I was there to look for a place to store my home goods and the customer service rep was amazing. Her name is Nevada & she answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable on the business.
I've had bad experiences with storage places before but this place has changed that for me.
I thought transferring units was going to be a PITA but Ms. Nevada made it so easy!
She was really kind and super friendly, and always in a bright mood when I bump into her.

This facility is great if use a phone app for access. If you need to ask a question or need a cart, good luck with that.
I chose the storage due to the reviews. Nevada lacked customer service and empathy. There was a mouse found in my storage and she could care less some of my things ruined. And will have to spend extra money to wash my things before bringing them home.

I've had a lot of bad storage unit experiences but the customer service and help that I've experienced here have been so wonderful and stress-free because of NEVADA!!! She takes care of the customers as well as the property and always working when I come to my storage. We need more people at establishments like her she is the only reason I haven't moved to another storage. Keep up the good work you'v really set a high bar for others.

Nevada....the managing attendant made renting at this Public Storage a pleasant and enjoyable experience. The hallways were clean and tidy... The elevators were fixed quickly when they were broken. Nevada always greeted me with a beautiful smile.
Scammy scheduled price increases for as long as you'll stay. Started at $30/mo and quickly got to $120/mo. Be prepared to switch storage companies every so often, once you sign here, your scheduled price increases will begin and they do not stop. I've been doing it for years, unfortunately.

When I first got my storage unit I gave a 5 star review specifically for my interaction with Nevada who was very helpful in the process of moving in. After 6 months there they’ve increased my rate 70%!!!! Of course it will be even more expensive to hire movers to move somewhere else so I’m just stuck with the increase. Be aware of their internet discounts as this is what I signed up on originally.

Garage door broke and no clue when it will be fixed. Shelving stolen, and they still want us to pay our monthly rent. How does this make sense?
We heard back from Public Storage and they have now worked with us to get this repaired and are giving us a credit for the month.

Facilities are rather run down, no carts or dollies available to customers. Look closely and you notice the facilities have not been maintained. Poor customer service also. Asked about reducing rental rates, was denied. When I submitted a move out notice, they started to ask what they could do to keep me as a customer. Never asked or cared in the previous 10 years. Beware of poor facilities and customer service!
The worst customer service I have ever experienced from an employee. If you have the distasteful experience of working with an employee named Nevada, I urge you to find someone different to speak to and do business with. From not honoring my promotional discount I booked with online and attempting to overcharge me, to hanging up on me during several phone calls, I had to reach out to the DM to correct account charges and correct rent. If it wasn't for the several other employees that I had positive interactions with, I would never return to this location.
We have been using this Public Storage location for several months and have been happy with our decision to use this storage facility. Nevada has always been available in the office anytime I needed assistance. She is always prompt, professional, friendly and funny! I have no hesitation recommending this location to anyone.

I've been renting at this site for over a year and needed to move from a 2nd floor unit to a smaller one on the 1st.

Can't stand this place. Been using this storage facility as a warehouse for my business.
Positives: it's nearby.
Negatives: it's dirty. You can only control people's behavior so much, but it often looks like the images attached.
People smoke in the building. Multiple times I've been in there while people are smoking. Saw (who seems to be) the manager or grounds keeper smoking inside the bay doors.
The climate control isn't good. When I'm doing inventory during the warmer months I am SWEATING. I literally load the inventory into my truck and bring it to my store then bring it back.
The bathrooms have been out of order for weeks, both of them (images attached). Sometimes I'm there for a while and need to use the restroom, but can't.
I've been approached by an employee and accused of dumping trash. Very brash. Makes me wonder if their camera systems work because why wouldn't you verify who dumped trash before approaching a random patron and press them for dumping trash. I don't have trash to dump. Ever. It's all brand new products.
It gets swamped. Not much you can do about that, but it makes it difficult to navigate sometimes.
NO CARTS! Can't ever find carts to move my product from truck to unit. When we started using this facility they existed, now its a rarity to find even 1.

I was able to get an appointment and a storage shed on the same day, had great customer service from Nevada, she walked me through the whole process and explained everything before I confirmed my information and throughout the policies parts.

I would post 0 stars if I could. This used to be a great place when it was ALL STORAGE. I have been here for years and I originally came when All Storage was the owner . Ever since Public Storage took over, it has been TERRIBLE. No communication, no accountability. First, they raised the price on my unit. Then I went to come get things out of my storage, and the main gate to the building is broken. We used the back. Whatever. But then!!!! We try to use the elevator and they have installed some keypad on the elevator so it would not work for us. THERE WAS NO COMMUNICATION THESE HAVE BEEN ADDED. I had no idea what my code was. As a paying customer that would be nice to know.
But then!!! On 1/20/24, I scheduled an appointment with Nevada because what do you know! They are “renovating” and I have 1 month to get all my stuff out of storage because my “unit is effected”. So I CALL and she is super rude to me on the phone. The customer service is disgusting. I ask if they have any other units and the prices, etc ( BASIC QUESTIONS!!!!) and she said I have to come in for an appointment and she can’t talk with me over the phone.
So on 1/20 I haul my two kids over to the storage and there is NO ONE. I walk up to the door and another customer says “ I’ve been waiting for 30 mins no one is there” and im like what? And at this point it’s 3:15. I gave them 30 more mins to wait, and by 3:45 I left. I get it if you have lunch or have to walk the property BUT PUT A SIGN ON THE DOOR WITH AN ETA OF WHEN YOU WILL BE BACK. I had a SCHEDULED appointment!!!
DONT SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT AND NOT SHOW UP!!!! DONT TELL ME I MUST COME IN FOR AN APPOINTMENT AND THEN MAKE ME HAUL MY KIDS THERE AND NOT BE THERE!! like what? Im a paying customer!!!
I will be leaving this place, as I already have found another storage for half the price for a BIGGER unit. Public storage is terrible, but the people who run this location have zero customer service skills. Ugh.
I had a scheduled appointment with Public Storage, and unfortunately, it was a highly unprofessional and frustrating encounter. Despite arriving on time, I waited for 30 minutes past my scheduled appointment, and no one showed up at the office. This lack of professionalism and disregard for customers' time is disheartening. Additionally, the pricing at Public Storage seems to be disproportionately high for the level of service provided. Overall, my experience left me with a negative impression, and I would caution others considering their services.

Nevada & Trevor are some of the best receptionist I’ve ever come acrossed. I believe they should be offered more money and paid vacation. 2 polite people and I wouldn’t take my business any where else. You know have a lifetime public storage membership with me. Original rental process was simple, and it was fine. However, getting the actual unit and being able to access the unit were both a nightmare. I had an appointment that I not only booked online, but I spoke with the person and confirmed my appointment on the phone, as well as confirmed via text. I show up, I waited in my car for close to thirty minutes for someone to be there. Never happened. I went home, I called about an hour later and she answered the phone. I said I showed up for my appointment and no one was there. "I was on the property." No apology, no accountability for ignoring the appointment. Whatever, I now have no time to deal with this. I go up and rent the unit, which is a 10x5. It is a corner unit which I measured with a tape measurer, 10x3. Ok, I need it in a hurry, I move things in. Everything is fine the first month. I go after hours on November 28th, enter my code. The door won't open. There are a line of cars trying to get in also. Nothing is working. I try the bluetooth entry. Nope. I call the next day. She says the door is broken and I can go in through the back bay door. I go in and its fine. That following Friday, December 1st, the elevator is broken with no access to the upper levels. I can't get in again. I call, no answer for days. Finally I call corporate, where they are less helpful and super rude. Corporate claims they spoke with her while I was on hold, and she said that everything has been working properly. So basically I am a liar? I moved, I am done with this place. I cleared my stuff out, and now I am getting calls from the property about my account. I scheduled a move date for December 6, but I already got my belongings out. Also, I am now renting a 15x10 at another company and it is the same price I paid for a tiny little closet space I had there.
I went by there to get my important paperwork from my unit around 6:30pm as we have access until 9pm as I've done many times. My code would not work and when I tried to knock on the door or call to find out the lady ignored me so I knocked again and tried to explain it to her through the door and she opened the door and screamed in my face about it being broken and how she shouldn't have to tell me anything. Altogether a really rude and trashy experience that could have been avoided with kinder staff and better communication. Instead I wasted my gas and time to not be able to even get my documents and gets screamed at for no reason.
I am going through a rough time right now and I’m trying to get my storage units Consolidated and Nevada has been fantastic to keep in touch with me to make sure I knew what I needed to get done and she’s just been fantastic. Thanks for all your help Nevada. I really appreciate it.!!
If I could give more stars I would. I had some problems on my end, and Nevada bent over backwards for hours trying to help me work them out. In the end she did. Anyone else would have given up. Not Nevada. She said I'll help you to the best of my abilities. If your looking for the best customer service you can't go wrong here. Thank you Nevada!!!

Staff is never friendly, and the price of storage units is always rising. I can't say that out of the 3.5 years I utilized this facility, not once was I treated kindly. Staff never seem like they want to be there and rarely seem to want to help you. Past facilty was clean and kept up, but prices become ridiculous quickly.
I 100% recommend this location. The building is very secure and clean. The rental process was easy and Nevada made the experience great and even fun! She was so friendly, informative and detailed. You can tell she is a natural with people. Her customer service was top notch.

I am not happy with there service anymore. There carts are never around and the door is always broken. Their prices went up in storage. I’m trying to find another store so I can get my stuff out of there as soon as possible. I’m not really happy with them anymore really disappointed because they really did up my rent on my storage a lot and I’m not happy with it I’m just happy I can afford to keep it but I’m still not happy with the situation at all.
They finally fixed the doors or else it would be one star. The doors are constantly broken, which makes the hours almost unaccessible if you have a 9 to 5 job. This is out of their control if some idiot crashes into the door with their truck. However; slightly extended hours, and potential discount/credit would be nice.

They have banking hours so it wasn't really convenient for me being a night owl. The lady was friendly inside, informative and to the point. It's clean, new and nice... however, one way in which if it's busy, you're going to be crowded inside. The elevators are a headache having to enter a code every single time you go up to your locker. The elevators have 2 parking spots, maybe 3 in front of them which Is also in front of the doors going inside into the stairwell . This makes it difficult to bring down furniture on top of the elevator. They have a dolly you can use to buy only 1 by the elevator so if you want to use it, you may be waiting awhile if someone else is there. I only stored a few items and it was such a headache just getting the 1 load up, I cleaned it out a couple weeks later and that was it. I'll look for something with easier access next time.
I buy storage units at auctions one I purchased other it was free. It went good went to pick it up. Next day I went but the elevator code wouldn’t work and I went to ask and Nevada said I need to clear one out first in order for her to open it which was dumb I purchased one and the other one was free. I went again and told her I need it to go up there since am trying to clear it out after the hours. She then decided to give me a code I did a trip on the 4 floor but after it was 6 the code wouldn’t work it just said please see your manager when obviously it was after hours when it was closed my mom stay up in the 4 floor waiting, my bf and I in the first floor . I told her it wouldn’t let me go up there so she decided to bring everything on the elevator by herself which was stupid if NEVADA did her job correctly this wouldn’t happen. Plus she said the code she first said it would expire on that day at 9 and I told
her I had the storage for 48 hrs which was barely the first day. It happen on august 25 around 6 pm y’all can see the cameras. It was so dumb everything how she wouldn’t let me go to the unit cause I needed to clear one out if I had still one day left. YALL NEED NEW PEOPLE WHO ACTUALLY DO THEIR JOB CORRECTLY. my mom really had to do all that, just cause she said it would expire on the 25 the code at 9. All she said sorry what that going to do after all my mom had to go thru.
This place has gone to hell since Public Storage took over. The staff is rude and either an elevator or gate is broken constantly. On top of that they have raised my rent over a $100 in less than a year since they purchased it from All Storage. Not to mention my neighbor has been robbed not once but twice. I'm not even sure how that happens. I urge you to look elsewhere for a storage unit there are plenty of other options.
Started out great but upon moving in the enter gate does not work, the back gate is the only one with access to the units so when the office staff closes so does the gate at 5:45. Mind you I don't get of til 5:30,now I'm speeding trying to make it before the garage door is closed and locked. I've been stuck out for days when I rented I was under the impression I'd be able to enter after hours.... NOT‼️ THERE NEEDS TO BE SOME TYPE OF COMPENSATION

The facility is excellent and the staff has given professional service but they continue raising my monthly rate doubling my original monthly rate! That's approximately 20 times higher than the rate of inflation over the same period of time!

The monthly rental cost just goes up and Up. In a year it almost doubled. Constant issues with the access doors, they are broken more than they work.
The manager at this facility is very rude and has the nerve to rush you out of the storage before closing hours. I was at my storage waiting for my son to come help, it was not quite closing time and she was refusing to let him up at approxiamately 4:45pm. The sign states 5pm not a 4:45pm. Not only did he have to explain to her why I needed his help on our way down the in the elevator she made a smart comment, sayint you needed him to carry that. First of all this is not her place to say anything of that nature and second I or no one else for the matter should have to explain to her what and why we needed to do anything. I explained to her I had major back surgery in 2020 and have many restrictions. Public Storage please train all employee's that it is not polite nor is it any of their business why and let them know not all days will you get off on time.

I wrote the above post 4 yrs ago. A lot has changed since then. All Storage was bought by Public Storage. Rayleen who had been very helpful is no longer there. Everything is broken. The entrance door is broken so you have to enter through the exit door. The floors are nasty. Usually only one person in the office at a time. That's a problem. Today I gave my DL so that I could get a cart to unload stuff. When I returned to drop off the carry and get my DL back, the door was locked and no one was in the office. This is not the first time this has happened. No sign saying when they would return. I called the number on the door, and the number in PS emails. I really needed my DL back. I didn't want to drive off without my license. I felt like I was being held hostage. When the woman finally returned 30 min later she told me I "shouldn't have taken a cart if it was so urgent". Very nasty. Why would I not take a cart when I'm unloading stuff. How stupid can you be! Horrible customer service. Not worth it with major price increases recently. Services have gone down while prices increase.
Nevada was wonderful! She went above and beyond for my mom and myself. This is what the 5 star is for on the other post under my name. Now as far as the facility I have a few complaints. 1) they don’t tell you you have to get the $15 insurance until your checking out. The girl on the phone didn’t tell me that. She should have before I agreed to hold the unit. 2) you have to get their $25 lock. That wasn’t mentioned to me either it’s a great idea but $25 for a lock! That’s too steep. 3) I wasn’t able to use my own code I had to use their generated code. I ended up spending more than I wanted to due to all these unmentioned extras. 4) they don’t have a security system and the gate was broken so we have to come in during the hours Nevada works. I reposted this review with the appropriate review for public storage.

Do not waste your money on this place . Good luck getting a hold of anyone to help you with anything. Doors stay broken so it causes congestion trying to get out. Also major price increases. Would never recommend .

Visited today to help a friend look at her new space and see if she could fit everything in there. Nevada was so helpful and delightful. She knew all of her info, took her time to show us the space even though it was so busy and she was the only one there. We agreed if you know how to play Tetris, the spot would work for my friend. So glad Nevada was there to assist us with all of our questions.
We all know moving can be very stressful. I came in to change my unit, I didn't know if I had the right size. The customer service from Nevada was phenomenal. She was polite and caring, she made sure I was comfortable with my choice. Showed me my unit and explained to me how everything works. I am very satisfied with my choice. She was amazing. We need more customer service like her.
Today was Ms. Nevada’s first day at Public Storage. I first met her on the 4th floor when she kindly came to pick up a bucket that had fallen from my cart. When I arrived at my unit it was locked and apparently was occupied. Ms. Nevada quickly went to the office and reassigned me to a new unit. I’m very grateful for not only her great customer service, but also her kindness and the fact that she sings while working.

We purchased this unit so we could move items over the month and not be completely rushed! It has been a COMPLETE chaotic mess EVERY trip! The exit gate has been broken every time. Having to back out of the unit with a trailer plus everyone else trying to unload is definitely not ideal. Also don’t go off their access hours listed they close at 5:45pm vs 9pm due to the gate not working.
All together this location is VERY unorganized and definitely an inconvenience!
Visited this place with my daughter and I felt safe walking through the place and I like the fact that there are elevators.
No one on site while open, back door hasn't worked since February. Too bad because I've used the one off Camp Bowie was great.
They were kind and helpful. They were very knowledgeable and just plain nice to be around

Very clean, I was surprised since other storage I have used didn't seem to care. The office was nice and friendly when I rented my space. I'm giving this place a five star because they seem to have the attitude that they actually care instead of just wanting money.

The access hours on the website says until 9 p.m. that is false. It's 6 p.m.I needed the late hour. The facility is nice and very well maintained. The office staff are great and super nice.

Do not whatever you do use this location to store your stuff. They change codes to get in and out like they change underwear. The elevators are broken you try to use a cart and they’re gone or they’re stolen. This place is a joke and then they wanna raise the rent every month…..get out and don’t ever come here if you want good quality service..

I just rented a space online. Checked it out today and put my lock on. So far so good. The attendant that was on staff was really helpful and very pleasant to deal with.

Recently just purchased a storage unit here. The site manager made sure to keep me well updated on all required tasks before move in. Also special shout out to the district manager Ryan for going above and beyond his customers! If you have any questions or concerns, there’s nothing he can’t answer or fix.
Increased rent not by any small increments, but by $50 an month, and changed hours so that you can’t access your unit unless you take time away from work, or go early on a weekend. You have to get out to enter gate code. The pad is on the gate itself. You can’t leave without getting out of your car, and putting a code in the gate. It doesn’t automatically let people out like everywhere else does. I’m pretty fed up at this point.

Raylene is the most charming wonderful and sweet woman that I’ve ever met in my life, every time I see her she’s always got a smile on her face. I only rent there because of how great her customer service is. I will highly recommend her to all my friends and family!
Only good thing i can say about this place after 2 months is , its clean. Everything else is terrible. Gate codes dont work. Feels like it opens whenever it wants. Elevators go down every other week and theirs no way to go up or down without em. Office is unreliable as it also has its hours whenever it feels like it. First ever storage unit I've had and cant wait to already cancel with them.
