So far so good, we got a 10x10 at an introductory price...it's adequate for our needs since we don't have a storage shed in our back yard. Easy access to the elevator and we like that one has to punch in your gate code to work the elevator too...doesn't smell moldy like the last unit we rented!! So yes I'd recommend this storage unit to friends and family, oh sometimes the on site staff is usually not readily available at times since they are doing walk thrus thru the whole building??

This place is absolutely amazing I've used this facility 3 diff times through work layoffs travel divorce even when I had a roommate and got a smaller unit and needed only a few things stored few a few and never had a problem here people and staff are amazing...shout out to Mrs Victoria when I first started useing them now its miss Nevada whos there superfluous friendly and helpful always keeps up with communication via phone and or email the app u also download is super easy to use for payments and also access via the app to get in and out the door and elevator without useing ur long code they provide and the security is also amazing via code to get in code to go up and down elevator every time and only allows u to go to ur floor and not other floors and code to get out along with perfect climate control and plenty of security cameras to make place comfortable and secure with ur stuff I'd sent anybody to this facility in a heart beat and use them again if needed ...only con in past was dumb inconsiderate customers hiding the roll carts in there unit and making it hard for others to get stuff up and down from there unit but they got them all back now in front office and u have to sign out for them and return before u leave so they have adjusted and fixed that prob the only other con is they have 2 elevators and the 2nd one is always broke down and everyone fights for one elevator when its busy but again thats back to the dumb inconsiderate customers putting stuff in front of door to keep it open for long periods of time messing and screwing up the sensors making the elevator inoperable until they can get it fixed which they constantly are haveing to do but ever place has bad apple customers that mess it up for everyone else but besides that thats not on uhaul thats customer issues ......this place hands down takes care of there people and stuff thank yall so much shout out to all employees that have made my stay and everyone else's stay that I've sent to yall absolutely amazing..........

Moved in to our new 10' x 5' unit Saturday. Did the entire rental online and got a really low online price. Downloaded the app for keyless access to the building, elevator and floor. This place is brand new, clean, and conveniently located. "Nevada" runs a tight ship and had all the answers to my first day questions. She is fantastic at running the facility. Highly recommended.

I have had a great experience so far! The storage facility was clean and Nevada was a big help. The only reason I didn't give it five stars was due to some snafus in booking the facility and erroneous text messages related to to this that caused me to have to call the facility. I love my public storage I can always call the manager Mrs. Nevada and get all the help and support and questions answered. The office manager is truly amazing she will go above and beyond to help with any issues you may have. but just know that the company itself will go up on price at the drop of a hat by the hundreds, and they don't have to tell you it's in the contract and I mean at least 100+ added to your bill monthly
My only big ugh with this location is every time I need to go to my unit and need a push cart. The doors to the office is locked and we can’t use the carts. It has happened the last two time I been within the last two weeks. Including today. And no matter how hard you knock. Nobody will come to the door or answer the phone. So it sucks you can’t use the carts for a little help.
Update: Nevada reached out to me and explained why the carts are put up and I completely understand. The next time I returned the carts was available to use. Thank you so much and thank you for the kind gesture of reaching out and explaining.
I would say this storage area is very nice and the lady in the front office is very friendly and helpful. Great prices also.
Only needed the unit for less than 30days. The front desk lady was always so kind and helpful. That’s the kind of great customer service that will have us return in future if needed.

I was there to look for a place to store my home goods and the customer service rep was amazing. Her name is Nevada & she answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable on the business.
I've had bad experiences with storage places before but this place has changed that for me.
I thought transferring units was going to be a PITA but Ms. Nevada made it so easy!
She was really kind and super friendly, and always in a bright mood when I bump into her.
The facility is very clean, and clearly a great spot to store items because there are always people around.

I've had a lot of bad storage unit experiences but the customer service and help that I've experienced here have been so wonderful and stress-free because of NEVADA!!! She takes care of the customers as well as the property and always working when I come to my storage. We need more people at establishments like her she is the only reason I haven't moved to another storage. Keep up the good work you'v really set a high bar for others.

Nevada....the managing attendant made renting at this Public Storage a pleasant and enjoyable experience. The hallways were clean and tidy... The elevators were fixed quickly when they were broken. Nevada always greeted me with a beautiful smile.

Garage door broke and no clue when it will be fixed. Shelving stolen, and they still want us to pay our monthly rent. How does this make sense?
We heard back from Public Storage and they have now worked with us to get this repaired and are giving us a credit for the month.

Nevada was wonderful! She went above and beyond for my mom and myself. This is what the 5 star is for. Now as far as the facility I have a few complaints. 1) they don’t tell you you have to get the $15 insurance until your checking out. The girl on the phone didn’t tell me that. She should have before I agreed to hold the unit. 2) you have to get their $25 lock. That wasn’t mentioned to me either it’s a great idea but $25 for a lock! That’s too steep. 3) I wasn’t able to use my own code I had to use their generated code. I ended up spending more than I wanted to due to all these unmentioned extras. 4) they don’t have a security system and the gate was broken so we have to come in during the hours Nevada works. I am going to repost this review with the appropriate review for public storage.

She knew all of her info, took her time to show us the space even though it was so busy and she was the only one there. We agreed if you know how to play Tetris, the spot would work for my friend. We all know moving can be very stressful. I came in to change my unit, I didn't know if I had the right size. The customer service from Nevada was phenomenal. She was polite and caring, she made sure I was comfortable with my choice. Showed me my unit and explained to me how everything works. I am very satisfied with my choice. She was amazing. We need more customer service like her.
Today was Ms. Nevada’s first day at Public Storage. I first met her on the 4th floor when she kindly came to pick up a bucket that had fallen from my cart. When I arrived at my unit it was locked and apparently was occupied. Ms. Nevada quickly went to the office and reassigned me to a new unit. I’m very grateful for not only her great customer service, but also her kindness and the fact that she sings while working.

Very clean, I was surprised since other storage I have used didn't seem to care. The office was nice and friendly when I rented my space. I'm giving this place a five star because they seem to have the attitude that they actually care instead of just wanting money.
