I have rented a unit at the Woods Lake Rd location for nearly 2 years. Every time I've had questions or needed assistance, Diane has been very helpful. She is the property mgr. and is so very pleasant. You don't see that too much these days. I highly recommend this location...because of Diane.

After using this company many years, I received a notice that the unit price is going up to $195.00 for no reason. I go online and check the current prices for the same unit and it is $90.00 on their website. I have never missed a payment and are on auto-pay. No excuse for this price gouging activity, especially for a loyal customer. Suggest you go somewhere else because this is what they are going to do to you.

Diane was exceptional! She made our entire experience with a storage unit so easy! She stayed late past office hours so we could check in for our unit and the move out process was just as easy! Customer service was exceptional and they have the best prices in town. I would highly recommend this public storage facility to anyone in Greenville! I’ve used Public Storage most of my adult life and my recent experience has been God awful! To point I’m preparing to sacrifice to remove my items! I don’t get how one missed payment turns into 3 months of missed payments?; I contacted customer service repeatedly; had no idea my items were up for auction in February 2022 in addition to leaving various messages at the actual location from January 1, 2020 until February 9, 2020 is when the property manager finally called me! I learned from customer service I had to go into a public storage to update your information. I did December if 2021 it still took additional months to be contacted. The manager told me that she had been calling my number on file but all this time I’m calling customer service telling them that I can’t get in touch with the property manager or anyone for that matter. This is ridiculous but South Carolina here I come.
