I had an excellent experience at this Public Storage location, thanks to Yessely! She was incredibly professional, kind, and went above and beyond to help me with my storage needs. Her attention to detail and willingness to answer all my questions made the process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find such great customer service, and I truly appreciate her efforts. Highly recommend this location because of her!

Very Pleasant

Today i needed a storage unit last minute, with the help from Yesenii, i was in & out with all my questions answered! She was very patient & helpful on recommending the right size unit! I was curious for the smaller one at first but she recommended another size based on the furniture i was bringing in & Thank God she did because that’s the unit i ended up needed! She also informed me on sales currently going on give or take on the unit, prices were very reasonable with the deals they had! Thank you Yesenii! Awesome customer service!!

Yessely came and helped me out immensely. She had left for the day, came back from home to help me with my issue. She didn't have to answer her phone let alone come back to the unit and help me with a problem after 6:00 PM. Customer service at its finest.

This property is kept very clean! There are quite a few carts that are accessible to use. This location also has three elevators. Yessely helped me choose what size unit perfectly fit to store my furniture! Explained what the insurance covers and the cost. Overall, she was very informative and answered all my questions and concerns.

I Love the service here and its affordable. My unit is like a walk in closet, love it. I do like how secure it is, and that the elevatir only allows you to your floor where your specific unit is at. The girls are really nice too!

Yessely showed me some units and was well informed and answered all of my questions and concerns. I chose the climate controlled unit to store some furniture. It’s nice that there are a quite a few carts to use and an elevator. This location is well kept and the distance is convenient for me.

New & clean property

Property manager Hiwot provided an excellent experience. She was friendly, patient and explained the Public Storage processes very well. I have rented many storage spaces over the past 15 years and this was the best experience I've had. Recommend without hesitation.

Facility is new and very clean. So, I have no issues with the facility or staff. The price and location cannot be beat. I think because it is still so new, a lot of the spaces are empty. There are always carts around and the clients return or the staff does a great job of cleaning up after the renters. Either way, job well done.

My storage unit is actually across the street but after leaving three messages with no "human" help (nobody around) to answer my questions I decided to walk across the street where I encountered two incredible ladies - Yessely and Bebe. Yessely was absolutely amazing! I had trouble with app login and naturally, VERY frustrated about it. Yessely patiently looked my account up in the computer system, fixed whatever needed to be fix (including the app log in screen) with a smile on her face. I greatly appreciated her friendliness, patience, active listening, sense of humor and problem resolution. Bebe's "emotional" support and additional storage information (answering my questions) were the cherry on the top. Big thank you to both! I greatly appreciated their help and support and looking forward to coming "over" to visit them just because.

I highly recommend this storage facility, public storage. A brand new facility, very safe and secure and in a very wonderful neighborhood. Most importantly, I recommend it because of the customer service that I received from Yessely. Very knowledgeable of her job, very professional and courteous. And very efficient . I was in and out very quickly. Yessely is a very important asset to public storage.💯

All I can say is thank you 🙏🏾 . I had a unit at a competitor and it was broken into twice. I called the 800 number just to inquire about a unit I spoke to a young man and he explained everything I wasn’t completely sold until I received a call about 5 minutes later. LaTdia ( I hope I spelled that right) called me she was amazing she made me feel so comfortable. The next day I came to the unit and as I moved in I met Mrs LaTdia in person and Mrs Hiwot these employees were wonderful they actually walk around making sure the property is safe and clean. As I was leaving I stopped in the office and the lady were so attentive and it was at that moment I knew I made the best decision!!!!! I’m so pleased that I’m telling everyone actually I’ll be leaving a post on my facebook page and on my sorority chat about the amazing service I received today I’m going home feeling blessed knowing my belonging are safe.

Clean facility with lots of parking. Ms. Beverly went above and beyond to help us with the elevator and much more.

Saw three different people at the office during the supposed hours it should be open, nothing. Not even the gate or phone worked.

EDIT: Disgusting administration charging me $35 dollars WHEN I NEVER EVEN WAS ABLE TO MOVE IN ?!?! THREATING TO SEND ME TO COLLECTIONS FOR NOT WANTING TO PAY IT?? And the so called manager finally called a day after I already went somewhere else. STAY AWAY!!! Trying to set up a storage rental here for an hour until I gave up. Insane sounding manager calls me to tell me to hurry up signing everything online. I try to say it's not working but she keeps interrupting spouting nonsense. Half hour later I am forced to pay. I'm at the facility for half an hour and the gate doesn't work. I'm getting a refund. Save yourself the headache and stay away from this place. She kept screaming about how everything is better online to just do it. Obviously anything would be better than to deal with her and her broken gates lol

Let me share how amazing this property is!! I was going to go to another company, but I was led to come to this property. I was met by Ms Beverly Banning- who was extremely helpful. She went above and beyond to make my experience securing my unit one that was fantastic. She exemplifies the meaning of stellar customer service. She is an awesome employee who takes her job seriously. I have observed her on more than one occasion and it has always been positive! She is a model employee and Public Storage will be my number one choice always because of Ms Beverly. If I could I would give her 10 the stars. She is not only building customers but building relationships!!

I just moved to Houston and I met the sweetest lady Beverly Benning. She helped with finding our storage and helped with getting the lock on. I’ve had terrible service with Public Storage but meeting Mrs. Benning changed my view of the company. Thank you Mrs. Benning, you are one of a kind!
