Evin greeted me kindly, and the online process was a breeze.
I rent space for my trucks and this is an ideal location for my needs. They open at 6 am and close at 9 pm. Staff is always friendly.

The only reason this isn't 4 stars is because they change the prices on you. If you keep a unit for a long time, rent slowly increases until it's exorbitant. Just be careful to check on you bill as time goes on!

It wasn't until halfway through the conversation that he mentioned it was past closing (which I hate being that guy, I didnt check ahead of time). So far great service great prices friendly staff. Down side why they lose 2 stars from 5 stars is the house are too early for closing gate access. Ppl need to access their stuff om their time, I believe in 24 hrs access for the amountcof money put out. Criminals are committing crimes but citizens are victimized by the crime and we have to pay the price for their actions and suffer without. Make the laws harsher on criminals so we can enjoy life at whatever hour and be safe doing so! But yrs this place I highly recommend

Rent goes up every six months. They are being very unfair. Looking at the original rent price for a 10x15 at $187 a month to $331 present. Only rented for less than two years!!!! Why?? Just why are you rasing rent on us every 5to 6 months? Are you wanting this storage unit? I can't afford it anymore. This is so stupid of you doing this. That's why I gave you a bad review. I better see this on here or internet will be bashed with this fraudulent billing rent.

If you like roasting in a hot box when it's 80 degrees out and not allowed to open the windows...then thisnis the place for you! So dumb...they heat it 24/7 365 days
..even when it's 100 degrees outside and they don't let you open a window . And there is one.single.restroom in the middle of the storage
..no to no.soap...dirty...

Disappointed with my experience here. I had a unit here for years, back when it was still Safeland Storage. From the time Public Storage took over until now, they basically priced me out of my unit by raising the price of the 3x5 unit from $35 a month to $90 a month by the time I moved out (July 2023). There was also a large gap in the back wall of my unit on both sides that allowed visibility into other units and concerned me that people could easily see into my unit the same way.
I would not recommend this place to anyone. I will say I never had any issues with the staff, they seemed friendly any time I spoke with them.
We went in today to rent a unit and Angel was fantastic! She was polite and helpful. She took her time with us and made us feel like family. Great customer service all around.

Outstanding customer service is a rarity today and she went above and beyond to assist. She’s an asset to the company and I’m sure won’t be there long as she’s working far beneath her capability.
It’s a shame the Public Storage corporate side could care less about overcharging in the midst of major inflation and a struggling economy.
They’ve no issues with consistently raising rates, no offered discounts for pre-pay, hardship, etc.

This is a SCAM!!!! i was at this facility for 2 weeks and everything was stolen. My storage unit was the only one that was broken in to and it had all of the correct locks on it. The storage unit was broken in to and open for three days before they notified me and closed the doors of my unit, even though the premise is supposed to be walked every hour. The facility does not care about your stuff and will not make sure it is safe.

I have family who has a storage unit here... Too many keypads everywhere in order to get in & out of property, into the elevator and into the building. Not to mention the door jamm of the door we used to enter the building is bad, very hard to push cart through doorways! I would never rent a unit here!
Our trailer with three generations of family belongings was stolen on December 24th, 2022. We found this out this morning when my father called to ask why he was not charged for the month of February. No police report was filed to my knowledge, and they only attempted to notify us with one phone call on December 26th, which I confirmed today on the phone with Self-Storage corporate. No letter, no email, no follow-up phone call, but they did charge us for the month of January. They also cancelled my fathers service without telling him on January 2nd. The same day they charged us $164 for the month of January, to store a vehicle only they knew was stolen. DO NOT STORE YOUR ATUFF HERE. In other comments I have read that other negative reviewers were locked out of the facility due to negative reviews. I have 0 worry about retaliation because everything my father and family had there is long gone, because the thieves took it on December 24th, and we only found out about it today. The on-site managers comment when I spoke to her on the phone today trying to find out why they did not tell us: “I just work here.”
Numerous times the elevators have been out and quit going to the ones near our locker because they never worked. Had to hike to the fourth floor. The worst one was carrying things down from with my daughter and 4 year old granddaughter. Bathrooms out of service. Toilets out on ALL the floors, smelled like rotten sewage. Snuck into one in between worker being in there, no toilet paper. Tried to call customer service, put on hold and hung up on. Rates raised almost $100 in 2 years. WORST storage place ever been involved with!

Be careful what you say in these reviews. I had a friend rate this location a 2 star. The regional manager read his review and blocked my friends access to the gate. Even though they still charged him. For 2 weeks he didn't have access to his stuff. The regional manager told him that he wanted to terminate this customer for leaving a bad review. We live in a country with free speech. But apparently not at public storage. I'm actually a little bit nervous for my friend because after I post this I hope he dosent get locked out of his unit again. I personally rent storage at uhaul so my access won't be blocked for my review. My friend is still pretty upset.there is no way to get ahold of corporate to let them know about this guy. Pathetic company organization.

Tried to leave the storage unit and it wouldn't let me out the gate so I had to sneak out the gate climb over a fence punch in my code to get back in put something in front of the sensor so that the gate would stay open jump the fence again get in my car drive all the way around the building so that I could actually leave this place. Some people coming in I cautioned them about the inability to get out and they said oh it's been like that for months they warned us about it when we got our space. That's not acceptable it's unnerving and distressing for myself as a grown woman I can imagine how one of our elderly community members might feel or someone who was not as level-headed. The facility is not always very clean

Terrible place with horrific staff and the facility is flawed and dangerous. I suggest staying away from this business, as they are always changing the hours we, as paying customers, can enter, and one of the employees used to live in one of the RVs in the parkinglot. They can go hump a clone.

The day that I signed up for storage there was a guy there on his 3rd day by himself. The computers were messing up, the scanner wouldn't scan my paperwork into the system and the gate broke. Obviously everything going wrong at once and the extended time being there was a bit much for everyone. The reason I stayed was because the guy working handled everything so great! I could tell he was getting flustered and frustrated but he kept his cool, kept trying, and kept talking to me. He apologized so many times, and instead of just giving up he called for help with the computer issues. He even opened the gate by pulling it open by hand so we could get through. Myb5 star is for gim and how he handled a situation that would male a lot of people throw in the towel.
Pretty decent place kind of spendy my rent goes up every other month
