I have been coming to public storage to find a place to park my work truck for a few months and every time I come people have been friendly and helpful to me. The sign process was quick and easy.

Stephanie was more than helpful and accommodating during the flood incident that occurred in our unit at the beginning of the year. We wouldn’t have been able to navigate that tough experience without her. It’s unfortunate that corporate has to raise rates after such a devastating incident where people lost so much, but Stephanie did everything she could to help us and very clearly shows how much she cares about her customers.

Can I tell U- The Belmont P-S is probably - arguably the Best - Flagship representation of excellence! I must give kudo’s to Steph & the others who work there : BRAVO I’ve had over the past 2 years at another nearby location the Worst experiences…. But this place is head & shoulders above all others. The level of professionalism, courtesy, attention to detail —- The grounds are always spotless. They are always making walking checks/rounds of the property. I’ve not had a mail or screw in my tires : at another place earlier this year, I had 3 screws/nails in my tires…. Belmont always returns calls in a timely manner- they are effective communicators to be able to decipher & find resolution to issues that may arise: there are NO foul odors/smells/scents on the property. It’s always Tidy…. NO: - stray loiterers, excess trash, overgrown weeds, giant trucks or piles of excess “stuff/junk/remains” as an eyesore- All other P-S’ should take a page out of BELMONT’s playbook- BRAVO —👏 Tell them Heinz sent you !!

This is the second time I've used this facility and I was happy that the quality of service and my experience continued to be a positive one. Stephanie, the property manager, is really on top of things. She explained the options clearly when I was picking out a space and when it was time to check out made sure things were quickly wrapped up. The facility itself is well maintained, climate controlled, and clean. 2 small areas where I'd say could be better: 1. One slight change which made it a tad difficult was the flatbed dollies were stored in the office rather than by the elevators. I'm guessing this was to prevent it from being taken. When I used the facility years ago they were always by the elevators. This adds a minor inconvenience if you happen to go when the staff is on break. 2. Sometimes one of the elevators it out. While I was rarely on the property at the same time as others, it was one of those things that seemed to be a little wonky. I'd totally recommend this property.

The place is nice, i like it, but me and my wife feel harassed by Steph, all the time she is checking us around and start making us question about the time that we be in the storage. Also, when we go out from the storage, she always try to see if we leave with out wait until the gate get clos, and many time she told us that if she is around the gate we can leave with out wait to the gate get clos. Today she was around and i hope the person who is in charge can check it the cameras, she was around the gate and i was leaving with out wait for the gate, then she was trying to say something to me, so I stop the car. She told me that i did not wait for the gate to get clos, then i told her what she told me before when one time she was around the gate area. she told me that if she is around i don't need to worry about the gate to get clos. Then she told me that i have to let her know, which I don't have any problem to do it but I know that she doing it on purpose. The point is that we feel harassed by her and she also is racist because she only do it to us, because we see people who take longer than us to fix their place and she doesn't say anything to them. Please someone need to talk to her and explain her that we are paying for the storage and don't need to be like that since we are not doing anything wrong.

This storage place is conveniently located not too far from the City. The site is very clean (important to me!). You will LOVE Stephanie who works in the office and is incredibly helpful to work with. She never seem to tire answering my questions and was very professional.

80% price increase after just 3 years. Gate entry is a pain. Elevators require passcodes with each use and one of the two is often not in service. Only 2-3 complimentary carts that are often being used by other renters and not immediately available. And one bathroom that is “mistakenly” locked half the time. Awful experience from day 1. Public Storage is a greedy money vacuum taking advantage of its customers during a very difficult time. Corruption at its finest.

In the middle of a move and after 10 years we have a lot of stuff! Stephanie has been patient and helpful as I keep renting units!

The staff here is super helpful and courteous. After I upgraded my boat they were super accommodating and transitioned my spot away from the pollution of the freeway and into an area where eyes are on it. If they see anything out of the ordinary they will give me a call to confirm things are okay. This location is worth it as Stephanie and team deliver on the value.

The Staff here at the Belmont Public Storage, has always been very helpful, attentive, and patient . Stephanie was able to get my monthly payment lowered because of how long I have been with Public Storage, and, this was for my unit in Hayward! They are really good at accepting payment for all other Public Storage facilities, and Alicia recently helped me with my change of address. Very friendly, and professional! Highly recommended to anyone needing storage, in a clean, safe environment!

Really bad experience. Staff didn’t allow us to place a U-haul container for 4 hours to transfer all the furniture from the rental storage to the container and pick it up at the same day. My husband needed to do a double-job (Public Storage —> U-haul truck, U-haul truck —> U-box container). Also, the staff was really rude and hung up on me. Wouldn’t recommend that company.

Clean facilities, but the price hikes are out of control. My rent increased about $200 over a couple years. If you can, head over the bridge and rent in Fremont or Hayward and save yourself a ton of money.

The manager and all of the other staff has been super helpful and understanding. They've been friendly and professional and have worked with me with the problems that have cropped up with this Pandemic. 10/10 would recommend and rent here again

The issue I see with this property is that video surveillance is lacking on a large portion of it so before choosing this location, check for video surveillance because there has been at least one break in and theft of contents that I know of for certain.

This facility is clean and well-lighted. My stuff in my unit has been safe for years. If you know the code, you can access after hours. Office personnel are polite and accommodating and helpful. The facility also supplies dolly-carts for moving your stuff. In my recent visit, the dollies were not available after hours. That was a new (to me) policy, and inconvenient, since I had to carry my boxes from the lobby to my unit.

Stephanie, their manager, is absolutely amazing! She called me back a few times to ensure that my storage unit is reserved after I booked it on the phone, and was so patient on the phone with me until I completed the reservation process. Awesome customer experience, now I feel much more assured to store my things at Public Storage. THANK YOU STEPHANIE! You da best.

DO NOT USE PUBLIC STORAGE- I moved out of the country for work. When I reserved and signed my contract it was at $83, the day I moved out of the country 2 months later my rent went up to $107 without notice. Now 4 months in my rent is $135. No one is returning my emails, even from their regional team. Stephanie in the office is great but both Tim Teruel and Menayati in their regional team have ignored and not responded to my 7 emails regarding this. Do not trust Public Storage and Do not reserve a locker here as you can expect your rates to go up without any notice.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service that was given to me at the 333 shop one'll been there with a friend and still do not speak English very well and ask for help from the clerk the clerk was extremely biased and racist and made a lousy service I never want to go back in that store

This is one of the best public storage facilities in the area. The manager, Stpehanie is one of the nicest people you will ever meet, super friendly and she remembers me everytime she she's me. She keeps the place running smoothly and always returns calls quickly. My brother and I have had a unit here for quite some time and it's nice to know it's being looked after so well!
