This place crushes. All of the staff are great with communication and always have such a great attitude. Very clean and easy to access with the two entrances/exits despite the city central location. 10/10 would recommend

I've rented from many different storage facilities and this one has to be the best experience yet. I spoke with Wesley who offered great customer service, and made the whole process easy. Now I can rest assured that my things are in good hands. Can't say enough about Wes and this facility.

Public Storage tried to increase my rent 38% after being there just 6 months. What a way to treat your customers poorly. I decided immediately to move out. While moving out, my neighbor told me Public Storage increased is rent 3 times over the course of one year alone.

Jackson at this location is professional, friendly and very helpful. I love renting at the Stone Way P.S. location - it's clean and easy to access. (Warning though - the things other folks have posted about increased hikes are true. For some reason corporate P.S. only wants short term renters. So, it's a good deal if you're only renting for 3 months. Gets very pricey quickly if you need a rental longer term. Make sure to book online, web rates are better than what the office can sign you up for.)

I chose Public Storage on Stone Way for two reasons: Without knowing where I’d be moving to, it was in the center of everything and because Kai, the on-site manager, had such glowing reviews. Anyone willing to put themselves through the storage process, deserves management like his. First of all, he’s genuinely friendly and willing to do the best he can for both client and company. I’ve seen exhausted, glazed-over individuals in his role, so this was a refreshing experience. He doesn’t just help facilitate things, he anticipates what you might need. Both moving in and out (with pro movers), went seamlessly. He did the best to make things easy for my movers. They were able to park without blocking anyone and he had the gate open, the minute they needed it. The facility is clean and well organized and I appreciated having secure, covered parking. It must be said that this area is under heavy construction right now, so parking is everything. I always had a space, be it luck or timing. Anyway… there are multiple Public Storage facilities you can choose, in the Seattle area. Just keep in mind how well it’s managed at the ground level. Kai is a gem.

I just love this place. The guy who helped me was called Kai and he is just very very very helpful. He helped me to change my lock and willing to solve all my questions fast and nicely. I will rent the storage again.

The gate to exit the facility has been broken for over a month and our code to enter the facility has also not been working for weeks. In several occasions we have not been able to access our unit because our code didn't work and no manager was on site. When Kai was there and we asked for help, he was short and irritable, only saying "they are working on it" with no solution in the meantime for us to access the building when he isn't there. The units are also not climate controlled as advertised - it's colder in the facility than it is outside.

It’s a solid storage place for anyone living in Seattle. Right off 99, has gated parking while you are loading/unloading, and has a pretty useful app for access and billing. Kai, who works here, has always been super helpful. I no longer rent a unit here since I moved, but Kai made the whole check out process super smooth - he even leant a trash bag to me when I was doing the final cleaning.

Do not believe any of the positive reviews written here - they are all given in exchange for reduced rent or waived fees (we've been offered this several times). This company's entire business model is based around advertising cheap rents and then regularly increasing them without warning by 20-40% at a time to "market rate". We've been there less than a year and are now paying over 60% more than the prices online are advertising and 40% more than our starting rent. If you are looking for short-term storage, like a couple months - the place is fine (though there is no lighting in units). However, if you want longer-term, you should expect regular rent increases (like every two months) until you are priced out and leave, then they'll take the same unit and advertise it online for half what you were paying. If you try to complain, they'll tell you they have no control over rent increases because "it's whatever the algorithm does."

Friendly property manager, clean space, nice loading setup. Freight elevators are large, locks are provided. Well worth the price.
