This place is amazing! So clean and neat, always. But I came here to put up a review mainly because I wanted to give a shout out to the nicest guy EVER at the front desk, JASZ! Not only was he able tto help me with some questions I had and COMPLETELY resolve my issue 100%, but he was SO knowledgeable, kind, and patient with me. This is somthing that is so hard to find nowadays and I just really appreciate him! Also, there was a girl who I believe her name was MAKYAH (not sure I'm spelling that right) who was here a few days ago and was just as friendly and helpful and as sweet as could be! I hope you guys will keep both of these employees around for sure, because they really make your store shine, and stand out amongst the rest! ☆ I will be recommending you guys to everyone! I came in asking questions about buying a unit. Mckayla was SO SO Sweet. She seemed to really care about informing me on everything about renting from you guys and was very informative. Nice to see someone so young care so MUCH about their job. She even told me this was her first day by herself and let me tell you, SHE DID ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL! Thank you to Ralph who was exceptional in helping me. I'm trying to help my mother in setting up her storage unit from another state. Ralph was professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to speak with. This definitely helped alleviate a stressful situation. Thank you for accommodating so easily.

This facility is appointment only if you need to speak to someone on sight. The customer service agents are terrible and do not listen! Please be careful when using public storage

I really want to thanks Jason from the very beginning that I got the Storage. Jason always had a smile in his face to answer all the questions, and if he didn’t know it, he would find out for me if I had a business that’s the kind of man I would want to work for me. Jason, I want to thank you for all that you did I tipped my hat to you.

There's rarely a poperty manager there. You cant get in after 9pm. There arent bathrooms available. They're WAAYYY overpriced. In 2022 I got four 15x20 storage units there for about $160/month each. About 4 months later I was notified their rates were increasing by 40%. No additonal services or amenities...just charging everyone more. Go to morningsar. They're head-and-shoulders above this company.

EDIT: although my experience with those in the front office was nice. It has been less than a year and my rent for my 10x15 unit went from $141 to $197. Saying they sent me a notice in email and mail but I did not receive anything. If I could do it all over again I would not rent a unit here at all. Linda was great and very helpful! She showed us different sized units to figure out what would work best for us! Highly recommend!!

Staff are nice when they are in office. But 0 logical thinking in business practices. I got a rental and went in to start unloading stuff only to realize that the door to enter the inside of the building was too small for some of the items I needed to store. So I went to the office to switch it to exterior unit which happens to be larger. I was told they wouldn't simply switch my unit over to another and had to go through canceling my current rental after that month and then go through the whole process again including all the initial fees and loss of promotion rates. Be sure to go on-site first to look over what you're thinking of renting because once you sign into the contract you got to jump through hoops to fix it.

I take back my previous review after receiving a collection letter today. Found out management changed who were the ones that supposedly took care of the mixup with somebody moving into my storage unit on the day I was supposed to move in. That screwed up the special that I had paid upfront on the mobile app to move in. When they had to put me in a different unit, I lost that move in special! Sending me to collections saying I owed more money, even though I had paid upfront the one month special and moved out before the one month! I just called and talked to the new manager that was very nice to me and I have nothing against her because she is new and was not there when this happened all happened. She told me she has to present the case (that I thought was resolved) to upper management but if upper Management does not take care of this I will be going to Better Business Bureau with this ridiculous nightmare of stress they have put me through. I will make sure everybody on my social media knows what public storage did to me. I have never been treated so poorly with any business in my whole life!

Linda is amazing!! I needed to downsize my unit and she helped me day of to get the new unit and square away everything. Super kind and knowledgeable, and very lucky to have her there. The space itself is very clean and well managed. I’m happy to store my stuff there and trust it’s going to be okay!

I set up my rental online and the next day Linda called me to welcome me and answered every question I had. She was super sweet and this was literally the easiest set up getting and moving into a storage unit. Highly recommend them to anyone!
