Made a reservation online and was given a price. Went to complete the transaction and by the time all the paperwork was done, the price jumped almost by half because they hide admin fees and force you to take their insurance and locks. If all information was given UPFRONT, it wouldn't have been a problem but the bait and switch tactic is just plainly bad business.
Crooks! Beware! Paid December rent of 240 (rate increased from 160 since January) on December 3, ended up moving out December 4 and was not refunded for the remaining month. Read the fine print! Corporate greed at its finest. Local people were great to work with however, no animosity towards them!
While the kiosk was not very helpful with our rental, Vanessa and Lucy were wonderful to work with and were able to finish our rental process. Thanks for your help!

Crystal was so helpful and patient. My first day of rental I went to check out my storage unit and there was a problem with the light in the unit. She came right over to check it out. She gave me a few options for resolving the matter. When I decided which option I wanted, Crystal helped take care of each step. It was all resolved very quickly.

- 40% rate increase in 4 months on a parking spot
- I am currently renting several parking spots from this location and throughout my 1 1/2 years at the facility both Rhonda and Linda have been very helpful with transferring to or moving out of spots when needed. The lot is also clean which is nice.
Although the unit was so clean and the property manager Rhonda was so helpful, I needed a climate control unit and was not able to use this property. I would recommend to anyone needing a storge facility as it is clean and easy to access if you are near Waxhaw.
