It is a good location, units are clean. I rent a 5×6 which is more than enough and the price is right.

Overall good, clean facility. I would have given five stars if the cargo elevator was operational and if there were a way for personnel with a wheelchair to access the second floor. However, I will give 5 stars to Harris the site manager! Due to the elevator situation he helped with getting large items down from the second floor; way above his call of duty! Harris, my brother and I greatly appreciated your kindness and willingness to truly help your customers with the circumstances that were presented. Hopefully, this review will help with getting a new cargo/personnel elevator so you can always get the 5 stars you truly deserve. Thanks Again!

Went to rent a unit on 5/22 and showed up right after 6 pm. The worker stayed late to help us switch to a bigger unit as I had made a mistake and helped us switch to a bigger unit

I’ve been here almost 2 years, and I always pay on time and the rent just keeps going up now. I’ll be paying $99 for a 5 x 10 unit when all the local competitors charge 36 not to mention all the local competitors keep their areas clean every time I come to my unit this place is a dump with garbage lane all over the place and nobody bothers to pick it up. I pay good money to keep my stuff here not at a landfill I’m at the point where I’ll just take my money elsewhere.

They will keep raising your rent. They know they got you. Price has went up 3 times in 16 months. They are taking advantage of your situation. Watch out.

Absolutely the WORST place ever!! Had 2 units been down to 1 and every time I go to pay, price keeps changing and higher and higher.. 2 units were 239 and mos ago I went to one only and pr Ve has been.. 239.., 269.. and today 319.00 For 1 unit.. and explaination makes NOOOO sense.. mass insulation from ceiling all over our stuff in unit, and U-Haul is half if that .. there is NOOO reason 1 darn unit is that high!!! absolutely horrible!!

I have a smaller outside unit here, the ceiling is literally disintegrating in these units. It gets all over any belongings here. I pay about $70 a month for this unit and I'm getting rid of it this month. It's pretty awful

I wish I could give this place a 0!! I rented from them a few years back and my unit was robbed by the employees. The only reason I know it was them is because they cut off my lock and their lock was was in it's place. So I did get behind in my payment and I'm thinking that is why they cut my lock off & to rob me!! Well when I went to get caught up I noticed their lock was on my unit. When I had them remove it and I opened the door my lock was on the floor inside the unit cut. ..and the only items left in there was my bedroom furniture. And a few other random pieces of furniture. Everything else was gone. I had a trunk full of family photos and sentimental items from my son who had passed away. TVs and surround sound. My sewing machine All my Christmas decor was gone. Just everything that was in boxes or smaller easy to steal items were all gone. I LOST EVERYTHING. The furniture that was left was covered in a mold. You could see in the very back of the unit there was a spot that had been leaking. I asked to watch the cameras to see who done this and was told they did not have cameras on the inside!! I have never heard of a storage business not having survalience!! I was made to get their insurance when I first got the unit. So I filed a claim. I was told That I didn't have proof I was robbed and that I could have removed the items myself and tried to say I was robbed! Even though I only used the entrance code 2 times since having the unit and that was on the day I put my things in there. Once to get in .and once to leave. This place is a scam!! They will rob you then blame you. I have heard so many stories of this happening here. There are way to many other businesses to give you business to this place. So BEWARE AND STAY FAR AWAY!! Unless you want to lose everything you own to either the mold or being robbed!

I've been storing for about a week and so far so good. A glitch in their gate systems caused notifications about me accessing off hours. I called and was assured of no issues on my end. Great customer service!

They go up on your rent every 6 months, this place is dirty and the staff is ignorant. Go to uhaul storage

Had my unit inside the building and somehow with cameras and security gate and doors my unit was broken into via someone cut the tiny latch on the door to the unit to get the lock off and my stuff was ramaged and no one notified me until the next day... Sounded like an inside job to my opinion. But they DID replace the lock and temp metal covering to prevent the lock from sliding unless u have key to lock. I also noticed the unit right next to mine was broken into the same exact way and then they had purchased their own lock to put on theirs .. I had bought one from the storage clerk when I signed lease agreement papers which was totally way to expensive than just getting one myself... Oh, and concerning the unit and broken latch on door and lock missing ... I was told if I wanted to file a claim to the insurance company then I had to do it on my own ... They dont file them for cutting their latch but I have to for my lock and things... Hmm Let me tell ya if I call I'm asking to look at the camera footage.. right!

There are no lights in the row that my unit is in and other rows. It is completely dark. I do not feel my items are safe and it is not safe to go there in complete darkness.

Had a theft at my unit and was informed that the security camera have not worked for a month a still to this day do not work.September 22nd 2023. Insurance is in the process of denying a claim because lack of video evidence and I video recorded the conversation I had with the front desk while signing my documents. They stated my first month of insurance was covered and free come to find out I’m not covered. So feel free to steal and rob from anyone you want bc nothing will happen to you. Information came from the regional and district levels of public storage. There was a women living in a unit using the restroom in it as well at one point. Perhaps not now but I was informed about it by the staff.

Have had a great experience with storage here. They have been providing a great service to us and have been pleasant and understanding to deal with. John Richmond

Units are old and insulation is falling off. Prices went up and do not reflect the quality of the unit. People living in units. Hidden fees added after trying to rent a second unit and the facility changed payment option after I had direct payment. 🙃 Then more fees. Not happy but the manager is nice.

We rented two storage units at this facility and had a good experience. We always felt that our items were secure.

When to clean out our storage about a month ago all of our furniture was ruined and our king size platform bed and mattress was ruined you could see the water stains on the wood and mattress we bags and boxes of wet clothes along with mice and we even watched someone drive a 26 ft uhaul into the corner of the builder where at until was and even after paying on time every month they wanted to raise the price up and it wasn't worth it dearcat storage is way better and cheaper

Should be 0 stars. Mice got in to my storage unit. The owner cut my lock off and threw mouse killer in there to try to get rid of them (forced me to pay for replacement lock he put on before I could have the new key). Never informed me of the issues so now everything in my unit is ruined by mice, mold and water damage. Owner refuses to help clear out my unit I’ve been over paying for (they raise they price every few months). Have to pay for junk removal to clear it out. Update- received a call from someone higher up than Tsvi who saw my negative review, again offered no help removing everything ruined in the unit or compensation for the cost of junk removal. By the way, submitted insurance claim for around $4,000- their insurance max pay out for rodent damage is $275. This didn’t even cover the cost I had to pay the junk removal company.

They’ve raised my unit cost 20$ every year I’ve been there with very minimal communication. They don’t need answer when you call, and seem to never be in the office. Taking my things to new storage unit that is the same size, half the cost, and no surprise raise in rates every year

PLEASE DO NOT RENT A STORAGE UNIT HERE! MY BELONGINGS WERE ONLY HERE FOR A MONTH... MY TV IS STOLEN, MY 2500 Pc Computer is stolen, ALL OF MY SHOES AND CLOTHES STOLEN. I AM SO AGGRAVATED NO ONE could show us any camera footage. also another tenant said someone got into their storage and peed on their mattress. Tsiv in the office did nothing at all to help us, please beware of this storage.

I don't think that the way they do they rate is right you go in on the 18th and you pay another bill on the first because they start their payments on the first I don't think that's right I think they'd be a 30-day.
