Came to this facility for a price and received a grand tour of the facility and access. We went with the best size we needed. Met with Rafael, he was patient and had our questions answered like he knew we were coming.

Had problems in the past with access gate being broken. They changed the door and lock were changed without us being notified. Things were moved around in our unit without our knowledge or permission. We are going to be contacting corporate office soon.

You get what you pay for. Would like for public storage to help out the loyal on time paying clients with multiple units specially with times and gas expenses being high right now. If Cryssi wasnt the manager here and helped all of us so much. I would take my business elsewhere. Im pretty sure my $1200 monthly would be greatly appreciated somewhere.

Needed some extra space to store my items and Alex really went above and beyond to answer all my questions and find out which storage space really suited me best. I haven’t had any problems and I feel safe with my items being kept here. The staff is always friendly. Definitely recommend!

I have been with this Property sight for years and Cryssi has always been there for me. Her Customer Service is Outstanding. Whenever I come I call to make sure she is working that day because I trust no one but her. I am short so when she sees me coming thru the gate she steps out of the office and has her step stool waiting for me. She is ALWAYS there to lend a helping hand! Choosing a spot and securing it at the Pacoima location in Paxton was very easy. Rose helped me and she was extremely helpful. She took the time to show me two different sizes of storage area and was great at answering all of my questions. She was very patient and helpful, she made the experience very easy and efficient.

Cryssi was so helpful and informative. She helped me buy the items needed to pack up our house so that nothing would get damaged. We reserved a big unit for all our stuff but as it turned out we could fit it into a smaller unit and were able to switch to the smaller unit with no hassle. This saved us alot of money, we are so thankful for that since we are on a tight budget. I would recommend this place to everyone!

Went to my storage today and made a payment. Martha was at the front desk and was very nice and professional. Did not try to rush me and put in a request to wave the late fee. I never did learn very well computers, so she did it all for me on my phone. All of it. I was there to answer the questions she needed. I rented a storage unit at another location because I wanted a drive up that they didn't have available here at her locstion, not the size I needed. She is definitely manager material. I interupted her lunch, and she didn't get snotty or rude. That's the way people like to be treated. She's young. This place Has friendly and knowledgeable staff very close to my house. The only thing I would say in a negative light about this place is that it’s kind of run down also they don’t have cameras watching the actual units like they do at other public storage is.

We had lost our key to lock on storage door had to come with drill and really not sure what to do.Cryssi not only knew how to drill the lock so it would open she had the right drill bit to do it. Jossef was kind enough to let me stand in office to charge my phone .very pleasant place we been here 5 years and really are happy clean safe place for your stuff to be stored.

It was after hours so I reserved online. It was fast and easy. When I went in Sunday morning Jossef was waiting for me. She was very helpful and answered all of my questions. Great experience, the ladies at the front desk are always helpful, welcoming, and they get your affairs with Public Storage handled with haste. It's more like "In-N-Out Storage." I just wish it could be a 24 hour business. It's a time consuming labor, and having a time constraint doesn't help if you're being evicted. So, be cognizant of that when you plan to move, and try to get a 1st floor storage unit.

Crispy is the best. I received a phone call from her about 10 minutes after I reserved a unit online. The other storage companies never called back, well, that’s their loss. She catered to our needs and provided us with a unit that had a better rate than I expected.

I called for a storage unit on a Saturday and received a phone call a few minutes later to schedule an appointment and set up the agreement! They make it hassle free and convenient. I was helped by Jossef and she was super helpful! I would definitely recommend this place

Thank you Public Storage. I have been using this location on and off for more than 7 years. Very helpful employees; especially Cryssi, who go out of their way to make sure you are taken care off. One example was last week when she called me and left a message that I had not locked my door correctly. She had noticed it and put another lock on it to keep it safe. Nothing was missing from my storage. I had a lot of tools and musical instruments that are somewhat expensive. They are always polite, friendly and helpful. When I wanted to move out, I wasn't sure what size truck to rent. Good thing I checked with Cryssi otherwise I would have rented a much larger truck than what I needed and of course that saved me some money. I hope I will never have to store my belongings, but if I ever do, Public Storage would be my first choice. Thanks again.

I think I must share that one day after taking out things from our storage we left behind a basket with some valuable documents and Lydia along with Crissy went above and beyond to track that basket down and recover the missing documents which we will be eternally grateful for. I've used this location since 2006, and I also have storage on the East Coast. Of the two this is my favorite. The manager Cryssi is always very friendly and helpful. She remembers my name and is quick to deal with and help with any problems. This location is also a little more lenient about late fees.

Great experience storing our furniture here. I described what things we wanted to store to a helpful person on the phone, who recommended an appropriate size storage area for us to rent, then told me where that size was available for the lowest price in my area. The facility itself was clean. Our moving company's large truck easily drove right up to our assigned storage and that made unloading very swift. Crissy, the PS manager, was very helpful, explained everything clearly, and was very friendly. Excellent experience.

I have been renting a storage unit at Public Storage on Paxton for the past couple of years. Chrissy, the property manager, has been my property manager throughout the duration of my rental. I feel it is very important to share my experience in dealing with Chrissy. In today's world it is very hard to find a business that treats you with respect, and that really cares about you as a person not a number. We all have problems at times, Chrissy understood that. Public Storage is very fortunate to have her on their team, she showed the customer comes first, always willing to help in anyway she could. Chrissy makes you feel as if it is about you, the customer and not about profits alone. I am going to miss seeing her, and if I ever need to rent a storage unit again I would be sure to use the Paxton facility. If I owned a business I would hope to have employees as dedicated and caring as Chrissy has always shown to me.

Moving and settling into a new place is never easy but the property manager, Cryssi, was exceptional and helped make the transition so much easier, as I searched for a storage facility.

I came to this location because it is the closest to me. Very good experience the staff is attentive and funnyeven though it was busy! Omar showed me the property & went thru the paperwork with me.

I first started my reservation at Sheldon with the property manager Dayann and he was an amazing help! He was able to find me a better rate at a different location that fit our needs better! AAAMMMAAZZING Experice! Heidy is Great! My husband and I came to look for storage we were honestly just looking for something big and cheap! Heidy mentioned to us the Memorial Day Sale (Which is Great Btw) we were able to save half off plus Heidy was very nice to Wait for us while we finished unloading since the property closed at 6PM. Customer service was the best! Cryssi is always helpful and professional. I had a place here before and came back even though it is not the closest one to me.Only glitch was that they now have a lock that you have to buy for $17.00 instead of providing your own. Not Cryssi's fault seems like all the units at this location have this system. Still gave them 5 stars even though it's only a strong 4.5.

Had a tough time renting at other locations but defiantly Public storage helped me through a tough time I was going through. The staff is amazing Cryssi the property manager and Ruby helped out so much. If I could I would have given way more stars thank you girls...

The facility is well maintained and very clean. Cryssi called me right away after I made my reservation on line to have me come in and take a tour. I could have rented at two other storage facilities closer to my home but chose this one because of Cryssi's great customer service. I'd recommend this particular Public Storage any time to any one!
