Amazing experience with this property (109th and Canyon Road) I have been a customer for almost a year. Today I needed to transfer into a larger unit and Miss Sharron made my transaction quick and easy. This was my first time meeting her and believe me,she is a breathe of fresh air as the office manager. If I could give her a hundred stars , I would 🤓🤓

After a while they'll raise your rent every three months, plus the mice and rats got into my unit causing me to have to go thru everything I had in there before taking anything anywhere

I want to tell everyone about this location and facility because it was a pleasure doing business here! I moved across country and had to unfortunately find a place to store my things and Ms Amy was not just helpful but very informative, professional and absolutely great! I am so glad I decided to choose the public storage location and it was a little further away from where I'm going to live but she made it so wonderful and nice for me that I'll be happy to make the drive to it! I have used storage places before in another state ,but I really have to say having her help was better then I ever have had anywhere else!!! So if anyone needs to get a storage unit I highly recommend using this location! And ask for Ms.Amy she is great at her job!!! I'm so happy I choice this place..

RAT INFESTATION The staff at the front desk was great and very friendly. However; that's the only thing remotely good about this place. They more than tripled my rates throughout the last few years, and after spending over $20,000 with them, I went to open my unit to find EVERYTHING was ruined. Rodent feces covered everything, and there were 2 dead rats in one of my boxes! The lady working there offered me gloves and helped remove them, (which was kind of her!) but seriously? Charging over $350 a month for all my stuff to be ruined, and the answer was gloves? I lost priceless family pictures. I'm absolutely devastated and furious. Do not store anything here!

If you're trying to decide which Puyallup location to use, this is the one. Ms. Sharron is a delight to work with - friendly, down to earth, and kind. A wonderful customer service experience every time I've chatted with her in person or on the phone. Bonus points for ease of sign up and unit reservation through the online platform. **Post-move out edit** When I rented this unit as a go-between while moving, the intent was always short-term. Due to the incredibly short-term nature of this, I elected not to get the insurance on the unit - my bad. Pro-tip for future renters - get the insurance, even the most basic one. This facility has an active rodent issue. They are treating the property, but without insurance on your unit, any damage inside the unit is basically your problem. PS staff handled our situation as gracefully as possible and my edit has nothing to do with the customer service we got here. Just a fair warning for future tenants.

I have to say, Sharron has proved to be one of the most pleasant encounters of the day.   Her positive attitude and smile really did the trick today when my girlfriend was having issues with her debit card not approving her payment. We actually called the office before hand to try and fix the issue but we ended up deciding to drive to the office and i am so happy we did.   Not only did sharron recognize and remember our names from the phone call, she also remembered the little details of that phone call that she adressed in person without me even asking.   We were so stressed going into the office and by the time we left we were laughing and smiling as brightly as Sharron was when we walked in the door.   She quickly helped us resolve the payment issue and provided all the necessary information needed to avoid future problems.  Thank you Sharron for making us feel welcomed and valued.

We were closing down my mother-in- laws storage unit. We dealt with a really helpful employee named Sharron. She was a delight to deal with and very helpful, taking time to address our concerns and questions. I could tell she was very industrious also. She was always cleaning and sweeping and believe me it was some warm days we were doing that. Thanks Sharron you made a not so fun job almost enjoyable.

WARNING: MAJOR RODENT INFESTATION!!! So much of my merchandise has been ruined. The rodents eat everything from Yoga mats to toilet bowl cleaner. They poop and puke everywhere. They have cost my business thousands and made a HUGE mess that I will undoubtably be responsible for cleaning up when I move out (which will be ASAP).
