On July 12, 2024, Ram was the MAN!!! He provided excellent customer service! He personally helped me locate my unit using the other elevator, due to the other elevator being under maintenance. This great customer service made my day and will recommend this storage location to other personnel.

Public Storage was great! It could be controlled by your phone, there was a security code to get in, there was a lot of space(even for a 5x5), and so much more!

I have two large units there for over 4 years now. I highly recommend this location. The facility is always clean (hallways, restroom, etc.). The best part is the staff who are professional and kind. I have issue with the pricing and they went out of their way to help. It's good!

My experience dealing with the Public Storage personnel at the Dulles South Court location has been exceptional great. The property manager Hunter has provided me great customer service and answered all my questions and concerns. He was extremely helpful during my move in day.

This facility is always clean and well managed. Staff is always helpful. Recently I accidentally left my units unlocked and their onsite manager "Hunter" was persistent in calling me to make sure I was aware and avoid a loss. Honestly, you can't find employees like that too often. This location and service is well above average expectation.

our office has had our unit for ten years! they refuse lower the price they are changing us nearly 500 a month for a 10x15 when i ask to speak to regional or district manager im told to move out or move units. if someone is willing to reach out to me that be ideal so we can resolve this.

Ram was very helpful and my rent went up by 20% and he immediately put a request and it got approved to my old rent. I definitely reccommend this place and see Mr.Ram

I’ve had 2 storage units here for a few years now. I’ve always had nice treatment and my belongings were safe and clean. I was even notified when I didn’t lock one properly after leaving. I’m still a client and recommend them. -Joe is especially helpful and kind :)

The Manager Hunter was helpful with assisting me with my storage unit. He was very responsive with returning my call and explained the rental process to me. This is a quiet location and one building which makes it easy to navigate! Definitely recommend!!

I initially gave this place a 5 star review as a favor to an employee, so I would take how high the rating is with a grain of salt. Obviously (and as I've read in other reviews), the employees are not above asking friends, family, or even acquaintances to review their property so they can maintain numbers. I was told to write that I was moving to the area and looking for a storage place and that a specific employee went above and beyond to help me. I live in Chesapeake, VA, with no plans to move that way... ever. I can see that there were others pressured into leaving reviews as well.

Once they fixed the lighting issue inside, we don't really have any issues here any more. Parking is fine and plenty of carts. There are a couple that are broken, we are hoping they'll be replaced soon.

Stopped by this location today to ask some questions about renting and the guy at the front was super patient with me and knowledgeable. The place looked well taken care of. Not sure if I’ll get a unit here as it is a little far from my home but it’s definitely at the top of my list.

The space is clean and under solid security. I forgot my lock in place after moving out, and they saved me a trip by removing the lock themselves.

I rented a 10x10 space at this location for 2+ years and we had no issues. Access was always easy and billing was clear and convenient to pay online. Mike helped us with checkout and he was great to work with

Absolutely pleased with the storage facility, but most importantly, Joe the property manager. This is my first time utilizing off-site storage so I had my fair share of questions and concerns. Joe was extremely patient and very willing to answer any questions I had with a smile. He very much cares about his customers and makes it known through his above and beyond customer service. I highly recommend this facility and thanks again for everything Joe!

I rented a 5x5 climate controlled unit at the Dulles South CT location today. I received a fabulous price through the Memorial Day deal. Joe, the manager, was extremely helpful during the process which was easy and quick, once I decided on a unit. He made sure I got a unit close to the elevator and that was easy to find. He took the time to answer all of my questions. He is very professional, honest, and takes customer service seriously. I visited other PS locations but none had the level of care I found here. I highly recommend this place.

I reserved a unit, however, upon arrival was told the elevator was down and we were recommended not to use the stairs by Joseph. I was told the elevators would be fixed by noon, however they were not. We were then told they would be guaranteed to be fixed by 4 pm again they were not. Poor customer service as I had to call to receive any information and updates on the elevator situation. I was told that I would receive a refund as we ended up having to cancel the unit after waiting all day and the elevators were not fixed at 7 pm. I have spoken with Mike, Joseph, Ram, and Christopher multiple times regarding the refund of the unavailable unit that we did not move into or utilize. I was told this can take a couple of weeks to process however it has been 3 months without any closure. I was told the general manager, Mia Mosigol, would contact me however I still have not received any follow up for the property manager or Mia. The poor customer service and significant run around for this issue (although I recognize the elevator issue was not their fault) has been astonishingly unprofessional and mishandled. Due to the unprofessionalism, poor follow up and lack of follow through after all the communication I have had with the employees as this location I will not use this public storage or recommend them to anyone.

This was my first time using/renting a storage unit, and it couldn’t have been any better. The eRental process was straight-forward and seamless. Joe, the property manager, followed up with me and gave me clear and easy to follow instructions on how to navigate the facility, access my unit, and also he gave me useful information since this was my first time. The facility itself is very clean, cool, secure (private access codes needed at entry/access points), locks are provided for units, and there are plenty of hand trucks to help you move stuff in. I left feeling confident that my property is secure.
