Just got a unit and was very impressed and thankful to Charlene for helping me through the entire process. She answered all my questions and had great customer service!
Poor customer service and assistance from General Management along with District Manger. I paid my storage fee and unable to access my unit for an entire month and they still charger me. The representative tried reaching out to the higher up but they are not very responsive and don't treat their customers with the necessary service while occupying for their units. My issue is still unresolved. Maybe a Google review will help this matter. Research other small business owned stage units before considering this place. You will not receive quality service

This storage terrible customer I come last month from a trip and need a storage to put my suitcases ant told I need this place only for one month I pay him the fee and rental for one month and when left a week I receive a call with the manager that I informed her that I paid only for one month and I will remove my lock and then this what I did at the end of the month I surprise when someone for collect service he talk me that need to pay for another month if I could gave storage less than start I will that not professional and be aware for this place and aware they have all face reviews they buy review to keep the business working that not acceptable.

All of the other reviews are fake. There’s clothes and trash on the ground outside of the building. I’ve been locked out of the building multiple times. No employees ever here to help. I’ve set up a meeting with the manager and the manager never showed. My rate went up to $106 for a 5x10. Don’t waste your time or money with this place. Worst experience ever.

Both Amani and Trayce went above and beyond helping me to find the most affordable storage space. They were both extremely friendly and attentive to my needs. They were an absolute pleasure to work with and I would gladly rent from them again.

I used the 6921 Glenwood Ave Public Storage from Dec. 2020 to Sept. 2021 to store my apartment items. Overall the business sufficiently provided me the service I needed. I'll note that the customer service was generally hit-or-miss. There were some instances when associates were very helpful, and other instances when associates seemed to lack the product knowledge to effectively serve me.
