Helpful and friendly people. So you don’t do what I did, know that once you have the code to get in you go to your unit and the lock is already inside and unit is ready to be loaded. The complimentary carts are great to move quickly. We went early morning and had the place to ourselves so we were able to use (6) carts and both elevators so moving was very quick. And no one likes moving so fast is the only way to get through it.
The facility was clean and well managed. The costs do go up regularly so watch that when you are choosing your facility. Sonya was absolutely phenomenal and such an asset to this facility.
