I especially want to recognize Jay, the manager of this location. He is fantastic - always friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. Any time I’ve had a question or needed assistance, he’s made everything easy and has been genuinely pleasant to deal with. So far , it’s been a very pleasant public storage experience. In the past when helping family, friends, etc. store stuff at other locations, there’s almost always signs of rodents / bugs, and sometimes full blown infestations, broken climate control, lack luster utilities, and even incredibly rude, disinterested customer service / staff. However, my experience at this location has been the exact opposite! Incredibly clean facility, with working gate, elevators, climate control, no pests!, or leaks. Most importantly, Jay has provided outstanding and above par customer service since the first day I called to inquire about a reservation. He’s extremely patient and communicative and from what I’ve seen, gives each customer the same warm, friendly, and engaged energy. I wasn’t rushed while reading my contract, and Jay politely answered all my questions. He’s the complete anthesis of the typical Public Storage staff who try their hardest to ignore you, or rush you through the process and give faulty information. On the day I arrived, he was pretty swamped, it’d be great if he could get some help! As more time passes, I’ll be sure to update this if anything major changes (pests arrive, or those outrageous rate increases) But for now, this location has exceeded my expectations.

Update: I paid upfront storage at this location for few months my next payment is due in September. I rented it 2 months ago and today I wanted to put some of the boxes in my storage....it denied me gate access!!!! Even though it’s paid upfront until September. I checked in all it’s no way I made mistake putting the wrong gate access. Unbelievable. My app is also not working I can’t open gates from it. I am nit staying with this company. Taking my money I paid until
September and moving elsewhere . My friend who was helping me with this is late to work because of this, no one is picking up For help . Very disappointed !!!
Update: Changing to 3 stars Becasue they resolved the issue and gave me a new code which seems to be working but still it was horrible experience.
Update; I am changing to 5 star because after incident Jay gave me 20 dollars credit to make it right and just because Eid his courtesy I am doing so…
I paid upfront until September and they sent me notification that they increased the price 5x5 locker until from 35 dollars to 67 dollars with insurance. It’s crazy! I will be moving either today if I organize transportation or definitely at most last week of August since rent is paid upfront until September 1st. I won’t be paying nearly 100 percent of an increase price for 5x5 locker!!
Jay is by far the absolute best manager I've ever met. He goes out of his way to help and make sure everything is smooth and taken care of. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a storage unit.
