Amber helped us get the lock off and get ours on and everything fixed. She walked me around and showed me where everything was and different size of units to make sure the size would fit my needs. The facility was clean and appeared to be well taken care of. The only thing that I noticed is when you have a big item to unload and want to pull into the gate. People are not always courteous in ensuring they move forward to allow others in. Amber said she is aware and try’s to ask those individuals to do so.

However, I just met the new manager, Amber, and what a difference! Amber approached me today and asked if I had any issues or needed anything. Wow, that’s never happened. I let her know about a few issues and she promptly addressed, and fixed them. 2 months ago my review was a 2 star, but now, we are back to a 5 star. Price is reasonable and it's on a bus line
I used a unit for nearly 5 months. The facility was extremely clean, and my furniture looked great when I came to move out. Zero issues with access and they were extremely helpful when I was getting settled in. I would definitely use this location again.
The storage space is clean and well kept. There are no bathrooms available which is a major negative if you are unloading a lot of stuff. They have them but they are closed to the public. It’s easy and convenient to get into the unit. Even tho I told them I had my own insurance, I’m still being charged. Have to call again.

Was bad experience after I rented unit . I went to unit to check it out before I moved my stuff in and get lock in place . I had trouble with lock and no one around to help so I left . Get a phone call and ask if I moved out . Told him I just rented and I’d be there Sunday to move stuff in . And explained about trouble with lock . Sunday I go to move in and lock was put in and I couldn’t get in unit . Lucky someone was in office help me remove lock he placed , still not understanding why a lock was put on my unit when he knew I was moving . So hopefully that’s the last bad experience I have there . Other than that clean and spacious
Great customer service, very clean and the prices are not going to break the bank!
Only issues I had was people parking their cars inside and even when they would only have 1 item… cars should have to park in parking spot and walk their things in. Uhaul and trucks should be the only kinds of cars allowed in the port! But if the workers could watch the cameras and see cars are blocking others from coming in and get them to move forward this wouldn’t be an issue! Other then that it’s a great place!!!
I had fallen on some hard financial times and was in jeopardy of losing my storage. It is filled with many precious and irreplaceable items. When I came in to find out my options I spoke with a Megan. She was very kind and understanding. She told me my options and did not make me feel judged for falling behind on my payments. This is not something you encounter anymore. Megan’s customer service is top notch. She is the only person I will deal with from now on
I called in to the store in an emotional emergency, needing a solution right away. The moment Megan answered the phone I was comforted and felt valued. She was compassionate and very professional and helped me find the perfect solution to my problem. I will forever be a customer with Public Storage thanks to Megan. This is a brand new air conditioned Public Storage. It is really nice and has secure loading and unloading.

Fantastic help! Got a unit rented in like 10 minutes, walked through how to access it and it's location. Very simple, quick, and easy also inexpensive compared to what I was thinking. Randy was a great help and very good employee deserves a raise

Super cool the storage units come with a lock so you don't have to buy one separate. They even have little carts that you can use to transport your stuff from your vehicle to your unit

Nice and clean.
They do need a sign to tell customers in the loading/unloading are to pull forwarded all the way in the bay. People pull in, just far enough for the doors to close and no one else can get in to start loading/unloading.

Just set up a 10x10 unit with this facility today the pricing is amazing compared to extra space storage where my current storage was at. Talking about saving money a 10x10 with public storage is under a $100 with insurance. Extra space storage is charging me for the same size unit $170 a month which is just stupid money to pay for a unit of that size. I've been with extra space for years in the price goes up all the time. Glad they built this public storage building not far from my house so I could move out of the other place in save myself money. This new building is only a few months old in they have carts to help move more things to your unit. Nice lighting in have elevators for the units on the other floors. I have a unit on the second floor the elevators help out a lot. The manager meril is a great help she got me sey up right away with my unit for me to move in fast in easy. She was also a big help with helping me getting one of the carts to my unit cause my 10 year old daughter was having issues pushing it threw the halls. She's a very nice person in a great help. I will be recommending others to come to this facility for storage and great pricing.
