Management kaydi is very respectful and courteous to me. I've had my units for three years. she has helped me with all my customer needs and she provides a save clean and positive environment. I have to commend her on her professionalism and I'd like to say thank you.

Kaydi at Public Storage is awesome. She is always so helpful and welcoming with any problems that occur. She is always willing to meet with you at the unit.

I had my stuff at Public Storage for over 14 years. Unfortunately I was priced out of my unit, raising my rent from $412.00 to close to $500.00 a month. My increases has always been large. The one person who was very helpful & professional is Kaydi.

Kaydi really helped me in my time of need. Was going though a really hard time and she was able to get me in a unit she is always happy and she really is amazing person come see kaydi

This public storage location was fantastic! The check in and check out process was seamless. Kaydi did a great job of walking me through everything and finding me the perfect storage size for our needs! Would definitely use this Public Storage again!

Kaydi did a fantastic job in the process of having a storage locker rented out. We’ve had occupied a storage locked for 2 months and the checking out process was just as easy as it was when we first signed up for our storage locker. Access to the property is through the app and never had an issue with entering the premises. Storage locker also gives you the option of also adding a pad lock for additional security if need be. Kaydi really helped me with a problem I was having with my unit door she was able to fix the issue she always has a smile on her face she really goes out of her way to make me feel welcomed I come to my storage 3-4 a week and she is always outside cleaning and making the property look and keeping it clean come see kaydi she really is amazing....

Katie is kind, she gets along with other customers and can be so sweet to our board members of WIP. If you ever need help, talk to her!

Whoever runs this place needs to strongly reconsider their hours. Who in their right mind would have longer hours during the week than on weekends? This may be too complex of a question for you to wrap your head around, but when do people generally move? Weekdays or weekends? Weekdays they open the gate at 930 and close at 6. Hmmm what hours do people generally work? 9 to 5 right? Lol this place is garbage-- I'm canceling a month in. Strongly advise you guys to find another location. My new unit opens at 7am and stays open until 7pm, 7 days a week for the same price.

Great customer service by Katie and the staff of this location. When I called and was asked about my storage needs they even suggested other alternatives on sizes and better prices. Third time I use public storage and never been dissatisfied or disappointed.

The storage units and not climate controlled so just be aware of that when moving stuff in. We did have some problems when we were moving our stuff out but Kaydi at the front desk was so helpful and friendly. She was an able to find us a great and easy solution to our issue! She did a great job!

I have been utilizing the storage services at Public Storage in Montclair for the past four months. However, when I checked my account last week, I found that I was charged twice for my monthly payment without any prior notification. The experience left me feeling quite frustrated, so I decided to call the office to speak to someone. That's when I had the pleasure of speaking with Kaydi. I must say that her customer service was exceptional. She was very pleasant and went out of her way to investigate why I had been overcharged. She discovered that there was a glitch in the system and immediately notified me. Throughout the week, she kept me informed as she worked to resolve the issue. Initially, I was considering closing my account and going somewhere else, but Kaydi's exceptional customer service and the facility's cleanliness convinced me to stay. Even though my payment did go up $50 without any notification, I was satisfied with how Kaydi handled the situation.
