The agent there, Sailboat, (yes, that’s his name) worked tirelessly to find the best smaller unit for me at the lowest price. Who does that anymore! Brad from PS called me today (Easter Sunday) to accuse me of dumping furniture at this location. He claimed someone using my code dumped furniture on Friday. It was not me nor anyone associated with me. I did go to the storage and drop off boxes to my unit. When I pulled in and parked, I noticed several large gray pieces of furniture (like sectional sofas) sitting in the lot. This has no connection with me nor my storage unit. So Brad, maybe check all of the footage and other codes used before accusing me. Check the code or codes that were used prior to me, as these items were already there. This call did not end well as I was highly upset that he’s was calling me on Easter and accusing me of dumping. Please gather your facts before implicating me in bogus situations. I’ve only been renting the unit for one month, but after this I plan on moving and never using Public Storage again.

I have stored my items in Public Storage for 3 1/2 years at the 10830 Ventura Blvd. Studio City, CA location facility and my experience has been great. Erika has been great and so kind over the past 3 years. She has worked with me especially when I was late with my payments. I am a senior and she has always been so understanding. I praise all of the staff at Public Storage. Everyone has been so kind over the years. Brad has also been so helpful as well. Grace, Jasmine, Jorge and others have been so helpful over the years. I just hope and pray that my new storage facility will provide me with the same excellent customer service I have received at the 10830 Ventura Blvd, Studio City. I am only leaving this facility because I can no longer afford the monthly payments and I found a cheaper facility. Thank you everyone for making my last 3 1/2 years a pleasant one.

It is now the year August 1st 2023 and I am still with the Public Storage Studio City location. I have been with the Studio City location now for 4 and a half years. I must give Erika credit where credit is due. She is exceptional. She was instrumental in helping me to get my storage adjusted to a lower fee. I am very pleased and happy.
