The staff were very helpful, and we did not realize the closing time based on the access information on the website. We kept the staff late, and they stayed and let us back up to make sure we got all of our items. Thanks to Paul and Greg for their help! They close at 6 pm!

All in all, this is a pretty well run storage property. The management is way more understanding and compassionate than I have seen at most of these establishments. Communication is key here and I honestly believe if you are putting in the effort and keeping an honest & open communication with them, then will work with you on anything here.
I was wrapping up a first nights move-in and didn’t realize I was still there a bit past closing while staff were doing their end-of-day routine. No issue—just calm, professional service from Paul and Jim. Then I got a text and email from corporate the next day scolding me for it. Really?
Maybe corporate should check with their team before sending out canned warnings. The people at this location are doing it right.

I’ve had a pleasant experience renting a space for three years. The rent is very affordable and the staff is very friendly. A great advantage is being able to access the storage every day. 3 elevadores working perfectly; and accessible carts that make your work easier.
Everything is smooth. The afro american girl that's working there is very nice and friendly. She helped me to how to access the gate and elevator and how to borrow the cart. She was very knowledgeable and helpful.
It's about all the way there....at the top....but the bathroom does exist unlike urban storage in Tacoma I realize this now what seems quite admiral at most....

The employees here are really friendly and helpful. Henry was awesome, honest and knowledgeable, he showed me several options and answered all my questions. During the setup process, a flustered person came in and started giving another employee a bit of a hard time, she handled it really well and got the person all calmed down. All of the staff here are super nice and helpful, but I have to especially call out Coquita, who has to be the best customer service employee I've ever dealt with. She goes above and beyond expectation and always with such friendliness that it becomes a pleasure to visit the unit.

The staff are helpful and nice, they make it work when I have a request. I wish they have more carts though because if you're there mid-morning or late morning or at lunch time you're gonna have to wait for a cart to be available (if you need a cart). Other than that I really commend the staff.
Wow, I just had the best experience at PublicStorage, and I have to rave about Coquita! She made my check-out process a breeze. You know how these things can be stressful, right? Not with Coquita around!
She's like a superhero of storage units. Coquita knew everything about the process and explained it all so clearly. I had a bunch of questions, and she answered every single one with a smile. No rush, no fuss - just genuine care and attention.
At one point, we hit a tiny snag, but Coquita solved it in a flash. It was impressive to watch her in action. The whole time, she was so friendly and professional. I left feeling like I'd just chatted with a friend, not completed a business transaction.
Oh, and I can't forget Paul! While I didn't interact with him as much, he was super helpful too. He and Coquita make a great team.

So far, I have loved my experience at this location. It is clean and I appreciate the security of using the app. It does not allow you to access any other floor other than your own with your code. All the staff I have encountered here are very helpful and sweet.
The only reason I gave it a 4 star is because the gate sometimes glitches and sometimes the automatic lights do not come on as quick as I would like so I think a masked murderer or ghost is waiting for me.

The place is really clean and organized. It's very proffesional. I feel my stuff is safe there. The staff helped me many times in one day then remembered me the next day and continued to help me. I used the internet special discount and moved almost all of my possessions with proffesional movers which cost me more than I've spent in my entire life (due to disability since high school). They were paitence, polite, and non-violent.

I have to say that if you want the best experience in finding what you need when it comes to dealing with self storage, go see Coquita at the public storage Dearborn location in Seattle! I have had many storage spaces but Coquita has caused me to never trust any other facility! I have referred many people to her location because she goes above and beyond what an employee is supposed to do! If the company as a whole would like to have the best employees she should be the one that puts together the training manual or tutorial on how to be stellar at this job which translates to any job that deals with problem solving and customer service! Her way of taking care of business lends itself to the majority of businesses that need revamping from corporate,management, startups and everything in between!!! I have seen businesses succeed and fail . If her techniques, hard work, attention to detail and overall quality of the work were implemented it would change any businesses bottom line ( which creates customer loyalty ) 5 stars for Coquita !!! The site has gate/code access.. Elevators.. you can rent carts here as well. #safety on the site is impeccable. You need a code inside the elevator.. Nice touch *The whole process was nice. The only bad thing you have homeless people loitering around the gate. Other than that... GREAT JOB
Very intense and informative gatekeeper makes sure all is well in your storage space. The downside is their terrible hours of operation which are highly restrictive. You only have access to your property from 8 am to 6 pm daily.

Coquita is literally the best person I've ever received customer service from. She was super cool and understanding and soooo helpful. The process was very simple and not too bad at all. Not a huge fan of the requiring of insurance but it is what it is.
Used this facility for short term storage and it was as painless a process as possible. Coquita helped us out and found us the best deal on a unit and made sure we had ample space for our stuff. Very kind, informed, and accommodating staff.

Coquita, the manager at this location, is an absolute queen! I flew in for a work trip and realized when I got there that I forgot my keys at home (800-ish miles away). It was 30 minutes to closing and the lock smith couldn’t get there until right at close. Without even asking Coquita told me it would be perfectly fine for him to come, she could stay a bit late. Forty minutes after close the lock smith was finally able to get me into my unit and I was able to grab my work things (the whole point of my trip). I could have cried with relief I was so thankful. Coquita was helpful and kind the whole way through and just went above and beyond. That whole experience could have been a disaster and she made it all ok - I appreciate it so much!

This review is for the team member Coquita. She was amazing, friendly and provided wonderful customer service to us. In a little over a year, we have used three different storage units, ranging from their smallest option, the 5x5 to their 10x10 option. The employees have been nothing but helpful in assisting us with our move in and move out from each unit based on our fluctuating storage needs. When they had a power outage, they called and communicated with as many folks as possible and was nothing but smiles. It was my first Public storage experience and I have to say that this location gave me nothing but positive vibes. Coquita is a gem and should be valued and appreciated for the care and standards she exhibits to customers.
I had a lot of stuff to unload and it was almost closing time and we weren't going to be finished unloading in time. The manager Coquita and team members Anthony and Henry jumped in to help us. Without their help we wouldn't have been able to store all things in one day. Hottest day in Seattle, but yet they stayed and made sure we got our things moved in.Very pleasant . I couldn't have asked for better service.

As far as storage goes this place checked all the boxes. I moved my stuff in during covid, the ‘no contact’ service was nice during that time but as things mellowed out it was nice to see the staff around. Never had any issues with billing or with my unit and closing out was very simple.
Management was very accommodating when I moved out, hence the good review. Should I find myself needing storage again in the future I'll definitely choose them.

There were about 20 people including a friend who i was with there 15 minutes after 6 pm on the second of April 2022. The woman that was closing was kind enough to re-enable the elevators to let us and others finish storing their belongings. I personally thought the storage was available 24/7 and that someone is always there to lease out space and offer add-ons if necessary but maybe that's not how it works here in this state or maybe in general (i don't know). Again, the woman that was kind enough to stay wanted to go home and take care of her kids so the least i feel i can do is give this review. Thank you because it would've been a hassle to move everything we just packed back to a place my friend was moving out of.

I recently started using public storage and this place was by far the most affordable and professional company I was in contact with. I scheduled an appointment over the phone and ended up running late. Despite being late, Henry took care of all the paperwork with me, which only took a few minutes. He also was super knowledgeable in all aspects of the business making this experience seamlessly. A concern of mine was the location of the building but after seeing all the security measures they take ( Roll up gate with code, property cameras, etc) it made me feel a lot better about leaving my property in this building.
My girlfriend and I recently combined our units at this location and were able to save over $50 by doing so and have more space than we started with! The online specials are definitely worth it! But the best part of this location is the amazing service provided by the employees. We were so blessed by the assistance received from Coquita and Tay. They both went above and beyond on multiple occasions to help us and even though we took up more of their time than expected they never made us feel like an inconvenience or an annoyance. They seemed genuinely happy to help. This service sets them apart and is why we will continue to have a unit here even though the 6pm cut off for access is mildly inconvenient. Huge thanks to these two stellar ladies!!

I've only just rented a space, but wanted to come on here to say that Coquita was very helpful in getting us signed up. The location has a lower price than others I looked at in the area. We needed a place that was centrally located and climate controlled so this did the trick. It is a bit sketchy, but you can open the garage door with the app from within your vehicle and the elevators are controlled via password as well so it's a very secure building. That said, I've already found large piles of trash in the building outside of units and broken glass. I guess it comes with the territory.
Rio was great and friendly and the building is clean and well kept. Definitely glad I chose this spot.
