Updated several years later. I was told to leave a review first before I could get a storage. Then they changed doors so it was there lock on the door. Got charged an extra month rent after I already gave them a month notice I was removing my stuff cause I didn't remove THERE LOCK from the door.
They gave me a upstairs unit at first by mistake I came back the next day and they quickly fixed the issue by getting 1 on ground level, all good so I went to get the truck I had waiting but when I returned my code didn't work some other unit let me in so after unloading a newo person had let us out. I returned verry upset the next day and again the lady in the kiosk fixed my issue quickly. Haven't been out to see if my code still works. I'll post again
later if I have any issues .
Gem was absolutely amazing! She helped me with everything I needed and was very helpful! She didn’t disappoint at all!

Scheduled a Move-Out for June 30th, moved out the 30th, took my belongings and barrel lock and left.
However, they didn't bother to check the unit to verify this and left my account active.
Now I'm being charged rent + late fee even though I did my part.
See attached the screenshot I took yesterday of my account with the move-out date shown. I even took videos before I left, you can clearly see there is no lock.
An actually helpful employee helped me "move out" today.

Also, not to mention that a few days after I moved in the gate wouldn't open from the inside. A lady was stuck on the phone for ~30 minutes at the gate before we were able to get out. Spoke to regular about to enter and he mentioned for the past 2 years there's been constant gate issues. Drove by a few days later and the gate was permanently open, likely from the aforementioned issue.
Rented out a space today and I had some questions ran into Jeffery and he was so nice and explained things perfectly to me would recommend people coming here

Scam. Refused access to my unit on first few days and will not call me to even discuss.
The property is always kept in great condition. The property manager Jeffrey is always helpful and hands on when issues arise.
John is the best customer service provider I have ever done business with.
If I can give this place zero stars I would. They never have anyone working in office and that would be fine if THEY WOULD ANSWER THE PHONE. They don’t answer they do not care about their customers just the money . Since the only time they’ll call is if you’re late on a payment. They need better management and a better crew. ZERO STARS!
Thanks Jeffery and John for helping me out. The gate needs to be fixed Public Storage but I know it's not John or Jeffery's fault.
Gate not working for over a month now
Have been renting there for a while and the property is starting to look a lot better. The lady that runs the property now is very helpful.
The new management gets FIVE STARS.....4 stars is because of the company itself...... At some point it would be nice to be appreciated as long term customers like maybe put a cap on the rate increases. That would be great.
Anyway too or new management....i meant to write a review months ago when we got someone who actually WORKS & CARES about the property & customers..... You obviously understand customers are the reason you have this job.

Booked a storage unit online and it was ready to check in within minutes. Since this was my first time at Public Storage, I was a bit confused on how to open my storage unit's door.
Jeffrey, one of the maintenance staff who happened to be at the complex, not only kindly helped me to access my unit but also shared valuable insights about how best to use Public Storage. I really appreciated his knowledge & attentiveness.
While the advanced security at the complex looks promising, it would be great if 5' x 10' unit with drive-up access was a bit cheaper than $90 /month.
Marnie needs to be promoted she took what started out as a really unfortunate situation and made it possible for me to be able to return to work in a respectful amount of time. Honestly had she not been there and been as professional and caring I would have had to take a much different approach to the situation. I've dealt with probably 15 PS properties and employees so I'm not just saying it to say it but Marnie is a model employee you folks need to clone her to all of your properties. She's definitely a turn Lemons to Lemonade king of gal. Thank you for having a heart and seeing someone needing help. You didn't have to and you did help thank you so much. Due to her and her alone I will continue business and delete the not so kind group email to your corporate office. Rock on Marnie!

Angelique is the best! She was incredibly helpful. I needed to upgrade my storage unit from a 10x5 to 10x10 and she helped me out right away, and came over from the other Simms location to show me the 10x10 and how to work the lift elevator. I was so glad she was there to help. The kiosk can be tricky and I'm grateful I didn't have to deal with that.
They will increase your rent without letting you know than charge $50 fee

Been here about four months. Have not had any problems. No supervisor on duty during day time. There is a kiosk in the front office to pay your bill or online (how I opted in). The sign up was easy. The price stuff jump up after the second month higher then what I thought it was going to send up but I have 3 times the space and still paying just under what it last storage unit cost per month. We have a 10x15 paying 105.00 USD. We only had a 5x10 at the last place and was paying 120.00 USD. So I can't complain to much.....
I was most satisfied with the entire experience dealing with Public Storage and Mr John went over and above to help me to understand and feel Comfortable. What a Gem you Have There. Thank You Public Storage. Also Dave The Reginal Manager , I by Chance got to meet, Amazing. Buissness Man
I cringe when it comes to having to post negative reviews. Especially with the current challenges for businesses.
However there is a line between what is right and what is not. Irregardless of how big a corporation is they have no right to disregard the safety and wellbeing of workers or the public.
6wks ago I began reaching out about the ever growing pile of ice and snow that had been placed on front of the storage unit that I rent. Spike with a couple of very nice folks on the phone.And here we sit. It feels like more of a hostage situation because I have to play the rent right? That's fair however its it really? I cant even vacate the unit and im not the only one. Everyday workers and renters are forced to cross an entire drive of 4" ice that slippery due to daily melting and its back building . The snow removal contractor is a joke and obviously takes no pride in their work. So something before someone gets seriously hurt and personal property is damaged or destroyed ! That's Good Business! This its beyond unacceptable Public Storage Corporate.
Thankfully after 8wks communication with the very nice regional manager. Absolutely professional man with total understanding was able to take a corrective action in regards to the ongoing snow and ice delema on this property.
Haven't quite been able to get out but atleast its showing marked progress. Thank you for the commendable effort I truly appreciate it. Though its sad to see the property managers of the public storage being replaced by computers , I guess thats just what our big beautiful world is turning into.
