Victoria is AMAZING!!! I just came from a stressful long distance move. Haven't had the opportunity to use a storage facility before. Mrs. Victoria eased any and all concerns I had. She was very patient explaining the Leasing Process, informative and most of all polite. I had a lot of questions and let me tell you, she has the patience of a saint. Bad customer service. They never should’ve changed from cube smart. Hours were shortened and my friend got locked in (it took pd 2 hours to get them to open the gate). Terrible place, and expensive.
