Clerk was great and friendly. She was able to get us a unit at a different location for a good price.
BE AWARE!!! Don’t be tempted to the FREE Month ads or any other promo. You’ll pay big time within short period of time. They hijack my price from $120 to $$200 just few months after I moved in, and then increased it again to $270 three months after. I do understand that rental rate may increase within reasonable price, but not from $120 to $270 in a year or less. They know if you move your belongings, it will take you time to move out so they let your stuff stuck in there. I recommend not make the storage full if you choose this location so it will be easy for you to get out.
They also have some weird pricing structure. My due date payment was on 2nd of every month. I move out on the first and now they want me pay for the whole month.
Lastly, prepare yourself from receiving calls every time you visit your storage. The manager always have a reason to call about. Either you did not clock out on time, having someone with you or taking couple hours in the facility to organize or store items. Overall my experience was horrible and I would not use them again.
Had a unit here for a few months when I needed a temporary place to store my belongings when I was moving, first off the grounds keeper lady who lives on the property was nice to me when I first met her, then as I was unpacking she came up to tell me I needed to hurry up because my 2 hours were up and that staying there any longer was violating terms and agreement. Basically trespassing....
Okay....
Well it didn't stop there, my grandma and me shared the unit and we were on the lease together, Everytime I would stop by to grab a item or unpack I would get a call from my grandma saying the lady who worked there had seen me violating this and that and she would call her almost every time I would be there.
Give me a break.....
It's a storage unit!!! how am I supposed to organize with somebody breathing down my neck constantly having issues with me and the worst part is after all of this they terminated my lease agreement for no reason. No rhyme and didn't give me any explanation and even had the nerve to turn off my gate code so I had no access inside. I later had somebody let me in and I found a note on my storage door saying I had to get my property out by the end of the day which was 2 days from then and if I wouldn't have went in I would have never seen it and they would have kept all my stuff. CRAZY
So disrespectful, and on many levels.
Me and my grandma left with no issues and got a place not far away and have a better unit, cheaper and without the insane manager with a complex and bipolar issues. Never get a unit here unless you want to pay a fortune and risk getting your stuff lost because this lady picks and chooses who she wants on her site.

Highly recommend this facility. The manager there is awesome! I lost my job and was late on my rent (my rate had been raised in the past few months) and she offered me a 3-month temporary rate reduction to help! WOW! Who does that?! It's so rare to find companies willing to keep their customers and work with them. So grateful! They also fixed my garage door quickly when I first moved in as it would get stuck when opened up all the way. This facility is also clean and I feel my items are safe. Great place to store your cherished items!

They increase the rent by at least $20 every 2-3 months. It’s ridiculous!!! We’re looking to move our stuff asap! The customer service is pretty great though.

We’ve been long-time customers at this storage facility and recently downsized to a smaller unit. We worked with Traci to find a new space and she was very nice and professional. As it turned out, we didn’t lock our new unit properly after storing our things in there and Traci called to inform us. Had she not checked on our unit, it would have remained unlocked for months until we had a reason to come back. Overall, this is a well-maintained storage facility with great employees!

The indoor units are VERY tall, the website said it would be about 8 feet tall but I feel like it's 10 feet. It's also very nice that you can open the gates to get in and out just by an app on your phone.

UPDATE.
I've had this 10'X15' space now for a few years. The rate started at $261.00, and it's $519.00. That is a 99% increase in 3.5 years. I have found another location with the same size for $125.00, and it's not an introductory rate. Take the time to shop around and save your money.

Rental units are ok basic. Price has increased alot since we started renting the unit. They are renting the same unit new for 3x less. They should honor they're customers that stay longer not continue to increase the price.
Terri is an awesome worker, lady, and soul!! Moving can bring out all the tears and ugly. Being able to navigate that with a smile and care deserves more than a review. Stop by and leave Terri with an even bigger smile on her face when you have storage needs. Walked me through everything. Luckily this isn’t my first or my most stressful move but sure do wish I had Terri in my past moves!

So Public Storage seems to think they're the stock market and they like to up their rates every three months, at times without notice, based on 'market value'. No thanks. Found a storage complex that is cheaper, heated, and closer that I'll be trying out, Urban Storage. I'll let you know how that pans out. So far, really great customer service, and no constant raising of rent to be concerned about.

I'm moving my belongings to a different storage facility all together! Now that I cannot contact anybody at this facility for help to get a larger unit or close the one I have here. Its been a fricking nightmare that lasted over 2 weeks! This has caused me more money than it should have! There needs to be someone on site people!
Trainees should have a manager present to help with problems. I wasted 2 hours of my day trying to rent a unit. Thank you Janet for being knowledgeable and very helpful. I rented at one location but had to go to another for payment and paperwork and was given the wrong address.
Kim is awesome! I needed to transfer to a larger unit & she called around to get me into not only the larger unit that I needed but she found a more affordable monthly rate. Thank you!
I liked the cleanliness no mice that we encountered and the only draw back was we could only access till 9pm which I understand but needed later hours due to work schedule but all and all was a nice storage facility

Rented from location a few times in the past. Manager Jennifer made the paperwork very simple. Units are clean and sound/weather resistant. They even rock salt the ground on frosty nights

Wow. Sierra was simple amazing in every way!!! I came in and she helped me find the perfect size unit for my storage needs. She also made recommendations on items I needed to help protect my items. Soooo happy with her friendly and upbeat attitude and disposition. Will definitely recommend coming to this location and renting a storage unit from Sierra. The property is clean and well keep! A+++

Update#2. Just to remind the staff ……
In situations where it is not obvious that the dog is a service animal, staff may ask only two specific questions:
(1) Is the dog a service animal?
(2) What work or task has the dog been trained to perform?
Staff is not allowed to request any documentation for the dog, require that the dog demonstrate its task or inquire about the nature of the person’s disability.
Jennifer is fantastic! Site is always clean, they are always around the site cleaning, very friendly and helpful! I have been here 3yrs and highly recommend.
I have two units at separate locations and there both great, especially like being able to open the gate with my phone, it's pretty convenient and cool.

This is the second time with this location and we couldn’t be more pleased. My mother is relocating and was easily able to rent a space from Idaho. When we first pulled in the manager saw me fiddling with the gate code box. She ran out and helped me while also informing us of the app, which is a game changer! When we opened my moms unit there was a heavy duty lock already in there which was a huge relief because we only had a little one at that moment. I recommend this location all the time and will continue to do so. Thank you for being consistent, clean and kind!
I went in to pay my rent and encountered Jennifer who was an angel. My rent was coming due after a more than 25% increase from last month. I wasn't mad at her at all but I wasn't stoked about the increase. I stated my concern and Jennifer listened. She checked in with corporate or some power that be and came back to me with great news! She got my rent back to what I was paying before and it was also set up for a 6 month review. She basically saved me $200 over the next 6 months. Jennifer, THANK YOU!!! Thank you. Jennifer was amazing. I previously booked a unit that I thought was a good size but once I got there it was too small. As I spoke with her she helped me book a unit that was the perfect size. The best part was she was able to find me a good deal/promo that was able to bring the prize down not a lot but it still made a difference.

I am so frustrated with Public Storage. Our storage unit was in my late husband’s name, before he passed I went in and there was another lock on my unit went to the office they said oh yeah you guys had a break in- we never received a call or anything! I let them know he was in hospice and in his final days they had me put everything in my name etc. took the lock off.After he passed I have given them his death certificate and a notarized small estate affidavit twice. I also had to buy a new lock, and changed the payment method to my debit card. I go today to get Christmas decorations that my girls have been bugging me to go get and they have again for the 3rd time an additional lock on the unit I go and speak to the manager and she tells me I have to turn in all of the information in again and will not let me access my unit that I pay for every month automatically to get Christmas decorations. I now have to resubmit the paperwork that will take additional 5 business days after I order another death certificate from the state that could take 7-10 business days to receive for the 3rd time! I am so angry and frustrated! No one should have to go thru this, this many times after losing a loved one and have done the right thing multiple times!
Jennifer was very kind and helpful, answered all of my questions and made sure I didn’t need further help with anything. Left me feeling like a valued and appreciated customer. Would highly recommend this storage facility to anybody looking. Also best prices around the Tacoma area that I could find!

I thought that Jennifer was and has been amazing since I first came to this public storage. I feel she's been awesome and understanding. Recently she was able to help me and it meant alot because I had a family member pass and I was late on my storage payment almost a month. They did a one time wave the late fee and also she is always working hard around the facility. I enjoy the location and the staff here and the prices are reasonable. I've even been late leaving accidently and they gave me warning but was nice about the approach . Thanks public storage and especially to Jennifer.

I walked in to this Facility unannounced on January 29th. Jennifer, the manager was on duty. I asked if she could show me a 5X5 unit. I needed to physically see the size. Jennifer was great. She showed me the unit and went through everything I needed to rent. She even upsold me a lock, which was great. I did rent the space for a year. I look forward to the relationship there.
