Predatory treatment, fake deceptive customer service not making adjustments to billing while sending out threats regarding my property because I simply have sense not to pay a incorrect bill where showing overcharging, imposed fines and fees I do not owe . Hate them, you go to office and no we will be right back sign. You call the number on the door and your on hold forever. Been on hold 25 mins while I am writing this. Going to find another storage. Avoid if you can . They raise rates and give you no notice as well. Hate them

Rat infestation. Disgusting. Ruined thousands of dollar worth of my items. Insurance only covers up to $250 and they force you to pay it EVERY month in addition to your rent (that they keep raising btw) 😡 Can't wait to get my stuff out. Ps. Try to avoid storage places. It's a trap.

This is my 2nd time experience with the company Public Storage. First time was a direct contact since my mom was the one that rented the space. Let me tell you, my experience was extremely amazing. Specifically due to the fact that the rep, named Lisa that worked there, unsure if she’s the manager or an associate. If she isn’t a manager she darn should be. She gave such excellent customer service. She was so informative, I asked everything and anything I possibly could. She was extremely patient, I initially reserved a smaller space but next day came to realize I needed their larger space and thankfully they had one available. She was so nice and didn’t look annoyed when I asked her multiple times to show me all the different spaces and helped me with the lock. Never a time she didn’t have a genuine smile. She made me feel important, that my items were valued, and that protected. I haven’t had any experience with any other employees there but Lisa is amazing! Thank you for being kind and so helpful. My experience at this Public Storage was great! I’ve never rented a storage unit but the nice worker Lisa made it so easy! She helped my friend and I check in and even showed us to the unit and made sure we knew how to open/lock it. She even helped us work the app and figure out how to open the gates as well. Very nice lady and made this process so easy. I’m giving Lisa a 5/5!

No one ever answers the phone, can never get in any doors to get to my storage that is in a hallway inside. Was never given codes to doors other then the gates. Rates went up 3 times in one year!

I don't recommend this business, worst c/s ever! They didn't allow us in our storage b/c the doors were locked we needed a darn code! I called several times to their company to get a rep but it apparently showed I didn't had a valid account with them!

Seamless move out thanks to Sharon. While my friends and I rushed to load our cars to beat closing time, Sharon went above and beyond to make sure we didn't get locked inside the gates and even stayed after hours ensuring that we made it out.

I had a bad experience here. I rented a 5x5 storage on Dec 26 but later cancelled it on the 8th day since my brother-in-law offered his garage to store our stuff in. The original price was $68 plus administration fee (total $92).... But there was a discount that brought the original rental from $68 to $52.13... But I was told that I owed $15+since I'm cancelling early... They couldn't pro-rate at all. What a racket!!! I'm so disappointed in doing business with this place. Never again!!! I only rated them one star since that's the lowest it lets me otherwise it would have been a Zero.

Extremely helpful service. Property is always kept clean and I feel safe coming and leaving the facility.

Avoid this place if you dont want your stuff looking like the attached picture! It's falling apart and some of my stuff got RUINED! Their floors are leaking from UNDER THE FLOORS! Then told me that I should file an insurance claim under my OWN policy because of their "lack of maintenance". Deferred maintenance is CLEARLY visible here and shows the management team doesnt care. They offered me "tarps to put under my stuff", but was all they were willing to do. AVOID!

Great customer Service. Surprisingly clean facility. Great price. My only issue is the access hours. You get access from 9:30am to 6pm. I'm now moving to a farther public storage w better hours. I was told that the reasons for these hours is for security purposes since this is a "high risk location" and previously they were getting a lot of break ins. While this is a good reason, there are other reasonable ways to combat security issues. I.e. the new location only allows customers to use disk locks. At the Holt location they allowed me to use my old high school locker lock and I didn't think twice about it. Yes, it's the customers responsibility to worry about the durability of their lock but if a theif sees that most of the locks at a location are difficult to break they have less of an incentive to show up at all. Vs. if they notice that most of the locks can be cut w bolt cutters. Concidering the services procided here I don't think its asking much to be open 2-3 hours earlier OR 2-3 hours later just so that customers don't need to compromise. They also raised my monthly rate which I had no issue with. I really wanted to remain at this location and didn't mind paying a little more if only I could actually access my unit. Edit: I will say now that I'm at the new location in San Dimas, the Montclair location is cleaner.

Rent goes up way to fast after initial move in discount, the cement stairs are cracking ( some being mushy when stepped on) & I never know which one of the 2 elevators are working the day I arrive.

this is based on value nothing wrong with the place, the lady the works there is great, but have to complain on their pricing practice, NO PRO RATED FOR USING 1 DAY EXTRA, we started moving out on 10/30/18 and got the last of our stuff on 11/02/18 and still were charge for the whole month of November even know we pull out on Nov 2nd that I feel is not fair, since our bill was due by no later than the 5th, this is something that just bother me cause we did not use for the whole month, we moved out to save that monthly payment and still had to fork over one more last payment...

Love this storage! They have great customer service, the units are clean and a great size for a reasonable price. The elevators or very convenient and they offer dollies If you need them as well. I highly recommend them! Recently I had some health issues and fell a little behind with my payment and they were more then helpful and patient with me!! Love the awesome staff there!!! I recently rented a unit at the Holt Boulevard location in Montclair, CA and have had a very positive experience. Delia, the on site property manager, is very diligent and helpful. Also have had communication w the District manager Rick who was very helpful as well. The property is well lit and maintained. The units are secure, clean and easy to access. I recommend renting at their location.

Best place to store your things and at great prices too. Place is always clean and the employees were always polite and ready to help with any questions I had. They also speak Spanish fluently which was also very helpful. Lily, was very polite and absolutely helpful in making the process easier.

Cynthia and Alisa are amazing!!! As we all know moving can be a REAL pain in the butt!! I found myself in a less than desirable situation after my lease was up in June and needed to store my things for 1 possibly 2 months. I did the 30 day dollar deal which helped huge on short notice. And once that month was up the girls helped me find a smaller unit to use the 2nd month. They made the stress of having to move a 10x20 to a 10x10 by myself, wayy easier. They answered ALL my questions and concerns and were more than accommodating with all my needs. They definitely saved me a few gray hairs. Thank you again to Cynthia and Alisa! I truly appreciate your ladies' kindness and positive attitudes! You guys rock!!!

The place was alright but for a couple of things that would probably only happen to me. I was parked waiting for the car in front of me to punch in his code and open the gate, I looked down and when I raised my head I saw his car, in reverse coming straight at me. I honked but he hit my car hard. Of course he had no insurance but what sucked is there was no camera that faced the gate. Also I told the manager that the elevator was broken, two weeks later, still broken which meant I had to take my things to the other side of the building to move out.

Delia is a phenomenal worker, she help me and my husband out getting everything situated.... very polite staff... clean and safe

The access hours suuuuuuuck. And the freight-only elevator is kind of a pain too, but only because of those terrifying concrete stairs. Delia is Wonderful ! She is a expert as a manager! When she greets you, she is always smiling and acknowledges others as they enter making sure they feel welcome too.She tells you that she'll be with you shortly, as she multitasks giving you eye contact not just saying it. I asked questions and she answered everything perfectly reassuring me my property is well protected and not to worry and that she sells all my packing/protection needs. She is a Wonderful face to represent the company with her exemplary skills and very knowledgeable of all the needs/questions people may have. The fact Delia gives you eye contact when she speaks to you it has a reassuring feeling. This is a wonderful and clean storage facility, and nice location and they make you feel like family. Very helpful answered all the storage questions I had they even had boxes and packing supplies which was very convenient I didn't have to go anywhere else had exactly what I needed for my household stuff I needed to store

From the very 1st day these guys have been sooooo helpful.especially Dalia .I locked myself out of the building (forgot my code)she could see me running across the front came and got me in on her lunch. not to mention I stuck my key in the wrong lock she tried so hard but lucky for me rick the regional mgr was there. long story short got in and it all worked out. I'm a very blessed man! When I moved out to the Inland Empire from Pasadena 10 years ago I was concerned about !what to do with my belongings. I had my things at Public Storage in Pasadena. When I found this P.S. facility I was thrilled! The management and staff are the best. Delia is my property manager! I'm a grateful hombre. She's aware of my illness. There are many times when I have no strength nor energy to get in and make my payments on time. She's awesome and is an angel in my life. Anytime she and I talk, whether in person or by phone... Just like whenever I go to make a payment, bring something to or take something from storage, it's such an enjoyable experience! It doesn't matter who's "on-duty" it's a great time! When it's regarding the safety of my personal property I have no concerns or worries. The whole place is as clean a whistle, inside and out. It's almost like coming home!!!

Went in to buy a few boxes for a project I'm working on and was pleasently surprised by the friendliness of the employees. Lily and Dalia were very helpful determining what I needed. They saved me some money by recommending the exact boxes I would need. They almost talked me into getting a storage unit to store my full boxes. You can be sure if I need a storage place I'll come to Public Storage, specifically to Lily or Dalia. Didn't know Public storage employeed such nice people, kudos!

The ladies there (Delia and Lily) are very helpful and knowledgeable when it comes to this business. They are truly professional and extremely understanding to the different situations us customers bring to the table. The facilitie is very clean and there's always someone there to help you. If anyone is looking for storage, give public storage at this location a try, you will not regret it.

Very clean, we got a great deal. Our storage unit is on the second floor and a freight elevator and push carts were provided free of charge and we moved everything with one trip. They even had a hazard cone so you can park next to the elevator. Felt like a very safe environment.The staff was incredible! The best part of our experience was the customer service we received. Lily helped us with setting up our new storage unit. She was great! Lily answered all out questions and made us feel like our things in storage will be safe.

I feel confident that my belongings are safe. Customer service is great. Monthly fees are reasonable.

Public Storage is the way to go! I got my storage unit from them last year and they made the process so simple. From the moment I walked in they helped me feel comfortable and well taken care of.
