out of state.

Would highly recommend this location for any of your temperature controlled storage needs. Brittney is a super kind and helpful individual that can help get you set up and maintain your perfect unit. She was able to help me get a missed payment taken care of very quickly and effectively with no hassle. If in case things to wrong with auto pay they are kind enough to call and check in with you. Bradley was kind and understanding about my missed payment when they called about it. I greatly appreciate the kindness and understanding I've received from them as a renter who's been here for a while.
As first time storage renters, Lorraine and Brittaney definitely helped lessen the stress. We got a well explained tour as well as all of our questions answered. Highly recommend this storage not only for their security and low prices but also their amazing costumer service.

I rented at this facility from Nov. 2021 to Mar. 2025. I am happy to say that my belongings were in a good place. Nothing was infested with anything, no bugs, rodents, spiders or other critters were in the very back of my unit where stuff had not been moved in years. The office staff has always been helpful and friendly. Ryan, Britney, and Katie are especially nice. My rent went up at times, but then they'd give me a discount for a few months out of the year. I think they have been more than fair and considerate. The facility is clean. Some people won't appreciate anything, if given the opportunity, they'll plug the toilet, leave trash and dirt behind, break carts or steal them, and throw things in the facility dumpsters when asked not to. I would rent here again, and recommend this facility. Keep up the good work!

I have a unit in the Public Storage on Irma Drive but No one was there And after 30 minutes of calling the operator and getting no where I decided to go to this property for help. Brittaney was so great and so helpful very understanding. She showed me some units and was able to help me get transferred on my own property. She was fantastic.
With an elevator being out and having to move my whole apartment into a storage unit, I was happy about having to carry my stuff across the whole building, but Brittaney was super awesome and helped me find a better storage unit so I didn't have to work so hard. Thanks for the help!

The people who work here are so helpful! Brittaney, has been so understanding and helpful and patient with me. She knows I’m on disability and hasn’t given me issues when I’ve had to pay late. She even advocated for me to get my rent lowered when it was raised (just like apartment rent, it goes up every so often a bit.) and I had no idea she had done that until someone else who worked there told me. She knew my situation is tough and just went into action, without my even asking her to. Can you believe that?! She’s done so many things to make my life easier and so has the rest of the staff. I also remember Katie giving me great advice and being super helpful with tons of questions.
They are very friendly and work extremely hard. I’d happily recommend this Public Storage location!

I needed a storage space and Kathryn made the process as easy possible and had great customer service, there’s cameras for security, you have an app that has your info, unit info, allows you to open the gate, and etc. I look forward to having this unit for a long term rental storage space.

There was a misunderstanding on the 64 people at the customer service center help for sending messages another Poperty Manager called me back and took care of it and then on Friday the seventh I went and finished updating and taking care of everything everything is very helpful even though I lost it I was a bit emotional and distract everybody

The unit was easy to rent online and we only paid $1 for the first month. The office staff was friendly, especially Leianne. The facility was clean, there are carts to use, and check out was quick and easy too. Would definitely go here again if we need to store stuff.

My experience here at this location was great! Although getting my key stuck in my lock was a handful, I was able to get it unlocked.
Leianne in particular was super helpful because I had a situation where I was moving out the last of the month, but with the key broken and stuck after 9pm, so I had to leave.
I came back early morning to get it cleaned and fix and Leianne was super helpful in getting the charges dropped for my situation! She was great!

Very clean facility, easy account set up and move out process. I stored my belongings on 3rd floor for a year and a half without any issues. Customer service was exceptional, Alejandra was always courteous and helped answer questions anytime we spoke.
The manager helped me remove my lock free of charge when I forgot my combination. I highly recommend this location!

This place was only supposed to give me a certain amount of time to clean out my storage unit and because I fell on ice (@my home) and broke my wrist they told me to take my time cleaning out my unit. You need a safe place to store at a reasonable price than this is the place. Property manager Keaton W., was amazing! He worked hard to look for the best deals and got everything worked out in a steady pace. I truly appreciate him!

Set up online was simple, effective and copies sent directly to the registered email. App is a nice touch and quite appropriate for the modern facility that is climate controlled. There are carts to assist with moving items to your storage location and office personnel is responsive, friendly and helpful.
