When I signed up, I was told that I could reserve for free. I put in my moving date, and before I moved in, I called them up to cancel that I was not going to be moving in. They did not refund me my first month, even though I did not move in and I was told it doesn’t cost anything to reserve. Very disappointed to be throwing away all that money.
Prices are very reasonable and employees are very cooperative.

ERIC IS A YOUNG MAN WHI HAS BEEN GREAT HELP TO ME. FINDING HELP TODAY IS EXTREMELY DIFFICULT. IVE RENTED STORAGE AT OTHER FACILITIES. THE OTHER MANAGERS ALL SEEM TO ACT LIKE A PART TIME JOB AND CANT WAIT TO LEAVE AND FIND SOMETHING ELSE. ERIC INDICATED HE ENJOYS HIS JOB AND WOULD LIKE TO MOVE UP WITH THE COMPANY.
