PROS ➕ Efficient access ➕ Fair price CONS ➖ Crumbling ceiling inside storage units Date visited: Regular I never thought I'd be the one to need a storage unit, yet here I am, with a basement gradually filling up with bits and pieces of a life that's been gathering around me. I wouldn’t say I’ve become a hoarder, but somehow, I've managed to hold onto enough to need a place to put it all. Leasing this unit seemed like the right solution, especially since it's close to home. Signing up online was surprisingly easy and over in just a few minutes. When I arrived the next day, the lock and key were already in place, waiting for me. I needed a bit of help to get situated, and the staff were quick to lend a hand. They handled it all well. I chose the smallest unit they had, but even this modest space feels more than enough. The interior shows a few signs of neglect, though. Dust settles over everything, and pieces of the ceiling have flaked away, scattered on the floor like remnants of a forgotten era. It's annoying but manageable, and I hope they'll repair it soon. Maybe it's silly to think so much about a place that’s meant to hold things I barely think about anymore. But as I closed the unit door, it felt almost like saying goodbye to parts of myself, knowing they’d be there, waiting, should I ever need them again.

I made what I believed based on website was a free reservation for a unit went to check unit no one on staff got in saw the unit couldn't use it canceled the reservation same day this place still took my money now I cant seem to get my money back cant talk to anyone about it no one has a answer on my refund at this point its ridiculous

Western hills was under renovation, but helped with getting me settled anyway. Sharon from the colerain location helped immensely with my lock issues. I appreciated help on both fronts!!

If you have a question for this specific Public Storage facility, don't bother calling their listed phone number - it just is forwarded to public storage's national call center. guess we'll see tomorrow if they have the packing supplies (that their public storage site claims they have) that we need. having visited two other public storage sites today only to find they no longer have staffed offices, only some sort of atm like machine for paying bills, we don't have high hopes.

Storage door was ragedy when I rented it, now I cannot get inside, its been a week, haven't heard from anyone and that's unacceptable, they knew the door needed to be fixed before I rented it.

Bought a storage unit at auction, went to pick it up yesterday. A shady worker had already popped the tag cleared it out, company padlock was still attatched. All the unit had was a safe and a gun rack. They have little to no cameras. Office lady said "don't go in the ditch. Police say there's probably a dozen handguns in the creek". Not a safe place to store your personal items. Or a safe place to purchase units. Stay away from here.

Stephanie is an amazing employee, she got my daughters set up with a storage unit and when they couldn't get their unit open, she was there to fix the problem. I would recommend public storage to everyone I know. her perfessonal and friendly demure is undeniable. she is an awesome person. thank you Stephanie for the great job you did.

This place is awesome. Stephanie was a amazing manager of her storage place. She was also very nice and professional with anything we needed help with. Like for instance my sister and I couldn't open our storage bend so she came out to look at it and seen that it needed a spray of some sort so she went back to get some and came back and within no time she had it opened for us. Thank you so much Stephanie. You're awesome. I would recommend this place to everyone.

Our unit was broken into twice in less than 60 days. To get any relief from their insurance we must show proof of ownership of everything that was stolen. The cameras at the facility do not capture the entire property and the staff do not know how to review footage. Strongly suggest storing your belongings elsewhere.

Amber is awesome brighten up my day

Yesterday i went into this location just for some information and I had a wondeful experiance with Stephanie and Amber... They were very nice, helpful and professional.

Reserved online, showed up Saturday during business hours one hour after they opened and door was locked, lights on in office, no sign on door. Called location number and answered by a general phone queue and was told that person from office may be on property assisting another client and they would send them an email letting them know we were there. In meanwhile got in touch with customer service. Waited 20 minutes no one showed up. Went down the road to UHAUL, paid double, no hidden fees, waited on immediately, incredible customer service. Public storage did finally get back with me around 3 pm but I was already back home and done moving my items and relaxing,
