We recently rented a storage unit at 671 Batchelor Street in Tom’s River. It is a new facility and very clean facility. The best part of our experience was how helpful, pleasant and thorough the manager Kathleen was in guiding us through the entire experience. If you are interested in a storage facility this is the place to go especially with Kathleen as the current manager.

Facility is clean and neat.And when I got here, the unit I had rented was too small and kathleen was wonderful and got me a larger unit of which we've already filled up. Facility is never crowded and is well kept.
Our experience at this facility has been nothing less than amazing. We were greeted by Kathleen who explained everything we needed to know from insurance questions to locking the unit as well as pricing out the different size units with professionalism and kindness. An absolute gem to deal with. The place is clean and tidy, the spa music playing is such a nice touch ! Thank you !
Sent I first open my Storage it was very clean and the nice lady at the desk so far I met the manager there are very kind and if you had any questions they be happy to answer for you there haven’t been no problem sent I been there so yes I give them 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I am very pleased with my recent public storage rental. The facility is brand new, clean and comfortable with excellent climate control, which was exactly what the weather called for, giving that the temperature was 90°. They made it so easy to reserve my unit online and Allison, the office manager on duty when I arrived, was very pleasant and informative. She showed me around the facility and completed my reservation. I was quite surprised by the size. I rented a 10 x 10 unit that is much more spacious than I expected and I feel that the price was exceptional. My overall experience was great.
671 Bachelor St. toms, River Just rented it very clean place. The person who helped us out was Kathleen. She was very helpful Also, when my husband was unloading by himself, she must have seen it and brought him out a bottle of water. Very thoughtful and does her job well.
The office staff is very helpful and accommodating.
