I'm updating my review because the day after I wrote it I got two calls from Public Storage to explain what went wrong and make amends. Both Ryan and Janelle were incredibly helpful and diligent in helping me with my concerns about my storage unit. I really appreciate their help and I appreciate the time they put into sorting things out.
ORIGINAL POST: Poor customer service. I have called at least three times to talk to the property manager. I have left messages and no one calls backs. Meanwhile the monthly rate keeps going up.
I’ve been storing at this location for quite sometime now, and I must say- Janelle, thank you for always making sure our units are secured, making your tenants feel safe, being professional and resourceful!

I had a storage unit on 13th years ago and recently decided to rent one there again. There was a mix-up with my online reservation along with a customer who needed Janelle’s attention - she managed to get me started in the right direction and by the time she was done with the other customer, she was quick and nice and saved me as a customer since at first I thought I was going to need to come back the following day and I was frustrated. Janelle continued to have a positive can-do attitude and was patient and courteous with the other customers with whom she interacted as well. I’m pretty pleased with my move-in. Thank you!

I'm a new customer with Public Storage and new to the rent by phone experience. Janelle was really helpful in providing clear and easy instructions throughout the entire process. I would recommend using this service again to make renting a space smooth and stress free.
I've had a positive experience renting here; the unit I got was larger than expected and even once promotional rates expired and my monthly cost went up, I felt like I was paying a reasonable rate for the amount of room. When my paycheck was late and I missed my due date, Janelle gave me a call and was not only professional and kind, she went the extra mile in empathizing with my money stress and making sure I had all the information I needed going forward. The only thing that brings it from a 5 star to a 4 star review is out of their control -- the elevator smells like mildew and is slightly unpleasant to use. But Janelle rules and I really appreciated her help.

Solid storage joint. Never had any problems with the staff. Janelle has been super helpful every time I needed assistance or had questions about the unit or my lease. I rented a rather tiny unit to hold my extra belongings since I couldn’t keep it in a transitory studio apartment I used to get out of my parents house. The unit served its purpose well and my exposure to the company has been a hassle free, set it and forget it type experience for me. Upon deciding to end my rental agreement I simply spoke with Janelle and within the next day received a termination confirmation email. Solid communication, easy setup and termination. Definitely recommend.

VERY , very CLEAN ONLY HAD 1 PROBLEM NEED A MAP OF THIS PLACE FOR ITS WAY TOOO BIG . ITS LIKE A Labyrinth I WENT IN CIRCLES FOUND OUT I WAS IN THE WRONG SECTION I HAD TO GO THREW Another DOOR . Lol funny now then I was sweating. When found it also very clean. Only this place opens T 6am and closes at sharp 6pm, Sundays 5pm. No extensions to go there later like after work. Nope . Also the gate closes real fast. If on foot like me I live around the corner put code gate opens and if not fast enough it starts to close . If you think a bull can push ya down look out for the bull gate . I as I said wasn't fast enough gate started to close I was almost in when boxes of mine fell and the bull ate them just kept going like the energized bunny. BUT ITS CONVENIENT . Looks SMALL ON OUT SIDE BUT WHEN YOU Realize THAT IT HAS FOUR FULL FLOORS. WOW I WAS AMAZED . COME TO THIS PLACE You'll LOVE IT.

The Store Manager was enormously helpful in solving a jammed door situation at the space.
