My experience, was very good, clean unit, easy to drive up to, and entrance to the site was great. I drove in with a PENSKE truck and went to my unit, there was one little problem while leaving, the Exit gate was locked, I had to back this Truck all the way out of the Back side of Facility. Out side of that, good Experience. Marlin Denune

Sue was amazing! I had trouble with the app and trying to cancel since I no longer needed a u nit. I went into the office and she addressed my app as well as procedures for cancelling. The process of renting and cancelling with Public storage was pretty seamless and cost effective compared to a lot of others in the area

These two locations have gone above and beyond my expectations! Sue is an amazing manager! She's responsive, helpful and very accommodating as well as she can, she's done so well, I even referred my brother who states that PS and Sue ha e been very friendly and supportive that he even moved from a different storage just to be here. When you need an example of what Customer service is, Sue and PS is that example. Thanks for all that you do Sue, I definitely don't see myself going anywhere anytime soon. Keep up the amazing work that you do Sue.

The team was there for me through the whole move and I did have a few issues. I couldn’t get the code right for whatever reason so they changed it for me to something easier. And then I had my own lock so they went ahead and refunded me for the lock That I didn’t have to use. They were very attentive, even though there are kiosk out front, I still got plenty of customer service. Thank you so much public storage staff!

I used the kiosk and the person on the other end was very helpful. The whole experience was easy and smooth thanks to the app. Sue called me 2 days later to see how my experience was, which I found very thoughtful.

I highly recommend this location for their friendly customer service and cleanliness of the units. The unit I have is temperature controlled and I have not experienced any moisture issues or encountered any rodents in my unit. This is my second time being a customer with them and Sue has been so welcoming and kind, she has been one person I love interacting with and always has a smile on her face when she greets me. She comes around to check on the units before dark which helps me feel safer about being there alone getting any last minute things for the day. I would not want to store my things anywhere else and greatly appreciate her customer service. I also love the ability to go in there bright and early at 6am if needed and have the ability to leave just before 9pm. The app will tell you if you are late to leaving before 9pm so I have found that there is definitely a priority of safety with this storage facility. Again, I highly recommend this business for storage of items you want kept safe, dry and if you are someone who is decluttering your life, you can also downsize your unit at any time if needed! THANKS SUE!!!!

Liz and Sue are awesome which is the only reason I'm giving this Jawa infested scrap heap 5 stars. customer service on the phone needs to have additudes adjust via electrical high voltage discharge to there no no touch. No twenty four hour access despite the thing being accessible via an outside pad and having security cameras all around and wired up.. Apparently the security doesn't do their job because the gates have been cut for remote times and nobody has been shot and are tasered. And they make it so we put a property in other credit requests the very same month. I got the unit they jacked the rate up almost 30% now the next month.

The units ability to have an app for entries and communication was hands down top notch.

Sue was great, she helped us transfer to another unit when there was a problem with the first one and she made it super convenient and it took no time at all.

We came in and Sue was very warm and welcoming as soon as we came in. The place is very clean and well kept. Storage unit is close by and ground flooring so it is easily accessible. The gate opener is very cool and used by their app! We were both very pleased with the storage unit and how well kept it is and the location. Thank you very much for your business:) A+++ recommended
