Public Storage Self-Storage Units at 3501 Deer Valley Road, Antioch, CA

Daya was super helpful with great customer service and she explained really well and was super helpful with everything today

Well, my wife and I rented a storage unit with Public Storage on Deer Valley Rd in Antioch. When we arrived to pick up our lock to secure our unit we found the latch loose and misaligned causing the lock to not function. We notified the person there and they said it would be fixed that day, it was not! We went round and round for two weeks with no results. Utonia called me and asked if I had any concerns since my lock was not in place. I kinda rudely explained the situation and within an hour I had a new unit with a free month. Wow!! Utonia was amazing and I'm so thankful she called. Thank you so much Utonia. Craig

Annoyed at being assigned a locker but could not access it. After contacting company and assigned a different locker and was then told by the attendant (nice lady) I would be refunded $11.00 for the company’s mistake but was only refunded $2.23; like What Is That, public storage?

Good service. The gentleman working was very helpful and attentive.

We were in town for a month and tried to go empty or storage, but all of the elevators were down due to some electrical issues. The issue still isn't fully resolved, and we leave next week. Talk about TOTAL inconvenience! I feel like we should be given an entire month rent-free because the issue is not OUR problem. However, getting our belongings out is! Yet they still expect payment when we couldn't even retrieve our belongings due to no fault of ours.

this place SUCKS .... don't believe their advertising of your stuff is safer here ... it's not I got so much stolen, I changed the lock 4x .. I can get the rest of my stuff out . I need a new spot and trusted movers to do it don't move your stuff in there you'll lose it 🙄

Don’t waste your time at this raggedy trifling place. There’s never anyone here and everything is automated. Can never speak to a real person let alone find one and when you do it’s like they hire random crackheads off of the street with no common sense or know basic English. RIDICULOUS.

RATING: ZERO. Public Storage ripped us Off for January 2024 rent. My spouse and I are elderly and needed to clear out our storage unit before the end of the year. We finally had family members visiting before the holidays, who jumped into action to help us clear out the storage. The problem was that we had the unit for years and my spouse was never given a key after the door needed to be repaired and the lock replaced. We called a few days before January to remove everything, but to no avail, they were closed and no staff on duty to assist customers who wanted to remove their belongings before the end of the December. They finally open on January 2nd for a few hours. On that day we made arraignment to have the lock cut off to remove our things. We inquired about a refund for January, since they were closed. We were told that there would be no refund for January. Public Storage refused to take any responsibility for creating this situation and thereby ripping us off for more than $200. They don't care about customer service. Most storage companies are honest and gives back all or most of the money, due to the circumstances. MY FAMILY AND I WILL NEVER USE PUBLIC STORAGE AGAIN!!!!!!!

Employees can make or break a business and Public Storage at Deer Valley Rd in Antioch is fortunate to have Tabitha running things there. I've been there twice to try and find a storage situation and she has been incredibly helpful. She is full of energy and gives good information left and right and is just one of those people that radiates kindness and a hard working attitude. If I had a business of any kind I'd try to hire her away from Public Storage. She really went out of her way to help me get exactly the unit I needed. Thanks.

I highly recommend Ms. Tabitha she’s a great help and she has amazing customer service. I have never met anyone so giving and care about people. Me and my daughter have never felt so respected. She will try to find you the best deal. The site is very clean. She makes sure of that. I appreciate her so much and I thank public storage for hiring her. You will never met and better soul.

Was really stressed coming in and Tabitha really helped me calm down and was just respectful and she listened!!! Will be coming back!!

Customer service at this location is nonexistent! When you catch them in the office they are nice but if you need help its very likely that no one is on site. That said, it is very clean.

The storage employee was very nice, but their prices were a little high for what I needed, and they did not have any 1st month specials, only the Pittsburgh store does. Also, a very nice size Public Storage.

Please keep Tabitha longer than the others - She looks like she will bring more customers the Satisfaction we all need for what we pay for- everything has gone up , but when you get someone like Tabitha- it doesn’t bother us as much- Everyone has to make a Living - Ty Public Storage for hiring Tabitha!

Recently moved out of my unit, Tina was super helpful friendly and had great conversation. everything went smoothly. property was always clean and upkept everytime id stop by.

I have a unit at the sunset location but have came here to make payment sometimes Tabitha has been wonderful always smiling and willing to help.

If anyone ever asks me about a storage i am letting them know about Tabitha and this property.. its very clean and Tabitha will make the move easy.. I give her 5x the 5 stars.

Today I had the most amazing customer service experience with Mellisa and Tabitha, at the Deer Valley Road Antioch, CA Public Storage. Mellisa was very patient, polite, and helpful by offering me great solutions for a moving delivery issue I mentioned. Then Tabitha jumped in and assisted too. I was so grateful because she was extremely knowledgeable, funny and was just overall great with getting me setup. I will definitely refer others to this location in the future.

Tabitha was very friendly. Explain everything we asked about . Did not have problem with answer any questions I had. Despite my united being broke into and I was not giving my money for the things that were lose, due previous staff that was there before the lovely Tabitha. Tabitha was very sympathetic and had very good customer service. Greeted me with a smile when I walked in the door. She is the best. Wish I could give her 10 stars.

The best part of the experience at public storage was the knowledge base that Tabitha displayed when explaining every step of the process. The property itself is very clean and one of the most secured that I have personally seen.

Went to "move in" on my scheduled date. No one there during operating hours, no one answers the phone and customer service can't help... WTH?

I have been out of a job and home for this year and had gone thru some really exhaustive times trying to survive... I also was behind on my ps storage payments and was at risk of getting everything auctioned but Dani at the rental office was there every step of my worries and made sure I was aware of the dates and how to get myself out of being auctioned... Dani is a great asset to PS in Antioch with world class customer service skills.. thank you for helping me!!

Dani is phenomenal !! From the moment my husband, 2yr old and I walked in she had the most welcoming smile. She showed us the facilities available and answered all of our questions. While this location did not have the size we needed, she looked around and told us exactly where to go to ensure we were satisfied. This is what I call, going over and beyond for her customers.
