Facility is decent and pricing is reasonable. A little disappointed about some ongoing issues with the doors. Some get stuck and some don’t work from the outside with the code. Otherwise, a good overall storage facility and experience.

So I do not use this particular location I use the grand view drive one and honestly the experience with that location has been absolutely a nightmare. I had attempted to move my washer dryer combo 3 times with the 3rd time being tonight to each time coming in with a gate that would not open.
I had called the customer support and the property manager of this location 3 times with no results. I turned to Facebook to ask if anyone knew the problem and could help
And then I get an answer within minutes by the property manager- of THIS location!!! Rachel was so kind helpful and attentive. She saw how upset I was and did what she could to help me- even though she had literally no obligation whatsoever to do so. My experience with that location after tonight was absolutely leading me to changing storage units but honestly Rachel may have created a customer for life with how committed she was to help.
