The public storage location in Queens, BQE location specifically has been great. The service we receive there is great. Ofir specifically has been amazing. She helped my wife and I select a storage space. She was very patient and showed us different size rooms (we went with the 10’ x 10’) She was a pleasure to work with and made everything simple. Definitely recommend this location!

We recently visited this public storage. We rented a space in this Public Storage and was thoroughly impressed with their service. The assistant named O’fir she was incredibly helpful, guiding us through the process with ease. O’fir answered all our questions and made sure I understood my options. The facility was clean, secure, and easily accessible. Overall, a seamless and stress-free experience. Highly recommended!

I moved from Costa Rica last year, from a moderately large house to a NYC apartment. I needed a place to store a lot of things that would not fit in my apartment. I thought I would need some large warehouse in another borough, but Public Storage in Queens is down the road, arranged a 10’ x 10’ space, and best of all, they use net technology really well. Their app lets you access the facility, opens doors, calls elevators, and eases communication. Easiest storage experience ever, and the prices are great! Highly recommended!
