Adam, Jim, and Stephanie are the best! I needed a new storage due to my last one being so expensive, I only rented here not only for the good price but for the property managers AMAZING customer service. I wouldn’t have rented here without their help. Anybody can run a self storage but not go above and beyond like these guys!

I'VE BEEN RENTING SPACE HERE FOR A FEW YRS NOW. THE STAFF OFFERS EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. ALWAYS COURTEOUS, FRIENDLY, & PROFESSIONAL. THE MGR. STEPHANIE, HER CO-WORKERS ADAM & ANTHONY ARE JUST A FEW TO MENTION. I'M JUST A BIT DISAPPOINTED W/ 3 RULES: (1) I WISH THEY WOULD CLOSE AT 6-7 PM DAILY AS OPPOSED TO 5-6 PM. THAT'S EARLY FOR ME, & I'M SURE FOR OTHERS THAT TRY TO GET HERE AFTER WORK. UNDERSTANDABLE THOUGH, AS IT HELPS KEEP PEOPLE FROM LIVING IN UNITS. (2): WE'RE ONLY ALLOWED 1 HR TO GET ITEMS IN/ OUT OF OUR UNIT. THAT'S A PROBLEM. MOST RENTERS HERE, LIKE MYSELF, ARE NOT HOMELESS OR VAGRANTS. ON DAYS OFF, WE NEED TO BE ABLE TO CLEAN & ORGANIZE OUR UNITS. TENANTS SHOULD BE ALLOWED AT LEAST 2-3 HR AVAILABILITY. MANY RENTERS HERE ARE SENIORS; HAVE BODILY INJURIES; NOT IN SHAPE; MIGHT BE HANDICAPPED; ETC. WE NEED TO ORGANIZE OUR UNITS BY OURSELVES AT TIMES. MOVING THINGS AROUND, MAYBE MAKING A TRIP TO THE RESTROOM, OR OUR VEHICLE, MAYBE HAVE TO RETURN A CART, THEN DRIVE OUT THE GATE A FEW MINS BEFORE THE GATES LOCK... 1 HR IS NOT ENOUGH TIME. I HOPE THE MGMT WILL RECONSIDER THIS TIME FRAME. IT'S NOT REASONABLE CONSIDERING HOW MUCH RENT WE PAY. (3): AT TIMES WE MAY HAVE TO REPORT DAMAGES OF OUR STORED ITEMS; CLEAN UP WATER DAMAGE; WE NEED TIME TO TAKE INVENTORY FOR INS CO; TALK TO THE MGR, OR OTHER OFFICE PERSONNEL. GIVING US 1 HR TO COME & GO, SPEND IN OUR UNIT DAILY, IS NOT ONLY TOO STRICT, BUT ABSURD. HAVING COMPLAINTS ABOUT THIS PUBLIC STORAGE FACILITY, I WOULD STILL RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AS A STORAGE COMPANY YOU COULD TRUST TO BE AS SAFE & SECURE AS POSSIBLE. THE STAFF KEEPS THE OFFICE, RESTROOMS, & GROUNDS CLEAN & WELL ORGANIZED. THEY'RE ON TOP OF THEIR GAME HERE!

Public Storage is lucky to have Adam as their Manager! Very to the point and helpful! Was able to meet my budget and storage needs! Best stress reliever!

The place is tidy and conveniently located. I am so thankful to Adam who is very patient to explain all the details of the renting process.

This place is unreasonable. After closing at 6pm the elevator will be closed regardless of whether you have finished moving your things. And you will be locked in the gate No one will tell you the after-hour pass code. If you don't want to be locked in a storage with nobody you should choose a humane place and longer business hours Not here

Stephanie is the best manager ever from the day I walked in this lady eased my moving stress to the power 10!!! I love her she is always I mean always so helpful happy and just a doll😊. Public storage is so lucky to have her I’m not kidding and Laura is so nice as well. I telling you this place is the best place to rent a storage they are so nice and helpful especially if you don’t know what size to get or just with anything moving boxes etc.

I Have been renting space for several months, at first glance and early closing times was a little disappointed, but not realize the value SAFETY! The barrel lock system on the roll up doors are a huge success assuring you don’t leave unlocked! The 3 keys it comes with are great! Staff are always available, professional, super helpful! Glad I chose this location, will recommend.

Find somewhere else to store your things unless you like paying an excessive amount in rent that only raises every six months while only allowing limited access to your stuff from 7 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. . with the primary goal of only selling your things at auction and still collecting any past due charges

I like this location a lot. Stephanie is an absolute joy to interact with, which really makes all the difference in picking a place to trust with your stuff.
