Great facility. Friendly staff. Very clean. Quizell (sp?) went above and beyond when I needed some help. When I had an issue with my account, Francisco the district manager happened to be in the store and looked into it and took care of it in a couple of days. Highly recommend this location!

I went to this facility to inquire about the cost and processes to rent a storage unit at this facility. When I arrived I met with Clezelle and he was amazing. He informed about the available units and the rental and policy process. I came back to the facility because I was unsure on renting but Clezelle was very patient and assured me that this location is safe and monitored. Overall I would refer anyone to rent from here for customer service alone. I hope that Mr. Clezelle with be recognized for being an outstanding and informative employee. Awesome staff!!!!

Very shady operation. One day I get a call trying to sell me a new lock, a little later I get a call about my lock being gone and I need to come in a get a new lock. They cut my lock off just trying to make more money. Basically criminal behavior.

Best Service I have received from rental units! It starts from the agency reservation line down to the front office agent 5 out of 5 stars. Fast accurate service they make everything as simple as it is. If you are looking for a storage unit I highly recommend you get one here asap as they go by quick! By the way make sure to ask for Mr.Clezell at the office he will make sure to answer all of your questions and concerns. By the way they have a great promotion going on!

I used a 5x5 unit for a year. I had no issues. It was June, so very hot out during my move-in and move-out, and the space was truly climate controlled. I had no issues with anything. It is very secure as you have to enter your access code to get in and out of the gate, building, and elevator. Staff was always kind and helpful. I saw no pests or bugs. I would recommend this location. (I did get the Orange Door Insurance they offer because I did not have my own. As I did not have to use it, I am not sure how it is.)

Chandice is absolutely tremendous. I have leased several storage units from them over the past several years, mainly due to continuous price increases, and anytime I’ve ever had an issue or a question she is incredibly friendly and goes the extra mile to assist me. I’ve honestly stayed a customer there with them due to her.

Extremely unprofessional - made a check in reservation with timing confirmed over the phone and email. When I showed up at the appointed time, the office was locked and the property manager was absent. Really didn't seem Iike they value my time or business.

Today I went online for assistance with my future rent at Public Storage, Keith who assisted me online could care less about keeping me as a client. I later called my facility and Chandice was more than accommodating, she helped me the best way and tried many routes to get me the best solution possible - it is this sort of customer service that keeps customers satisfied and really retains the client. I would like to start off saying I went in this week for my second storage room. I was so pleased with the manager on duty named Chandice. She is very knowledgeable ,very patient as I decided where to get my second unit . Property was clean and bathrooms were also very clean . Thank you so much Teresa

The customer service at this location is the WORST!!!! The elevators stopped working and it took weeks before they could fix them and they refused to answer the phone to help customers with questions. They also close the office for "lunch" and they don't return at the time they post. This location doesn't deserve not even 1 star!

I signed up ahead of time and paid online, etc. I walked in the day of my move in and asked if there was anything else I needed. The lady showed me on a map where my unit was and she was very helpful. I asked if I can get the lock that was pre paid for and she said it's already ok the unit. Well I went there and it wasn't. Or she didn't give me a key for it. So when I come back to the office after I put all my stuff in, the office is locked and there's a sign saying someone will be back in twenty min!! Hire more staff because your office hours ate already short and waiting was so inconvenient. And maybe just give the person that lock and key when they ask for it the first time? Or when they walk In saying they're ready to move. When I came back twenty min later there was a huge line as a lot of people had been waiting by that time. How is it not common sense to give the person the lock and key when they're moving in??? I wasted a total of 45 min waiting for someone to come into the office and then waiting in line for something that should have been given to me when I walked in the first time and said I'm moving in right now

The elevator wasn't working and I had to use the stairs but other days it is pretty well it has a lot of security system Wich is something that I like.

Lots of breakins. Thieves have passcode. They come with big truck and open multiple units in one shot. It’s very bad. My unit was broken in together with several other units. Lost lot of personal stuff.

Update: The back exit gate is broken and apparently have been for a while. No signs, no emails no warnings of any kind. Can someone please explain to me why would Public Storage lock up their Dolly’s after 5! I’m here at 7pm and can’t move my boxes or anything in that requires a dolly. My storage unit is all the way in the back and I have no help beside my two kids 11 and 13! This is unacceptable!

Roshung provided wonderful service, answered all of my questions, and found the exact storage unit needed for storing some items. She made a the whole process of selecting and moving them so easy, need to give her 5 stars. Very clean and secure

This Public Storage location is very clean, safe and conveniently located. The pricing online was great, especially with $1 rate for the first month. Elaine was very friendly and patient and explained everything so well. Definitely would recommend to others.

This was the easiest time I had getting a storage. I reserved the unit on 04/27 and on 04/28 Elaine was so efficient, friendly and made sure I understood everything, with much patience, before I walked out. Thank you Elaine for relieving my stress of moving. I would definitely recommend this facility to others.

Just rented out a unit and it couldn't have been easier! The facility is very nice and so is the staff. Sulma in particular was great - she was knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly while she got us all set up :)

This place is so nice and the manager there Chandice is so cool. She tried to get me to rent a storage but I just needed a couple of boxes for now. She is good at what she does. I can tell she takes care of her customers and the property, the office smelled good too LOL. I’ll be back if I ever need storage, go see Chandice she got you.

At least I would not recommend the one at 8989 Westheimer. The Staff there don’t even know what perishable food is. Canned pineapples ARE NOT perishable, thanks to Li on opened can! They also insist on customers buying unnecessary insurance. And they called to remind me about the rent BEFORE it was even due. Disgusting! If this place wasn’t so close to my home I would never set foot in it again. There are other storage places nearby, however, and as soon as I can I will vacate my space there.

This specific Public Storage is absolutely stunning. The workers was very helpful especially Mrs.Tiara. She was very persistent and extremely helpful. It's people like her that makes businesses successful. I was helped immediately and she kept a smile on her face the whole time. I love it.

The move in specials were the first reason that I looked at the property. The pricing was much more reasonable then the competition in the area. The property is very clean and kept up as well. It is very safe and security it tight. Sherrell is wonderful and has excellent customer service skills. She not only took the time the show the different unit sizes to me but explained how many boxes that can be stored on the average for each unit. The paperwork was easy to fill out and Sherrell answered all my questions. I would recommend this property to anyone and you will see for yourself what the advantages are for you.

I have been renting at this location for almost a year. The service has always been excellent. I was recently was helped by Sherrell who went out of her way (very close to closing time) to show me some different sized units and help me figure out what would best meet my needs.
